Amazing family time.

I’m glad I was able to find a place to accommodate family and friends. All the kids (ranging from 7-16) enjoyed their time at the pool- even in the rain! Friends and family enjoyed quality time. The staff was helpful and the food was delicious- would highly recommend. Communication during the process and before the big day was key!

Adults Only Vacation

We had a group of 17 adults that spent the week at Bahia Minitas 12. Working with both Kathleen and Willber to plan the trip was very smooth. They helped with all the planning ranging from transportation, golf cart rental, food/alcohol planning, fishing, and golf. The house was in a great location and was perfect for a group of adults that had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. As you probably have read in other reviews the staff at this property was excellent. As you can probably imagine 17 adults couldn’t be easy to take care of but Victor and Moreno did it with ease. They were there early for breakfast and there late for dinner and of course making sure the bar was always stocked with cold beer. Every meal was excellent and the staff worked hard to make sure they worked with the different schedules as people went out on the different excursions. The only issue we had with the house was one of the AC units in one of the bedrooms didn’t work for a couple days, but the staff helped with fans and got the unit fixed. This house worked perfect for our group and couldn’t have been in a better location, but the staff was what made this a great trip!

Great house with amazing staff

We just returned from a getaway with 5 families with children 4-10. Everyone loved the house. The bedrooms were well-furnished and large and the outdoor space was lovely. The best part of the house was the amazing staff. Luz, the chef, made such delicious food!!! Victor and Moreno, the waiters, were incredibly attentive and always had smiles on their faces. Rafi, our concierge, helped us plan a great boat excursion and helped us make the most of the resort. We can’t wait to get back and enjoy the property again!

Perfect location, perfect villa, more than perfect staff. Can’t wait to go back!

We spent eight days at CasAbierta and it was pure heaven. We had six families staying in the village with children ages 10 to 13. The Villa was perfect for our families. Each adult had a beautifully decorated en suite bedroom and the kids shared two rooms with their own outdoor living room and den for late night movies and games. Because the majority of the Villa is made of concrete, the bedrooms were dark, cool and absolutely silent, exactly what you need while on vacation! There were so many seating areas throughout the Villa for us to rest and relax on. Our favorite was the top floor outdoor living room overlooking the pool and grounds with huge comfortable couches, rocking chairs and a bar which Victor and Moreno set up for us every day. The staff was incredible. Victor and Moreno were our waiters and bartenders and attended to our every need and set a beautiful table every morning and evening (btw, Moreno makes an incredible margarita that was delivered to us every day as we arrived back to the Villa!). Luz was our amazing cook who cooked us incredible breakfasts every morning and delicious dinners and packed a beautiful picnic for us to take on our sailing excursion. We also had daily contact with Rafael the concierge who helped us with our every request. He was always there at the drop of a hat, recommending restaurants and excursions and was so responsive. The other housekeepers, groundskeepers and the assistant cook were just as amazing and help to make our stay so special. The location of the Villa could not have been more perfect. We were a short golf cart ride away from the marina and beach and the kids were able to walk back-and-forth to the beach each day. This gave them such a wonderful sense of independence but also gave the parents peace of mind that they were safe and would not get lost. I cannot recommend this villa enough. It was pure paradise and I am missing it every day. Thank you to everyone who helped make our stay so magical!

Beautiful large property that is excellent for large groups.

The property was awesome, beautiful and well kept. But the service was what truly made our stay amazing. From our chefs cooking and the attention to detail from the remaining staff we did not have to worry about anything.

Fabulous villa, great location, great staff!

This is a perfect accommodation for large group or family. Well appointed, great staff, food, meeting space. Booking of golf and other activities were perfect. One stop help with Kathleen.

Beautiful and fun house!

During our stay at Bay Minitas we were 21 in the group ranging from 6-80 years old and every one had a lot of fun!!!! The rooms were lovely and super comfortable. The house has a great location, 5 min in golf cart to the beach and 5min to the Marina. Looking forward to go back to Casa de Campo!!
