Kom och njut av vår 18: e våning designer inredda, rökfria, rymliga två sovrum, två badrum condo. Det ger gott över 1300 kvadratmeter boyta för dig och din familj att njuta av. Alla rum har nio fot, tak med havsutsikt från matsalen, vardagsrummet och master-sviten.

Känn dig säker på denna plats med gated access till condo byggnad och strand. Du kommer inte ha problem med att hitta en plats att parkera i parkeringshuset som ligger direkt intill lägenheten. Det finns en utrustad parkeringsplats på tredje våningen i garaget för dig!

Befälhavaren svit har vackra Palm Court inredning med king size-säng. TV är en 50 "Samsung HD Plasma med Blueray DVD med Netflix. Comcast X1 HD-kabelåtkomst inkluderar HBO. Master bad har stor klädkammare, odlade marmor badkar / dusch, granit diskar med dubbla handfat och separat vatten garderob med nyare toalett. Tvättstugan ligger utanför masterbadet och har staplat, frontbelastning, Whirlpool tvättmaskin / torktumlare.

Gäst sovrummet har en queen size-säng med en 40 "LG LCD TV och Blueray DVD-spelare. Comcast X1 HD-kabelåtkomst inkluderar HBO. Det andra badet har granit fåfänga, odlad marmor badkar / dusch med nyare toalett.

Köket har granit bänkskivor och Whirlpool apparater med ny diskmaskin och kylskåp. En frukostbar med 3 avföring är redo för dina kvällslifter! En kaffebryggare, brödrost, mikrovågsugn, mixer, köksredskap, diskmaskin, matlagning och serveringsredskap ingår. Hunter takfläktar finns i hela lägenheten i båda sovrummen, vardagsrum och matsalar.

Matsalen har en stor räknarehöjd tabell för 6 att fånga dessa fantastiska viken utsikt.

Det finns två dubbla bunkar med nyare madrasser i väggen utanför matsalen som kan sova både vuxna och barn.

Vardagsrummet har en soffa och två läder stolar. Titta på dina shower på en fantastisk Samsung 50-tommers Plazma-TV eller Blueray-DVD-skivor på Blu-ray-spelare med wifi. Comcast X1 HD DVR-kabelåtkomst med HBO ingår. Stor WIFI finns i enheten och hela byggnaden, pool och strand.

Lägenheten är helt kaklad med en liten matta i vardagsrummet.

En av de bästa funktionerna i denna lägenhet är balkongen. Det är nästan 40 'lång med över 350 SF av fantastiskt utrymme för att njuta av utsikt över bukten. Det finns tre sittplatser på balkongen med två schäslonger, aluminiums matbord med plats för sex och morgonkaffeplatsen med bord och två svängbara rockers. Detta är en rökfri lägenhet och inga husdjur tack.

Felt like home!

Our family (2 adults and 4 little boys ages 9, 7, 3, 2) stayed for one week in June. The boys kept saying the place felt like home. Spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. It was the perfect place for our family and we hope to return to this exact unit. The balcony and view is top notch. There was never a long wait for elevators. Parking garage was a piece of cake. 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, game room, and snack/tiki bar were all great! Our boys loved night swimming as the lighting in the pools were so pretty. The free kid activities by the pool were a big hit and pleasant surprise also (sandart, tye dye, painting, snow cones, movie, etc). Gated community. Close to activities and restaurants. Communication from owner and condo - 5 stars. Cleanliness and condo itself - 5 stars. Location of property and amenities - 5 stars. Thank you for sharing this special property! Our family had the best summer vacation.

Fall Break

This unit is fantastic. This was our first time staying here but we loved it!! It’s so much more than a room. The property is fantastic. Great location for teens to walk to get ice cream or pizza. Walking distance to go carts, putt putt, and arcade. They have 2 huge pools, a hot tub, and a tiki hut. Don’t hesitate to book!!

Best place by far

All I can say is WOW!!! From communication with Owner until checkout. Our daughter has several health issues and he accommodated us with them. We loved it with all the peace and quit and such a great location and not crowded. I really have no complaints other than it rained on he majority of the time😭But the owner said he thought we would be back……And he is correct hands down loved it!!! Well worth it❤️

Amazing place to stay!

Everything about this condo was wonderful. All the necessities are provided. The place is well cared for and immaculately clean. Communication with owner was great. Beach chairs a plus as well as the beach chairs we sat by the beach early every morning was also so appreciated! I want yo go back soon. I definitely recommend this home.

