Excellent Location

The location was close to the beach and restaurants. It was a nice place for 2 people. This place had everything we needed. We are looking forward to returning.

Dreamboat Cottage at Seaside is a beautiful cottage and is located in close proximity to all the shops, restaurants, and the beach!!! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning!!

Perfect Location

Excellent location in Seaside. Nice place for couples. Easy walk to West Ruskin beach access. Private beach and bikes were very nice. We’ll be back!

Loved location. Directly across street from beach access and right next to town center. Smartest thing we did we pre-order our beach chairs and umbrella from “cabana man”.

Literally steps away from Seaside dining and shopping and right across the street from the beach. Super cute guest house. We’ve visited Seaside many times and nothing beats this location! Would absolutely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The check-in process was great. We were asked when we would arrive and we got there before check-in time and they got the property ready ahead of time to allow us to check-in early. The house had everything we needed and was in a great location for all the wonderful food options in Seaside. We would definitely love to come back!

Location cannot be beat!

Steps from the beach, shopping, restaurants, food trucks and property Mgmt office, yet we had no trouble with parking or noise. Comfortable for our family of four, but probably better for a couple. We would return in a heartbeat.

Homeowners Collection is totally professional. Lots of communication prior to arrival, info packet plus wine and coffee and beach bag and towels at cottage! And perfect weather (don’t know how they do that!).
