Gulf Crest - Walk in Shower in Master, augusti 2018 Bilder fortfarande bra efter Michael

Vi var mycket lyckliga och led inte någon skada på enheten under Michael, bilderna från augusti 2018 är fortfarande korrekta.

Gulf Crest är ett fantastiskt komplex eftersom alla vardagsrum, matsal och sovrum har full, fantastisk utsikt över smaragdgröna vattnet. Komplexet är familjeorienterat, med två stora pooler, två badtunnor utomhus, barnpool, spelrum och gym. De två sovrumsenheterna har inomhusområdet 1381 kvm och fantastiska 40 fot långa balkonger med utsikt över bukten.

Vår lägenhet på 11: e våningen har keramiska plattor i det stora rummet, niofotstak och kronformning. Vardagsrummet har en 55-tums HD-TV och Bose 321 ljud- / DVD-spelare och en drottningssäng. Det finns en 43-tums 4K Smart TV med DVD-spelare i sovrummet och en 32 ”HD Smart TV och DVD-spelare i gästrummet. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med utsikt över bukten! Det finns skjutbara glasdörrar där du kan gå ut på balkongen från sovrummet.

Den enorma, 40 fot stora balkongen med privatliv har utsikt över det vackra vattnet i Mexikanska golfen och har en helt ny uppsättning utemöbler. Enheten har även en dubbelsäng i gästrummet med tillgång till det andra badrummet, och två inbyggda våningssängar med dubbla madrasser. Det stora köket är öppet mot vardagsrummet, vilket ger en öppen luftig känsla för detta bostadsrätt.

Enheten har trådlöst internet (det finns en trådlös router i enheten). Den har den vanliga höghastighetstjänsten istället för den långsammare hotelltyp som är standard med alla Gulfcrest-lägenheter. Om någon behöver göra lite arbete under sin vistelse har vi höghastighetsinternet för din VPN-anslutning och telefonen i enheten låter dig ringa till konferensbroar via avgiftsfria nummer så att du inte behöver köra din mobiltelefonräkning . Telefonerna har ljudknappar och ett headsetuttag.

Kabel-TV-tjänsten inkluderar premiumkanaler och DVR så att du kan spela in dina favoritprogram medan du är ute på stan eller på stranden.

Much need vacation

Great Vacation

Loved our stay at Gulf Crest. It was our first time staying at this location and we enjoyed it. This condo had the perfect view of the gulf. The room was equipped with everything you would need for your stay. We would definitely book again.

Beautiful clean condo

The owner was very pleasant and answered all questions very promptly. Such an easy process to book and pre register to get parking passes. This was our first time staying at Gulf Crest and we loved the building. The elevators were speedy (and this was busy Memorial Day week). The staff were very nice. The condo is very spacious and exactly as pictured - beautiful. Such a large balcony and beautiful view overlooking the beach. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The furnishings were comfortable and large TVs in each room and washed and dryer that worked well. Gulf Crest is in an excellent location - easy to leave and access Thomas Dr. You are within walking distance of several restaurants and there is a mini market right on the corner for ice and beer. There is a grill and bar at the pool. Condo had two beautiful pools. Beach service is not included but is reasonably priced - and honestly I felt the condo was lower priced than comparable condos so that made up for it. The beach service manager was very nice. Just a wonderful week overall. Thank you George Best so much!!

We love Gulf Crest

The condo was clean, well stocked, and very nice. Pool area was nice as usual. I wasn't crazy about the check in kiosk. Front desk people were at the desk, but wouldn't check you in. You had to do it yourself on a computer outside and print a parking pass. It didn't work for me, so had to go in anyway. I may have missed something, but just felt very impersonal. Also, I wish they would begin quiet hours at 11:00, not 10:00. People are in vacation and every night, the guards had to kick people out of the pools and hot tub. Otherwise, great stay, great owner to work with!

Could not be more happy about our stay.

Relax!

This property was extremely clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen equipment, well decorated and a quiet location. Loved having covered assigned parking. Check in was easy. Property security managed by key codes at all car & pedestrian access. Office staff were friendly. Elevators were fast. Huge balcony and comfortable seating. Had a wonderful time listening to the ocean from the balcony. Will definitely choose this unit again.

Great condo

The condo was exactly as described and was the cleanest & most well stocked rental we have ever stayed in. George was easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. He was kind enough to let us know prior to our arrival that maintenance would be performed to the balconies during our stay. We will definitely be renting this condo from George again.

Gulfcrest Unit 1103

Impeccable is the best word to describe this unit. This was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in while on vacation. Everything was cleaned to perfection, well stocked and upgrades not found with most vacation rentals. George was great to work with everything went seamlessly smooth. We will definitely be staying here again.

Absolutely amazing room

I’ve been to PCB 7 years straight and 5 different rooms all on the beach and this was the best room and condo of any I have stayed. We will definitely be coming back to this condo and room.

Very nice condo! One of the nicest places we have stayed!

This was a nice condo. It was very spacious for a two bedroom. The 11th floor was perfect for viewing sunsets on the huge balcony, the biggest balcony we have ever had in a 2 bedroom. It also had bunks in the living room that were very neat. Kitchen had everything that we could have needed. Definitely would stay again!

We loved this condo.

This is a great vacation rental. The condo is very nicely furnished with everything you need. It was very clean and all the furnishing were in great condition and up to date. The Gulf Crest is a wonderful location and the property is maintained very well. We have stayed at the Gulf Crest several time before but with different condo owners and this was one of our favorite units. We will definitely rent from them again.

PCB Vacation

11th Floor Paradise On The Gulf!

We first started renting this condo by the sea 3 years ago for 2 winter months. Over the years we have met other "snow birds" and seen many of the Gulfcrest rentals. George's condo is always the nicest! Lovely furnishings and regular updates, so nothing ever looks tired. Each year we are surprised by something large or small that he has done to the place. The kitchen is well stocked, nice dishes, knives etc., the linens are lovely and fresh, the furnishings tasteful and cared for and George is ever attentive to any needs we may have. Two years ago, the microwave broke and he had it replaced within 48 hours. We just can't say enough good about this property and the owner! We have been ruined for anything else! Do not hesitate to stay here!

This is an Incredible Condo and very comfortable.Dealing with the owner was fast and easy.We have stayed in several condos up and down the beach as we go to PBC every year.this was by far our favorite.parking was convenient and gated.location was excellent and the condo and view was gorgeous.we couldnt ask for a better experience.already counting down the days till we return.thank you George
