Vacker 3BR 2. 5 badrum med 8 sovplatser. Perfekt hem för helgeturer eller bara en kort bilresa för Auburn fotbollsspel. Övre våningen är en öppen planlösning med ett modernt kök och apparater i rostfritt stål med utsikt över vardagsrummet och en 60 "TV. Det finns en stor balkong med utsikt över sjön med bekväma sittplatser. Den lägre nivån har 3 sovrum (1 King Master Suite, 1 våningssäng rum med 4 bäddar och 1 Queen rum) med en annan täckt balkong med utsikt över sjön. Det här är en lugn slew som är perfekt för att simma eller sitta ute och läsa en bok. Nyrenoverad brygga med båtbindningar. Slew öppnar upp till ett stort område som är perfekt för skidåkning och slangar. Vi har också tillgång till en samhällspark med båtramp, paviljong och bryggor (som inte ska användas över en natt) som är en lätt promenad till.

ANSVARSFRISKNING: Vattennivån i sjön Martin börjar sjunka efter Labor Day varje år och stiga igen runt april. Observera detta när du bokar för denna tid på året. Vi KAN INTE garantera vatten under hösten / vintermånaderna.

Vårt hus är en enkel 10-15 minuters båttur till Chucks Pizza eller Chimney Rock.

Vi erbjuder en grill, uteservering, kabel-TV med smart-tv i 2 sovrum. Lokalboende redo att hjälpa vid behov.

Perfect spot for a get away

We rented a boat from momentum marina this place wasn’t far from there at all. Boat dock was easy to get to and central to everything(chimney rock,chucks pizza and tubing areas). House was comfortable for all 8 of us. Host was very responsive and helpful. Will gladly rent again!

Family Vacay on the Bayou!

I just want to thank you for a wonderful week on Lake Martin. Your house was beautiful and perfect for our family. The views were lovely from the porch! We enjoyed boating and floating on the lake and fishing off the pier; it was so relaxing! We hit up some of the hot spots while on the water - Chimney Rock, Goat Island, The Social, Bluff's, and Chuck’s Pizza. We also played a round of golf, and the scenery was awesome! Thank you for sharing your great suggestions and your lovely home with us!

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The home is beautiful and has a great view over a calm slough of Lake Martin. Communication with the owner was easy and fast and check-in went very smoothly. I highly recommend this place for a nice stay on the lake.

Great house and location

We had a great stay at this house for Memorial Day weekend. It fit our needs perfectly. Nice big fridge and freezer for all our food. The location is convenient for a boat ride to Chuck’s pizza and chimney rock. Niffer’s was another good restaurant close by. An ice cream boat came by one night which was fun. We launched our boat at the neighborhood ramp but chose to keep our trailer at a different location than the house. The driveway was a little too intimidating for us to try to take the boat trailer down it, but we had no issues going down it with our cars. Overall it was the perfect place for our vacation.

Great getaway

My wife and I stayed here for a Labor Day weekend. We had a nice stay. The house is in a quiet area with minimal boat traffic. We tried renting a boat but none were available. The owners are nice and responsive. Our only issue was there was no propane for the grill, but we improvised. The canoe and rafts were nice and relaxing. Thank you for a nice weekend!

Perfect!

This location was perfect for our family get together for two weeks. It was so nice to be able to walk out to the boat every day and pretty much have the lake to ourselves as we lucked out with kids returning to school the week we got there. Would highly recommend and the host was super responsive!

Peaceful getaway

Great location, chimney rock is around the corner and there are plenty of restaurants within 15-20 minutes. House is spacious and up to date. We brought our boat so the private boat launch was a big plus for our family. We’ll be back again.

Awesome week

Property was awesome. We enjoyed it and had a blast. The only thing negative I have is the driveway will not accommodate a large boat. I have a 24 foot boat and there was no way that it would’ve fit down the curvy steep driveway. Luckily I live close and just took my trailer home after unloading the boat. I do exommend this place as we had a blast that week.

This house is more than just beautiful and comfortable. It has everything you need from doggy bags to a variety of cooking appliances. The gorgeous setting made for sitting on the two decks extra special. Plus, the art work in the house is beautiful!! We will be back.

Amazing week!

We met our friends and their children for a week vacation at Lake Martin. This house was perfect for the two families with small kids and dogs. The weather was not on our side though and we had a lot of thunderstorms, but luckily the house was set up great for play and relaxing on the covered porch. Seriously the porch was a lifesaver. On the days we could swim, the cove was perfect for small kids. We couldn’t have asked for a better swim area. It was quiet and just the right depth for the kids. They could touch around the edge and then actually swim without much distraction from neighbors or boats. We only left the house for groceries and the kitchen was perfectly stocked for cooking at home all week. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend this house.

Great Lake House

Wonderful property and very well appointed home. Owner very nice and helpful in a timely manner. We had a wonderful time and truly feel this home was perfect for our family gathering. Kitchen was amazing. The family, dining and kitchen area ideal with a wonderful spacious deck.

Great property

This house is fantastic, great space layout and nice furnishings . Great location for any Auburn activities. Beautiful lake front view with convenient lake access. Plenty of room for 8 to sleep comfortably. We enjoyed our stay and hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

Beautiful Home

Great space, house was very well appointed with all the basic needs. The board games were a nice addition for rainy afternoons. The location was perfect, close to all the lake attractions. The only down side was the number of stairs to climb, to load the boat or get to the dock. The area is very hilly, and the property is steep. The boat launch was convenient to the house and a very nice addition.

July Family Vacation

The house is very nice. Great location. It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay, plenty of seating indoors and outside. The owners are great to work with, very responsive. Easy check-in and check-out process. We would stay here again. Maybe a small discount could be offered for return renters since this was our second time renting and we would probably rent again in the future! Thank you for sharing your lake home with us! Lake Martin Happy Place

Our family had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. Stairs were a bit much for those of us who are not in good shape though. Views are amazing, house is well stocked, neighbors are super nice and the location is close to all things water.
