Fantastisk utsikt över Zion NP & lokala klippor med tillgång till Virgin River. Mycket quie

Huset är helt privat med egen ingång.
Fullt kök, badrum och tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Jag x drottning säng på övervåningen och 1x drottning soffa dålig och hopfällbar madrass nerför trappor. (5 sovplatser).
Beläget 1. 5 hektar av öknen landskap, på en lugn väg med liten eller ingen passerar trafik (endast grannar).
Tillgång till Virgin River via öken spår och till Virgin Falls Park 1/2 mil bort med simning hål under säsongen!
Tillgång till flera golfbanor inom 1 h.
Massor av konst att uppskatta - vissa kan vara till salu!
Miles och miles av stigar precis utanför ytterdörren.
Tillgång till mountainbike spår inom ridning avstånd - JEM spår bland många!
Fantastisk solnedgång utsikt över Zion och angränsande klippor (Gooseberry Mesa) ... och naturligtvis är soluppgången lika spektakulära.
Tyvärr ingen TV! Gott om att läsa material, vägleda information och spel om det är så benäget.
Gratis Wifi är tillgänglig men kan vara begränsad bandbredd ibland!
Cell täckning är utmärkt för ATT - fattig för Verizon. Rekommendera starkt "Whatsapp" eller "Messenger" för gratis internationell eller amerikansk samtal via Wifi.
Utmärkt mataffär med ekologiska produkter och allmänna tillbehör 10 minuter bort.

Beautiful Desert Stay

This place is a gem. Incredibly peaceful stay in a gorgeous location. We loved access to the Virgin River, walking trails, and eating outside everyday.

Perfect Desert getaway!

The Guest house was even better than we anticipated! It was easy to find and access and the scenery was breath taking. It had everything you needed and information about everything to do locally! We would definitely stay here again when we come back.

Had a lovely time

Loved our stay in Virgin. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Close to Zion and other great outdoor activities outside the park. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Fantastic property, excellent location for Zion with lots of facilities in easy striking distance. Owners very knowledgeable and helpful. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful stay!

We had such a wonderful time! The house was filled with light and the views were beautiful. We walked down and cooled off in the Virgin River and loved playing with Henry and Roxy in the mornings. It was like we were back home with our dogs. Great place!

Nice Accommodations in a great location

Lovely hosts (including a sweet dog named Henry), comfy accommodations, and a terrific location to see all of Zion. Views from the Rusty House were spectacular, quiet peaceful nights sleep, nice trails and a short walk down to Virgin River to cool off. Hosts were so helpful ahead of time with suggestions for activities, local fare, local guides, etc. Steve was also really great in sharing tips for navigating particular places that we picked, giving us the "do's and don'ts"that helped us maximize our time.

Great spot near Zion

Property owners are awesome. Great location near Zion. But we also wanted to explore other areas so made a great home base and more convenient than Springdale if you are going places in the area other than Zion.

Home away from home

Great place to stay when spending time at Zion National Park. Far enough away from the tourist hustle and bustle but still convenient to get to the park in under 20 minutes. Hosts were very nice and helpful with great tips about Zion and the best places to eat in the area. Even let us borrow some water friendly shirts and zip lock bags to help with our hike of the Narrows! Would stay here again.

Beautiful home, great views, cozy space. Steve greeted us and gave a bit of advice on the area. Convenient drive to Zion and nice to have a little reprieve from the crowds in Springdale. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Comfortable home base

Perfectly located for active travelers seeking more than just Zion canyon. Steve helped us expand our adventures in the area much to our delight. Henry led us around his desert domain. Along the Virgin River.

Great remote house to stay in for Zion

We loved our stay and the owners were very nice and helpful. The house location feels very remote but just a short drive to Zion. We enjoyed walking down to the nearby virgin river. The owner’s dog even went with us. The property was very clean. We would stay here again.

Zion for a couple

The hosts were superb. So quiet and relaxing. The indoor art was astounding, the bed very comfortable, and the views from the windows were spectacular. Highly recommended.

Beautiful spot

Loved everything about it. Views were exceptional, close to hikes and restaurants. They are congenial hosts and will even let you walk their dog if you like that kind of thing(I do). Exceptional property and experience.

We loved the Rusty Guest House

We had a wonderful stay at the Rusty Guest House. It was a great location, beautiful views, away from the crowds but close to Zion National Park and other amenities (groceries, restaurants, etc). I loved all the artwork to explore. The house is well furnished and comfortable. Our hosts were lovely and very helpful and generous with local knowledge. We especially enjoyed meeting Henry the pup who accompanied us on a walk along the Virgin River. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone planning a visit to the area.

Loved the proximity to Zion. Easy drive to jump onto the shuttle buses. The location with the River behind the house was super nice, walked down many times to sit and take in the scenery. My 9 year old son loved having Henry, the dog to explore with. Great stay

Best family trip!

Love this place! Fantastic 360’ views, trails and river. Easy access to Zion, Bryson, and more …. Steve and Deb are the best owners we’ve ever had, helpful, and full of tips. We have used VRBO for 15 years. Mom, Dad and teenagers agree, this was the best house, location, trip we could have picked!!

Perfect base camp

This was a beautiful location with an epic open expanse of a view and mountains out the back porch. We (wife and myself) really didn't stay there a lot except to sleep, but it worked great as a base camp for hiking around Zion. It was also much less costly but with way more amenities and space than anything in Springdale.

Rusty Guest House is the best house

The rusty guest house is lovely. Light and airy, with a very relaxing vibe. The view is mesmerizing. It is clean and well appointed. Deb and Steve are excellent hosts. They gave us good recommendations for restaurants, parking and music. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Hidden Gem in the Desert

We had a great stay at this amazing location in Virgin. The hosts are extremely nice and helped us even changed a flat tire. The house has everything you need and we loved being in a quiet location but still being close to Springdale and Laverkin. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Steve and Deb for being amazing hosts. Your house is lovely!

We are British by birth and are now dual American and British citizens. We have lived in the shadow of Zion since 2002.
We built and designed (with help of course) this house ourselves.
We both owned a B&B in Springdale (Zion gateway town) and understand (most) travelers needs !
Deb is an accomplished artist using mixed media.
Steve is a retired computer nerd & ex teacher who is now focusing on rebuilding antique cars !

Varför värden valde detta boende

This house is set in one of the most amazing view points in the area. We have views of Zion for sunrise and sunset. It's not a party house and is in a quiet neighborhood.
Our location is central to many nearby National Parks and can be used as a base for the "Grand Tour Experience" or just hanging out away from the bustle of everyday life.
There are 3 lakes within 15 miles, offering water activities (fishing and swimming) should that appeal, as well as multiple golf courses.
Hiking on our doorstep was big appeal as was the privacy and solitude offered by being away from the bustle and noise of Springdale where we once lived.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Seclusion, views, serenity, stunning night skies - yes the milky way exists here (when the moon is not too bright and clouds permit of course !) Enjoy true relaxation and quiet or go mad and bike, hike, canyoneer, golf or swim till you drop.
