Förtjusande 3BR / 2BA strandstuga på Fripp Island. Den övervåningen har två sovrum, ett med en kung och det andra med en kung och en två våningssäng. Downstairs erbjuder en våningssäng combo tvilling över hela tillsammans med ett badrum i full storlek. Vardagsrum / matsal / kombination kombination. Mycket öppen planlösning med utmärkt underhållande utrymme. Avskärmad i veranda och stort däck med utsikt över en expansiv gård. Utedusch för bekvämlighet efter en dag på stranden - perfekt för din familjesemester till Fripp!

Denna hyra kommer med två bekvämlighetskort ingår. Ytterligare kort är tillgängliga för $ 50 vardera. (Åldrarna 13 och uppåt). I hyran ingår också en golfvagn.

Bekvämlighetskort är bra för inträde i alla pooler på ön tillsammans med snackbar, Bonito-restaurang, utflykter och stol- och paraplyuthyrning.

Om du aldrig har varit i Fripp innan du är på en behandling. Fripp är en privat ö utan kommersialisering. De flesta parkerar sina bilar vid ankomst och reser endast med en golfvagn under sin vistelse. Ön är 1 mil bred och 3 mil lång. Vårt hem är beläget i det döda centrumet strax utanför huvudvägen (på en blind väg) med stranden i en riktning och småbåtshamnen i den andra. Vid småbåtshamnen kan du ta utflykter med skal, Dolphin-turer, hyra paddelbrädor eller brygga din båt. Stranden erbjuder stol- och paraplyuthyrning med tillgång till stranden varje block. Poolen "vuxen" ligger precis utanför stranden och erbjuder en bar vid havet för cocktails. Det finns 7 pooler på Fripp inklusive en barnpool, vuxenpool, olympisk pool och en uppvärmd pool (tänker inte på att det är en badtunna men varmare än resten.) Det finns också lekplatser, volleyboll och basketbollplaner. Strandklubben erbjuder ett antal planerade aktiviteter som du hittar i en utdelning som du får vid vaktporten vid ankomst. Några av dessa inkluderar majshålturneringar, sandskulpturstävling, bingo vid poolen, golvvagns scavengerjakter och familjekaraokekvällar. För barnen finns det Camp Fripp (med bokning) och ett naturcenter.

Badhanddukar tillhandahålls men ta med egna badhanddukar. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten. En rulle med pappershanddukar och en rulle per badrum med toalettpapper finns tillsammans med sängkläder.

Great house

We had a great time at this house. It was base camp for us as our family was staying down the road closer to the beach. The house had plenty of towels, cookware etc and enough space for the 5 of us. Would def come back!!

Memorial Day weekend

Our check in time was 3:30 and we did not get to check in till 7:00pm Sat night. When you are only at a rental for less than 48hrs it’s not a great situation to be 3 1/2 hours behind on the check in. Thankful we did not have dinner plans and need to get ready. We also got in and they did not have any towels for us for the weekend. Things happen out of peoples control( power outage for a little bit that morning) but how it was handled was very poor. The owner really didn’t seem to care about the inconvenience. We didn’t have an answer as to when we could get into the rental till 5:00. I had to repeatedly call and ask what was going on. When you are spending so much money for a weekend there needs to be ALOT more consideration for the mishap. And to the owners response that she was 2 hrs away and can’t do anything…. You could have handled it a lot better than you did and made us aware of the situation before we walked into an unclean house thinking we were checking in and you could have made it right by offering to compensate us for the trouble. This was our vacation and spent a lot of money to come for a short time. Things happen and its not the worst but you were very rude and dismissive and while it wasn’t your fault it was also not ours and we are the paying customers. I think overall this rental is a nice house and great location. The cleaning staff did a great job and work hard once they arrived. So as long nothing goes wrong it might be ok.

Lost Lobster - Great Stay

You really can't ask for a better location for a vacation home. The golf cart provided gives you ease of access to the beach, golf, fitness center, and much more. There was more than the listing even had on it that were so nice. 4 adult beach cruisers, 1 kids bike, 4 folding chairs for backyard or beach, fire pit, and tree swing. Beth was easy to communicate whenever we had a question and quickly resolved. Would stay here again.

We had a good time at the property for 6 nights. It as in a good location and was comfortable. I took off 1 star for a couple of broken items (blinds/shower bar/stair) that needed to be fixed, but everything else was great.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great week at the “Lost Lobster!” Five of us stayed and we had plenty of room to spread out. Some of the highlights included the location on the island, the tree swing (for kids), 2 bikes we were able to ride, and the screened in porch with fans for keeping cool! Initially, when we checked in, the floors were not very clean which is why we rated it lower. Luckily, the cleaning service stopped by for a final “walk through” and they were able to rectify the situation. There was a vacuum available to use in case we would have needed to clean it ourselves. Bathrooms, kitchen, and bedrooms were fine regarding cleanliness! One minor disappointment was that the outdoor shower was not working (nor is it an enclosed just FYI). Also, we did bring one other small TV for the kiddos to use in one of the bedrooms since the only TV is located in the living room. Would we stay here again? Absolutely! Cute home on a quiet cul-de-sac with updated rooms/beach decor! Miss the beach already!

This property is in a great location on the island, nice quiet cul-de-sac and easy walk or drive by golf cart to the beach. Communicating with the owner/property manager was extremely easy; always had quick responses from her. We were however, very disappointed in the cleanliness of the home and the lack of kitchen cookware.

Great Space for few days on Fripp

We've stayed on Fripp dozens of times. This time was a quick getaway over the Christmas holiday. This space is excellent for that--quiet location with good proximity to beach access. The only thing lacking--and the reason I wouldn't rent for an extended stay e.g. a week, is a view of the marsh from the outdoor seating areas. Beyond that, however, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a few days of R&R on Fripp.

This house was nice and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It’s close to the marina and comes with a golf cart with is great! The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. We would stay here again!

Tucked Away Piece of Fripp Heaven

Loved the location, electric cart, and screened in porch were highlights. It's quiet and I saw very newly born twin fawns and a mama deer each day. When we were ready for the beach just a quick ride over the bridge. We will be back!

Beyond expectations

We had a great time! The home had everything we needed. Great updates and overall just very nice accommodations. The location is perfect and just a short golf cart ride away from the beach. The owners were nice and helpful.
