Vackert inredda fredliga, husdjursvänliga, bergsväg. Visa och lyssna på floden från den skärmade sovande verandaen bland trätopparna. Stort rum med högt tak och öppen spis. Komplett kök med matplats för 6-8 och andra öppen spis öppnas till veranda.

Master med king size-säng och franska dörr till back däck funktioner nyrenoverade egna badrum. Gästrum med queen size-säng öppnar veranda. Loft med två enkelsängar och nyinredda privat badrum. Soffa i stort rum och dubbelsäng på veranda. Fullt utrustat kök och ny gasgrill.

Privat miljö mindre än 6 miles från downtown Blue Ridge. Bara några minuter från Merciers Orchard. Vägen och stugan är lättillgängliga med tvåhjulsdrivna fordon. Kodad elektrisk ingång för extra säkerhet.

Fightingtown Creek strömmar genom fastigheten. Stugan sitter uppe över bäcken och du hör spårens låt genom natten. Bäcken nås av vägen som tar dig till stugan och handlar om en 100 gård promenad nerför backen. Viken banken är brant och kan vara övervuxen på platser men många äventyrliga gäster tillgång till wading och öring fiske.

En enda liten hund per hyra är accepterad. Inga katter tack vare ägarallergier.

Beautiful cabin! We enjoyed our stay, very welcoming from the minute walking in the door, grandkids loved the fire pit roasting hot dogs and making smores. Screened in deck overlooking the river was so peaceful! Highly recommend staying at the Birdsong Cabin.

Nice family time

Very cozy in a nice wooded setting. Wonderful creek below with relaxing sounds. Seems secluded but is close to Walmart and white water rafting!

Relaxing Getaway

Wonderful cabin for a relaxing getaway. Everything was neat, clean and well stocked. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch listening to the water. One of the best cabins we have ever stayed in.

Woodland paradise

It rained 90% the time of our stay, but we were happy with hibernating in this adorable house. Delighted with everything about it!

Memorable Memorial day

Our family of 4 and our small dog booked bird song for a long Memorial Day weekend while we did some amazing activities in the area. The cabin is very eclectic and very cool. Plenty of space for all of us plus more. We have grown children, and we really, really enjoyed the cabin. It has little knickknacks everywhere you look, it keeps it interesting. It is situated on a bluff overlooking the creek. As seen in the pictures. we walked down to the creek and there are other cabins in the area. But you feel very secluded, nothing can be seen from your cabin. And no one can see you from their cabins. This is always hard to see in the pictures. Right? This cabin is secluded. There's one adjacent to it, but it is hidden in the trees. The drive in There is easy, no need for special tires or 4 wheel drive. It's near Blue Ridge and as much as it's close to a lot of convenient things. You definitely feel like you are out in the country. It had everything we needed, and we really enjoyed our time.We look forward to staying at birdsong again

Wonderful!

Birdsong is immaculately kept. The house sits above Fightingtown Creek and the daybed on the screened porch is perfect for letting the sound of the creek lull you to sleep. The master has one of the most comfortable beds ever. The peace and quiet was wonderful. The house is stocked with everything you might need for your stay. I look forward to coming back

Beautiful home with cute decor

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was well stocked with the common things needed. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed all the eclectic decor. The drive is pretty steep but its the mountains! Access to the river is right down the gravel drive but you couldn't really get in the water right there but it was nice sitting on the back porch drinking coffee in the morning listening to the river rush by. I saw two deer in the drive this morning. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Lovely visit

Birdsong is a beautifully nestled cabin with the sound of running water all around. The space is filled with sweet and intentional touches of bird nests and whimsical art. Every nook has something special to see. The views are spectacular from the porch and the sound of the water is great for reading a book in the morning sunshine. The upstairs bedroom is so cool. And the queen bedroom off the back porch greets you with literal birds singing in the morning. The space has everything we were looking for. Cozy, comfortable, safe, and well loved. We will be back with the whole family next time.

Beautiful with great location

Absolutely gorgeous cabin very close to Blue Ridge with great views of the river. You can tell the owners took great care in decorating as there is something interesting in every corner. Owner very rrsponsive and has most everything you need there. Looking forward to coming back

Exceptional Stay!

This was the perfect place for our family to celebrate Christmas. It is the most beautiful and artistic home, well appointed and filled with character. There are two fireplaces - one in the family room and another in the kitchen/dining room that make the whole house cozy and warm. The fire pit, rushing creek below and multi level deck make the most of the lovely grounds. The host was extremely thoughtful about the check-in process as we received our check-in information a few days beforehand and they even decorated the cabin for Christmas! A truly special stay that enhanced our time together, we will definitely book this property again. 5 stars!!!

Great Cabin, Great Location

Stayed 9 nights and had a great time. Cabin was well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location was convenient to Blue Ridge for groceries, gas and restaurants. Watched deer playing across the creek several mornings, with birds and squirrels around the cabin throughout the day.

This was a cabin we saw on the first day looking. It had all the cozy charm we were looking for and incredible potential. We fell in love with it immediately!

Off the beaten path but so close to everything. The short gravel road puts you in the middle of the woods where the quite and solitude can be enjoyed.
