Inside this luxe modern home, every detail is designed for comfort and style. The front sitting area welcomes you with four swivel chairs around a small tableâideal for conversationâalongside a large wraparound couch, smart TV, and a sleek wet bar for evening drinks. The kitchen feels warm and inviting, featuring stainless steel appliances, a hooded vent above the stove, and a spacious island with seating for three. Nearby, the dining area with its round table for four flows seamlessly into the second living room, where a cozy couch, two swivel chairs, and a smart TV invite relaxation. Step outside to the covered patio that wraps around the back and side of the house, offering abundant seating, a dining table for eight, and a firepitâthe perfect setting for al fresco meals, laughter with friends, or simply enjoying the peaceful Carolina evenings.
