This is our second time visiting, in the same room, and it's always a wonderful experience. The addition of the bar and bottle shop made for a fun adventure and kicked off the evening with a great cocktail. Teri is phenomenal, and super welcoming as was Vicky working behind the bar. The first floor can be a little loud when other guests are coming in and out, but we knew that and used the AC unit and a fan to drown out some of the noise. The location is UNBEATABLE. Walkable to so many things, including downtown Cincinnati and the stadiums. We will be back again and again!

Stayed here a number of times, always reliably clean, comfortable, and convenient. Hosts are superb, and the neighborhood has all you could want in walkable restaurants, coffee shops and diversions.

Very nice place! Loved hearing the history of the building, from the workers in the Urban Chick boutique! Great location, within walking distance to tons of businesses. Will definitely stay again, when in town!

Great location- unit wonderfully clean- loved the snack basket and coffee and water. Enjoyed the porch to sit a visit on. Lots to do within easy walking distance. We stayed in unit 2. Off street parking a definite plus. We highly recommend Newport Inn and will definitely stay there next time.

It was just as described, and was perfect for our one night stay. We wished we were staying another night, but had travel plans. It was cute, cozy, comfy, and met our expectations. We've marked this place as one to book for future trips to this area.

Charming Inn, perfect location

We loved our stay at the Newport Inn! From the moment we booked our stay we felt welcomed. Communications with Jeff and Terri were always pleasant, prompt and thorough
we felt like old friends! The room itself was so cozy and comfortable
.a wonderful blend of rustic and modern. Unfortunately we arrived shortly before Urban Chick closed so we didn’t get to enjoy the full experience of the shop but Abby greeted us with a warm smile, making us feel right at home, giving us some local recommendations. The location was perfect! An easy walk to Newport on the Levee, restaurants and the Purple People bridge to enjoy Cincy! The connector was a great way to move around the city, visiting various neighborhoods, stopping at key sights. Great food scene. And the Cincinnati Zoo was amazing (a quick Uber ride from the Inn).This is the place to stay!

Great location clean & well-stocked room. Close to everything you want to do in Cincinnati/Newport KY. Had an issue with our TV but was taken care of so quickly. Bed is very comfortable bathroom is spacious. Great price for what you get. Will definitely stay here over & over again.

We are empty nesters. Terri loves walking to the farmers market, shopping in the antique stores, and of course bourbon! Jeff loves all of the music venues within walking distance. We also enjoy walking the "East Row" and enjoying the 19th century architecture of the beautiful homes.

Our Innkeepers, Terri Smith and Jeff Zemanek had a vision to create a small boutique hotel allowing guest to experience the best of Historic Newport. This 300 sqft Studio has a kitchenette, new Serta Queen iComfort bed and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. Located just a few blocks from the Ohio River, we are located right in the heart of the historic district in a beautiful turn of the century building. If you would also like to experience the big city, a walk or carriage ride to downtown Cincinnati creates a whole new dimension. The end result is a luxurious stay, which combines the best of both worlds.... and free parking!!!

It's a beautiful walking neighborhood with many things to do and enjoy. if you love beautiful homes and buildings built in the 1850's to 1920, this is the place to take in the architecture from this wonderful era. Don't forget our wine bar!!
