The house fit our family (including grandparents, aunts and uncles). The property was well maintained and instructions were clear. The backyard was gorgeous. There is a step down into the kitchen that could benefit from 24x7 lighting to avoid trips/falls.

Everything was great with the house and it was very clean. The pool is a lovely touch but it does have hornets and yellow jackets nesting all around the back yard and in the border of the pool. They fly out of the waterfalls when you turn them on and they stung two of our guys. They were not happy about that. The house is quite lovely but the showers were all cold and they did not warm up. Maybe one of them was Luke warm but 8 of the guys complained. The hot tub did not warm up either. Everything else was great and the location is right by Deep Ellum and downtown.

10/10 would recommend!

Great place! We were there for a bachelorette weekend. We had 10 total guests. The house is spacious, plenty of beds, pool in backyard is great for hanging out all day. Communication with host was clear and easy! Such a cute neighborhood and close to Deep Ellum!

Great house for our family

Our family visited Dallas for a wedding. We had two children and six adults. The house was great. Backyard was the hit of our stay. Nice small pool the kids loved. Covered area with a tv and couches. Grill, cornhole game, etc. the inside was very nice and well stocked. We of course bought our food, but things like a reasonable amount of toilet paper, coffee, some spices, trash bags etc were already there. Big area on the main floor for whatever you want to do. Great tvs. The only drawback was only 2 1/2 bathrooms and one was very small so we basically all showered in one bathroom. However I would recommend this house to any family. Just realize it is in an area that is being re-gentrified so their are some low apartments and houses around you as well as some nice places.

Spacious and well kept

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay at this property, plenty to keep us busy on the property and nearby. Kitchen is well stocked and plenty of places to relax separately or all together. This was our second visit and we’re not disappointed.

Beautiful home, wonderful host, great property manager, but not quite as listed

The pool and hot tub situation was a challenge. It’s broken and although we enjoyed it when repaired, that was only 1.5/5 day stay. The grill and outdoor kitchen and oven were not usable. Very dirty and not maintained. No stock of propane or fuel for any of the marketed outdoor kitchen for actual use. However, it is lovely. Very beautiful property. Grateful for the stay. But we were vacationing with our 6 kids and we selected this property for its amenities. Bottom line - amenities should be adjusted in listing for accuracy.

Perfect getaway

Our stay here was absolutely perfect!!! The house was so clean, decorated beautifully and in a nice quiet neighborhood. It has plenty of room to spread out with plenty of comfy beds. The highlight of this property is the backyard oasis! The pool and spa were amazing. It is pretty shaded most of the day which is perfect for those of us that burn easy. There is a phone inside where you can control turning on the spa heater, waterfall, lights, etc which is great. The patio has a huge grill, tv, fireplace with smoker, ceiling fans, tons of seating and places to eat. There is a small area of grass in the back perfect for our four legged friends. The hosts provide everything you might need-bug spray, sunscreen, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, swim towels, etc. the back yard is privacy fenced which is great! The neighborhood was so quiet and although there were a few run down looking properties on the block, we never felt unsafe and actually my kids left some of their things on the porch one night and no one messed with anything. There is a long covered driveway so your vehicles will not be on the street. The location was perfect for plenty of restaurants, Deep Ellum, Art District, etc. I can’t say enough great things about this property and have actually already started planning a girls trip back!

Charming house with great backyard!

This home has lots of updates but also historic charm. It was very clean, and the backyard is a great setup. We loved the cozy den space. Our group consisted of several female adults. Keep in mind that there are only 2 full bathrooms even though there are lots of beds. There is a half bath downstairs. Communication was excellent. Only slight downside is this neighborhood is in a very transitional phase as I write this. We never felt unsafe, but there are definitely some eyesores, and there were construction workers smoking tons of cigarettes in nearby yards which put a slight damper on our hot tub and outdoor time. Overall, it was a great place for us to stay.

Great Back Patio Area, Overall Recommend

Overall great property. Out back is a great hang out spot with a great kitchen setup and space for eating for everyone. Plenty of beds and separation to get away. We did pay to heat the pool which at certain times was not heated to the temperature it was supposed to be. Close proximity to Deep Ellum but did not walk it.

Wonderful home near downtown

Very nice home and close to everything downtown. The rooms were very comfortable and we all enjoyed the outdoor patio and pool.
