Den "Grey House" är ett två våningar, fem sovrum hus med havsutsikt ett halvt block tillbaka från stranden och fyra kvarter från centrum. Det har en veranda och ett solrum på framsidan av huset, och ett däck och marknivå däck i ryggen med två utomhus duschar, en 10-ft. Picknickbord med paraply, grillplats och en stor sandlåda under huset.

Första våningen: Bottenvåningen har rymliga rum och en öppen planlösning, där köket öppnar till matsalen och matsalen till vardagsrummet. Köket har ett bord med fyra stolar och en disk med fem barstolar som ryggar på matsalen. Matsalen rymmer 10 för stora sammankomster. Everything we needed was there for us including chairs and toys and a cart for the beach. Nicely equipped kitchen.

Great house and great location

We’ve stayed at Tracey’s house several times before and every time it’s been great. It’s a wonderful house, close to the beach and walkable to the boardwalk and downtown Bethany Beach.

Great House and Great Location

The house is located right off the beach, and is large enough four six adults and four children. It is also walking distance to Garfield Parkway, the main street in Bethany. It is perfect for a family vacation

Always Look Forward to this House

This was my family’s big summer vacation and it didn’t disappoint. The house is clean, perfectly located, and comes with so many things that it makes packing for vacation so much easier. This was our second season here and I really want it to become a regular destination.

Great house right by the beach and downtown Bethany

Could not pick a better location, right next to the beach, close to downtown Bethany. It’s a wonderful beach house and had everything we needed. The homeowner was extremely responsive and could not have been better.

So Comfortable and Great Location

The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay at the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked and all the beach gear is supplied. It is a short block from the beach, making it easy to go back for lunch or for a break. Six adults and four children 10 years old or younger all had a blast.

This property is top notch, a 10 out of 10! The location is great, it’s spacious with a well equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds and furniture. The outdoor space includes a back decks, off the kitchen, a screen porch on the front of the house and a lower deck with a large sandbox. Love everything about this property!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Fabulous house and location

No complaints whatsoever. House was clean, spacious and well-stocked. Host very welcoming and easily available for questions or problems. Location couldn’t be beat, a 2 minute walk to beach and boardwalk. Four short blocks to center of town, restaurants, shops and entertainment. Highly recommend this property and would be happy to rent here again.

Another Wonderful Vacation

Perfect house for families!

This house has plenty of space and is perfect for families with young kids. Just a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. We park the car and it doesn’t move for a week. We walk everywhere! The house has everything you might need including kitchen supplies and beach chairs. There is even an electric car charger! Tracey is excellent with communication and is an extremely considerate host!

Perfect beach vacation home

So many great things to say about this home. Perfect location . 1 block from the beach and the walk on ramp to the board walk is across the street.. Because the location is at the end of the board walk the beach wasn’t as full. We always had a great beach spot. The home is very spacious and clean.. The 3 seasons porch was the perfect place for the 3 & 5 year old to watch their shows . They had a place to be and it kept them busy while we relaxed in the living room and kitchen.. The screened in front porch was another favorite relaxing place. The bedrooms are very spacious and loved the benches in the rooms to place your items. Beds pillows very comfortable. Loved the Meyers soaps. .Beach towels large and plush. Loved the double outside showers. Large clean and well stocked with products. Kitchen well stocked. Large dinning room table for all to sit at. Loved the big selection of beach chairs and beach wagon. The host was a pleasure to work with. The free trolly has a stop across the street . We enjoyed using it several times The children enjoyed the trolly rides. So did the adults. Will tell our friends about this perfect vacation home.. Thanks to our host..

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. Spacious accommodations, insanely close to the beach, a few blocks from Bethany Beach’s downtown, quiet, great neighbors and very easy to get to. Can’t wait to stay there next year.

Best stocked beach house!

Great location. Fantastic host and so well stocked. Nice beach chairs. Fluffy beach towels and every spice and condiment you could want. Shampoo. Soap, conditioner! Everything but the sun screen. Rent this place without any questions.

Amazing

This house was incredible. We could walk to everything which was nice with little kids. The beach was so close which made it nice to run back to the house when needed. The house was clean and spacious! We spent most of our time on the porch. The sand table was a hit with the kiddos! We’d book here again.

Booked Again Already

This house is incredible. It is so spacious, inside and out, and is in an outstanding location. Just a block to the beach and 4 blocks from the main square, my family easily accessed the local shops, park, and mini golf with ease. We also had family staying in places further out, but they were able to take the trolley which stopped almost right in front of the house. So convenient! Tracey was great with communication, was extremely accommodating and quick in response to any questions. The amenities were awesome and all of the provisions made packing so much easier! We look forward to staying here again.

Great house, great location, great vacation

The house is large, and it is very well equipped. Not only did the kitchen have everything we needed, there were also beach toys for the children as well as beach chairs and umbrellas. The house is also just a few steps from the ramp to the beach, making it easy to go back for meals.or just to get off the beach relax in the air conditioning for a little while. Finally, we had a fabulous week, and look forward to returning next summer.

My family (originally from Washington, D.C.) has been coming to Bethany Beach since the 1930s. My house, known as "the Gray House," was built in 1962 to replace the original, which was knocked down earlier that year by the "Great March Storm of 1962." It was for many years the last single-family house on the boardwalk until we picked it up and moved it back by a half a block in the late 1980s.