The condo and the property was very nice! We had 2 additional guests with us due to unfortunate circumstances with flooding of their unit. The owner notified me to ask how many people were staying (as he had seen 2 additional people through the Ring doorbell), he was willing to work with me on letting them stay as long as I agreed to an inspection from his property manager, which went well, no concerns after the visit to our unit, just asked that we be extra cautious with the cook stove, the master shower, and the couches. If you’re checking in on a weekend, make sure you are provided with the gate code to get into the property as well as the door code to your unit prior to arrival. Overall very clean and nice unit, great balcony, great property, pools, views.

Amazing view condo

Enjoyed every minute of our stay in this condo. It was extremely clean and updated. No problems at all. Beautiful view from 18th floor. Also much appreciated the gated parking garage. Will definitely stay here again. Owners communicated easily.

Owner has taken very good care of this unit. It was exceptionally clean, had a new shower, modern appliances and furniture, but our favorite was the living room TV with sound bar. These things made it feel more like home than a rental. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Very nice and clean beach front condo!

Property matches the 5 star reviews. Very nice and clean condo with large balcony to watch the sun rise and set over the ocean. One of the nicest beaches we’ve ever been to. We saw dolphins a couple times in the mornings including a school of sea-rays. This was our first time to the panama beach area, so if you go at the end of March be prepared for the spring break crowd. Condo had a super easy check in process and the Property Manager, Chris, was super responsive and very helpful. Thank you!

Beautiful condo!!!! Everything u see is what u get. There are alot of condo’s out there misrepresented by images. This one is beautiful and spacious! We’ve been coming to PCB for over ten years. My kids are teens now and stated this was there favorite thus far. Next year, i’ll be booking again!!!

Feels clean! Looks just like the pictures!

We have visiting PCB 1-2 times a year for the last 12 years and have had some rooms that were very misrepresented by the pictures. This room looks just like the pictures! We were very pleased with the size of the room, the cleanliness and the location. The owner checked in a couple times to ensure we were satisfied. We are looking to plan a fall trip and will definitely book again.

Incredible stay at this beautiful condo!

Exceptional!! Very clean and nicely furnished!!

Our stay here was amazing! The owners are really responsive and were so easy to work with. We've stayed in 3 places at Gulf Crest and this is by far the best. This unit is immaculately kept and the furnishings are all really nice. They have great outdoor furniture as well. We highly recommend this condo!!!

Absolutely Gorgeous Ocean Front Condo!

My husband, two kids (ages 8 and 6), and I just got back from a wonderful family vacation at Panama City Beach where we stayed at this gorgeous Ocean front condo at Gulf Crest! The view from this condo is amazing! There is a huge floor to ceiling window all along the backside of the condo giving you a view from the ocean from every angle. We spent most mornings and evenings watching the sun rise and set from the porch where there is an outdoor dining set and loungers. The condo is very clean, spacious, and gorgeously decorated. I am an interior designer so I really enjoy staying somewhere that is designed well. The pools and hot tubs are also very well maintened and the tiki hut is conveniently located right by the pool area. We have taken several vacations to the Atlantic, and the beaches there are no match for the Gulf! The white sandy beaches and clear water in PCB are beautiful! The kids loved making sand castles, looking for shells, boogie boarding, and snorkeling! We found lots of beautiful shells and sand dollars! I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to get away for a relaxing and fun vacation!

Beautiful & clean beachfront condo

We had a wonderful week at PCB staying at this condo. It is not only beautifully decorated but was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the large balcony with spectacular sunsets and saw dolphins, manta rays, and schools of fish as they swam by. Check in was easy, staff and security very friendly and helpful, and the elevators were fast. There are so many great restaurants and fun family activities close by. I highly recommend this condo.

Spring Break 2017 (March 26-April 1)

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo! We had 2 adults and 3 younger teens in our group. It was very spacious with a large balcony and beautiful view (18th floor). It is close to casual/local restaurants. Walmart is about a 5 min. drive and was great for picking up odds and ends. There is covered parking (1 spot reserved for the condo), luggage carts to help with transporting luggage, and the elevators are speedy (which is a complaint at other condo buildings). There are 2 hot tubs, 2 large pools (one heated) and a Tiki Bar with food, drinks and adult beverages. There is very easy pool and beach access. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone!:)

The property was everything that was showed in the pictures and was very well kept and cleaned. Nice

I was very pleased with the property. Everything was clean and well taken care of which was a plus. We had a great time even though the weather was cold and we didn't get to experience the beach but we made the best of everything. I will definitely rent this property again when me and my family return. The view was also amazing!!
