The Little House ligger inbäddat i ett nytt avskilt, vackert inredda privat område i Blue Ridge Mountains i Georgien. Denna intima stuga är perfekt för par som vill komma ifrån staden.

Bara 15 minuter från Blue Ridge centrum finns mycket att göra i området - från forsränning, flytande nerför floden, zipfodring, båtliv, vandring och fiske till att besöka närliggande bryggerier och lokala butiker. Fråga gärna oss om rekommendationer.

Denna lyxiga moderna rustika fjällstuga innehåller ett sovrum, ett badrum och ett öppet koncept kök och vardagsrum, förutom en stor veranda med egen utsikt.

Sovrummet är möblerat med en king size-säng, förutom en smart TV och BlueRay DVD. Vårt kök har SS-apparater (diskmaskin, kylskåp, spis med ugn) och under diskmaskin mikrovågsugn med en bondgård rostfri diskbänk, och allt som behövs för din gateway matlagning behöver om du väljer att äta i. Du kan också dra nytta av en gaspanna i vardagsrummet och en soffa, som blir en drottning säng om du tar med extra gäster, vilket ger den totala beläggningen upp till 4 personer.

Vi har en säsongsbetonad bergsutsikt på sommaren. På hösten, vinter och vår har vi en vacker utsikt över Cohutta bergen. På sommaren har vi utsikt över en vacker grön mogen skog med 60 meter långa träd. På baksidan täckta verandor, kan du grilla (en fin Kitchenaid gasgrill), njut av utsikten, hoppa på din läsning eller bara lyssna på ljudet av vinden genom träden.

Vi har 2 hektar, gärna utforska skogen och njut av naturen. Du kan se rådjur, hökar och många sorter av fåglar, kolibrier, ekorrar, kalkoner, kaniner och andra vilda djur som bor i området.

Det är en enkel och trevlig bilresa från Blue Ridge till huset med alla asfalterade vägar. Vi är den näst högsta höjden i länet. Det finns vackra långdistansutsikt från våra vägar. Du kan se bergen i Georgia, North Carolina och Tennessee. Dess bara 4 miles till byn McCaysville, Ga., Där du hittar butiker, en livsmedelsbutik, kafé, restauranger Toccoa River och mer ...

Cozy Mountain Getaway

This cottage was amazing! My husband and I decided to take a mini-honeymoon and we were not disappointed! We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including a hot tub and fireplace. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed to utilize the kitchen. Highly recommend. Great mountain views!

Perfect getaway

We loved this place and will definitely plan to come back. The house is nicer than the pics and well stocked. The hot tub was a great place to hangout on rainy days. The host were helpful and responsive. Highly recommend staying here.

Not Private

We were very surprised to learn upon arrival that this is a guest house in the backyard of a main house in a neighborhood. This was not made clear in the property description. Not only that, there was another house behind this cottage, so it was sandwiched between two large houses with zero privacy. When a couple books a 'perfect couples getaway' from their kids and civilization, they do not want to see the windows of a strangers house looking down on them! There was great attention put into the 'modern farmhouse' aesthetic, and it shows in the choice of materials used, which are high-end and very nice. The kitchen was stocked for our cooking needs, although missing a pizza cutter. The biggest drawback of the space...there are limited places to just lounge around. If you want to sit around to read a book, it's either the sofa, the bed, or the rocking chairs on the deck. There was also no place to unpack clothing - no dresser, closet or armoire - just a stand alone clothing rack with no hangers. I was also concerned about the lack of safety grip bars in the shower/bath area - it's a hazard for those with balance issues. The best part of this place is the mattress! It provided the most comfortable and restful sleep I've every gotten at a rental property. We are accustomed to rustic cabins and don't need 'fancy' when we want to escape. We would prefer to have actual privacy, solitude, and quiet when we take our annual trip - especially if we're spending this much $.

Gorgeous spot for a lovely weekend

We decided to take a trip after Thanksgiving to rest from all the holiday chaos, and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The cabin was gorgeous, and is probably the nicest cabin I've stayed in in several years. It's very easy to get to, has lovely views, and is close to town while still being in the mountains. The only thing I would recommend, is that you start warming the hot tub as soon as you get there, because it takes a bit for it to get up to temperature. We absolutely will be coming back!

Great Cottage

Everything went extremely smooth from check in to check out and the cottage was even nicer in person. It had everything we needed to make for a wonderful stay. Only regret is it was too cold for us to enjoy the hot tub, maybe next time;)

Weekend Getaway

The location and property were great for a weekend getaway for my wife and I. We have been to Blue Ridge area before on a number of occasions and this was the first staying in this area. It was very quiet and peaceful!

Perfect cabin for couple

This cabin is great, the kitchen has more than the usual and more than you need to cook up some good food, lots of spices and condiments provided. Very clean and just like the pictures. The Host was great. Would definitely return for another visit.

Clean, charming and loved the location!

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything worked properly, it was clean and we loved all the little touches with art work and decor. The location was in a neighborhood yet very private. The hot tub was a really nice special touch. We will definitely be back!

So Glad We Chose Forest Cottage!

This cottage is comfortably and efficiently designed, not to mention beautiful inside! My husband and I stayed for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed a pleasant, relaxing visit. The owners are helpful and easy to communicate with, they provided everything we could need and more. We felt comfortable walking and exploring the area and retreating back to the cottage to relax and enjoy the view. The neighborhood is dotted with lovely homes yet the views from the cottage deck and hot tub areas were very private. There are many places to visit and hike nearby so if you are looking for beauty, comfort, privacy, and relaxation....this is your place!

Couple Getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay at Forest Cottage. A beautiful slice of heaven. Everything was exactly as we expected it to be. Steve was very accommodating with questions we had. The only downside was having to leave. We will be back!

BEAUTIFUL CABIN

Perfect!
