This incredibly luxurious residence serves as your ultimate haven in Dallas. We are close to all the best shopping & dining spots, but still in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The backyard is resort-like, very private with high fences, with pool, dining/conversation area, fire pit with seating, Insta-grammable wall mural, and outdoor games like a putting green and cornhole. The interior has a great layout w/a modern kitchen and game room w/shuffleboard, bar & dining area. Best of all is no stairs!

This lovely, stylish home is the perfect home base for your adventures in Dallas. With 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths, we look forward to welcoming your party of up to 12.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house. Keyless check-in with digital lock.

Other things to note
- Minimum Age to book is 25 years
- Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is by 10 am.
- Quiet Hours 10pm- 6am, we have a Zero Tolerance Policy for parties and Events
- Security Cameras on premises- Front yard camera, Garage Camera and a Door Bell Camera.
- Property has NoiseAware noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
-Propane tanks are provided which you can refill at your own cost.

- SWIMMING POOL RULES -
---> Pool is not gated or fenced, not recommended for kids less than 12 or who do not know how to swim
---> Use pool at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries
--->Supervise children wherever they could find water. Children can drown in as little as an inch of water.
--->No one should swim alone. This includes grown-ups!
--->Designate an adult to be responsible for watching children in pools during parties, and rotate shifts. Have them wear a special shirt, hat or badge so that others know not to interrupt this person while on duty.
--->No food, drinks or glass inside the pool
--->No running, pushing or dangerous horseplay around the pool

Also note:
- We have a pool technician come 1x/week to clean the pool/check chemicals
- We have a pest control guy 1x/month to spray the surrounding areas of the building
- We have yard maintenance/garbage collection service come 1x/week
*They will not interrupt your stay but will be present on the grounds for 30 mins during the week to take care of maintenance*

- Agree to House rules - It is assumed by confirming a reservation that the house rules have been read and acknowledged.
