Amazing stay

We had an amazing time the house was beautiful enough room for everyone. The owner responded very quickly with any questions asked. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you! Great place for a big family

We came in to stay for a wedding that was happening nearby. We showed up on Friday and the larger part of our family came on Saturday. I was overall happy with our accommodations. The house was plenty big enough for all of us. My husband and I took the downstairs room so we did not use the upstairs until our family came on Saturday. When the rest of our family came, they indicated that a toilet was leaking. I quickly contacted the host. The host told us the people prior to us overfilled the bath tub. Once we wiped up the water, it did not show back up. So we told the host that they probably didn’t need to send anyone. There were a lot of water marks on the ceiling on the first floor, I assume from the previous guest’s issue. One downfall was, we specifically rented this place because of the pool. In the instructions that they left there was no indication on how to get to the pool or use it. We were told by other people that the pool was down the road at the ‘community center’ and that you needed to go get a key to get in. The host didn’t mention that and it also didn’t seem like it was for weekend guests. Additionally, when we went to do dishes there wasn’t any dishwashing liquid, which makes me wonder if any of the dishes had been washed with soap. Another thing my family mentioned was that the coffee pot had coffee grounds in it that were molded over from not being cleaned out. Ultimately, issues were small and resolvable. Nice place to stay!

Never stay at this house

WARNING FOR ANYONE INTERESTED IN THIS HOUSE-DO NOT STAY HERE. FIRST WE CHECKED IN AND BOTH THE REFRIGERATOR AND THE GRILL WERE NOT WORKING. THE GRILL LOOKED LIKE IT HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED EVER. BEDS ARE INCREDIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE, HOUSE HAS NO LINENS AND IS BARELY STOCKED WITH ANYTHING. MATTRESS BEDS ALL LEAK. NOT EVEN A COFFEE TABLE TO PLACE A DRINK. HOST IS INCREDIBLY RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS AND ALSO TRIED TO SCAM THE INSURANCE POLICY THAT HE MADE US PURCHASE STATING THAT THERE WAS REFRIGERATOR DAMAGE AFTER HE SENT US A USED REFRIGERATOR TO,REPLACE THE ONE THAT DID NOT WORK. I HAVE BEEN RENTING FROM VRBO-AIR-BNB FOR YEARS AND THIS WAS THE WORST HOME EVER RENTED. TRUST ME YOU WILL BE EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED AS THIS OWNER IS A COMPLETE OBNOXIOUS LIAR.

great house, be prepared for hour drive to beach.

House was great. Some disappointing things: The gas grill was unworkable as only one knob works and the start valve does not work. There were zero kitchen towels or kitchen wash cloths. The pots and pans are very worn. (We like to cook.)

Amazing!

Where do I start? First things first, Justin came through for our group after a very last minute cancellation (day before trip) at our previous booking. He made the process in finding an alternate to comfortably accommodate our group so so so soooo easy & for that we’ll forever be grateful. The home was beautiful, very inviting and spacious for our group. The area/neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were very friendly. Should we ever find ourselves back in the Tampa/Riverview area, we will definitely be booking this home again!

Justin was AMAZING!!!!! Booking with him is a MUST!!!!

My friends and I had a hard time looking for something that would accommodate 14 plus people. We initially booked Justin’s other property in Tampa. Prior to booking, Justin was just one text or call away. He ALWAYS responded. Two days before it’s time to check in the inevitable happened,and Justin for forced to cancel due to an unlivable condition at the property. While Justin had huge issues, I panicked, but Justin came through. He offered us his other property that was a few miles away. This home had less bedrooms but Justin was equipped and had other common spaces which made our stay comfortable. We kept in contact with Justin throughout our stay, because some home owners are nervous about complaints with a large number of people, and I wanted to assure him that he made no mistake as this search was HARD! We wanted to ensure that we left the home the way we found it. We also got to meet Justin face to face during checkout (we left later on accident)but Justin still handled us respectfully! I would DEFINITELY recommend all of his properties to everyone. He was so accommodating, easy to get along with and available.
