Vackert renoverade Fritidshus

Nyligen ombyggda fritidshus ligger en mil frÄn stranden. Huset Àr vackert inredda och vÀlskött, som ligger i den populÀra Betania West gemenskap. SamhÀllet har tvÄ pooler (en uppvÀrmd), tennisbanor och gym. SamhÀllet erbjuder Àven transfer till stranden och staden var femtonde minut. Simning, tennis, och fotboll lektioner erbjuds ocksÄ pÄ allaktivitetshuset under sommarmÄnaderna. Sovrummet har en king size-sÀng och ett badrum. Home har en stor Àter i köket med ett matsalsbord som bekvÀmt plats 12 och en bardisk för tvÄ. har ocksÄ en stor familj rum med vÀlvda tak. PÄ övervÄningen barnens rum har sin egen TV och gott om utrymme att spela. Andra faciliteter inkluderar en screening i veranda, stor uteplats och utomhusdusch.

Alla lÀgenheter Àr lördag till lördag med incheckning pÄ 13:30 och kolla pÄ 10:00. Vi krÀver en $ 1000 deposition för att reservera din vecka. Vi krÀver ocksÄ en $ 500 Äterbetalas till fullo deposition för att tÀcka eventuella betydande skada skulle intrÀffa. Det finns inga extra avgifter för stÀdning eller skatter.

We're a bunch of college buddies who have been getting together each summer for decades. This house was perfect for our needs! Spacious, clean, lots of charming touches. We especially loved the screened-in porch and outdoor shower. The large dining table was great for gathering and board game playing! Proximity to the beach was convenient. The owner, Mary Lou, was gracious and accommodating. We would definitely stay here, again.

Great location at Bethany Beach

The house is very nice and right next to the trolley stop. We loved the screened in porch and the outdoor shower. Also the community pool was a short walk from the house.

Great experience

We had 6 kids and 6 adults and we had ample room to spread out and also come together. Thank you for responding so quickly to internet problem, that would have been a disaster when we were stuck inside for weather. Hope to revisit in the future

Nice place!

Great location, plenty of room for 13 of us! Everyone loved the outside shower! Lots of space, including lots of room to store bikes, coolers and beach chairs in the garage!

Great family vacation!

We had a great week here! Usually we go to Ocean City and decided to try something new this year and this house and town did not disappoint! Honestly I think the house was better in person than in the pictures. Right on the trolley line and the resident parking passes were so helpful. We loved it, thank you!

We loved it!

We loved staying here! It’s the perfect location and house is very spacious. We loved having the screened in porch and outdoor shower. There’s plenty of storage room for bikes. Mary was very responsive to all of my messages with questions. Thanks! We hope to be back next year!

Everything we needed

The house was clean, the beds were comfy, and the outdoor shower was great! Even though the trolley wasn't running, the beach was so close we could still walk and the parking passes made heading downtown so easy. We cooked every night and there was plenty of room for two families to eat and hang out. It was perfect!

Great vacation home!

Wonderful house in a great community with pool and walking distance to the beach. This house had tons of space and lovely indoor and outdoor sitting areas. Will definitely stay here again.

Great house!!!

Wow what a perfect place for our family. Plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable and spread out. The deck and screened in porch are perfect. The outdoor shower is to die for. It's all we used :) Great location- short walk to the beach for morning yoga. Bethany is a great beach and this house is perfect for a larger group. We will go back for sure. The owners are very accommodating and easy to contact. It exceeded our expectations.

A perfect family beach house!

The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and well supplied with everything a beach house needs (pots, dishes, lawn chairs, etc.), and the property owner promptly answered every question we had. We were very happy with the location of the house: the community pool is a short walk away, and the beach is very accessible by either trolley or car (since the house comes with two residential parking permits). For adults, the walk to the town center and the beach can be pleasant, although it's a long walk for kids. The neighborhood also has flat, quiet roads for bicycling. All in all, our family was thoroughly pleased by our stay here!
