Excellent! Great location and spots for the weekend.

This rental worked out great for us. We got in late, it was easy to get inside and enjoy our stay. We were back and forth visiting friends all weekend but it was nice to have place to allow our daughter to nap before our next visit later that day. House is clean and the amenities worked really well for us. It rained all weekend so we didn’t get to use the outside much but the yard is big enough to soak in some sun next time or throw a baseball around. Will definitely consider this spot next time we are in Charlotte! Oh and the location is very convenient to the grocery story, Birkdale village shopping and etc, which is also great!

Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We're thrilled to hear that our rental worked out great for you and your family. We're glad the check-in process was easy, allowing you to enjoy your stay even though you arrived late. It's great that the house was clean and the amenities suited your needs well. We understand the rain limited your outdoor activities, but we're glad you noted the potential for enjoying the yard in the future. We appreciate your consideration of our spot for your next visit to Charlotte. The convenient location near the grocery store, Birkdale Village shopping, and more is an added bonus. Thank you for choosing us, and we look forward to hosting you again in the future for another enjoyable stay!

We had a great stay and would highly recommend the property. Jason was extremely responsive to any questions or needs, although there were very few given how well laid out and equipped the property was. It was a very comfortable and safe setting, while still being just a short stroll from Birkdale Village for restaurants, shopping and everything else it has to offer. A perfect landing spot for us and a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
