Välkommen till Wave a Wand, ett helt nytt modernt elegant 1 sovrums stuga på första kvarteret i Savannah Street. Wave a Wand är två gånger storleken på de flesta gäststugor i Seaside.

Wave a Wand har en särskild privat parkeringsplats, cykelställ och ett trädäck som vindar över en rad blommande azaleor till den inbjudande möblerad verandan. Vid ankomsten märker man det eleganta, bekväma vardagsrummet med lyxig inredning och en storskärms-TV, komplett med TiVo-kapacitet. Tvärs över det öppna vardagsrummet finns ett fullt modernt kök med en öns mitt och barstolar. I anslutning till köket finns ett matsal omgivet av fönster vilket gör det möjligt att få tillströmning av naturligt ljus.

På första våningen finns också ett separat skafferi, egna köksskåp, anpassade ins och en halv bad för gästerna. På andra våningen finns ett drottning sovrum med dubbla dörrar till en privat balkong och eget privata lyxiga master bad. Den vackra master badrummet har en innesluten glas dusch, marmor väggar, fönster med naturligt ljus och en regndusch kran. Drottning balkongen har utsikt över trädträd och är den perfekta platsen för ditt morgonkaffe eller en plats att fly med en eftermiddagsbok.

Av verandaen är en privat utgång till en sandig fotbana som leder till stranden. Från den moderna konstruktionen, den rymliga designen och lyxiga inredningen Wave a Wand är en verkligt magisk flykt för två. * Inga barn tack.

A favorite stay in a favorite place!

Beautiful Weekend at Wave A Wand

I especially appreciate the kitchen and all the amenities it had. Nothing was required and there is plenty of room to cook if that is your desire. Also, the extra full bathroom was an added benefit! So close to Seaside activites and walking distance to anything you might want to do there. The beach was beautiful and the short walk to get to it was great! We had a most enjoyable time. I would highly recommend it to any couple looking for a little bit larger cottage.

Lovely Modern Home

The inside was spacious with 3 bathrooms and a washer and dryer plus it has a full size refrigerator. It had two small outdoor areas and was very close to the beach. The only problem we had was the WI-FI connection was poor.

Left something to be desired

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This guest cottage is newer construction and a large space. It was accommodating yet could be improved. For it to have a full kitchen the supply of kitchen tools was inadequate and the blender sub par. The bedroom linens were not the quality I would expect, maybe they were minimized due to covid precautions, but I have slept on better linens in a hospital. One of the things we look for when selecting a cottage is for amenities like a washer/dryer. The dryer stopped working on our 2nd day, the maintenance/repair folks continued to disturb our stay even after we asked to just be left alone. Homeowner's Collection did make arrangements for us to dry the wet clothes at another cottage, which was an okay solution. For it to be newer construction there could have been more thoughtful design and things like USB receptacles would have been a nice addition, along with some patio furniture on the upstairs patio.

Almost Paradise

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wave-a-Wand is a beautiful property in a perfect location. We were in love the minute we stepped in the door. But a cockroach encounter the first night was disturbing. We thought it was a onetime occurrence, but the next morning another appeared in a different location. And so it continued. They were both the small and large types and made their appearance upstairs and downstairs. Hopefully, it has been remedied as we had several discussions with the management company who seemed to think it was not a big deal. But, as beautiful as it is, we would not return.

We’ve rented other homes before and this one definitely provided the majority of what creates the comfort of home away from home. We stay in quite a bit for meals at the beach (don’t want to miss a minute of that gorgeous sand and ocean) and loved the kitchen and storage in the pantry. It has been our favorite rental so far! The dryer wasn’t working while we were there and we’d like to make sure it is before booking again. A washer/dryer while at the beach is a must for me.

Perfect couple's retreat

It was very clean and comfortable. In a great location. The management company responded quickly to any requests. You can't beat being at Great Southern for happy hour or dinner in minutes and having the Modica Market a few minutes away! This was our second stay in this cottage and we will certainly be back!

Perfect Place!

This place is perfect in every way. Just a short, easy walk to the beach and seaside restaurants. Lovely neighborhood and a great place to walk or ride bikes. The stay is just as good as shown in the pictures if not, better. Beautiful and clean inside with a lovely welcome package waiting for us.

The location is perfect as it is very close to beach access and downtown Seaside, but far enough from 30A that it remains tranquil. The property is very charming and gorgeous. It was well appointed with everything you need for your stay, even soaps, lotions, hair dryer, etc. In addition, the management company was extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions or requests.
