Great place! We liked that it was very clean, everything well kept, all appliances and A/C working well, very cozy! We found it a plus that the place is very close to the marina as we could refuel our jet ski without having to go far.

This is an amazing property in a great location. Live music at Boondocks on the weekend that we enjoyed from the dock and back porch. We truly enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed staying at the lake house, was very roomy and modern. We definately would promote the stay with our family and friends, the only thing we would do different was we would use a larger boat launch to put boat in, it was really tight ramp, however the docks at the launch were very nice and very close to the house. Thank you very much for the stay

We had a wonderful stay! House was super clean and just like the pictures. The floating dock was great for our boat. Our kids loved jumping off the dock and platform. We were early in the season, so we hardly saw any other boats.

The place has a spectacular view. The beds are comfortable. Perfect place to decompress and then head down to Auburn to watch some football.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bay Pine. The house was perfect for our week at Lake Martin. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfy. We will definitely be back the next time we visit Lake Martin.

Great Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time here this weekend with our family. The home was clean, inviting, well-equipped, and comfortable for all of us. Leigh was a great host. Would definitely bring our family here again.

Wonderful stay at Bay Pine Point

This home was very clean and a great spot to escape on Lake Martin. My family and I enjoyed the large, screened-in porch, covered boat dock/lounge areas, and the convenience to the marina in the same cove. We'll keep this one on our shortlist to reserve when we return.

Loved our stay: clean, amazing views, and a great dock. Plenty of room for 7 adults. Enjoyed the location across from boondocks (live music, frozen drinks, pizza/wings/hot dogs). We were able to rent a pontoon from Aqua Adventure Boat Rental who conveniently dropped the boat off at boondocks.

We had an amazing stay at this property on Lake Martin. The house was so nice and very clean! It was so nice bringing some friends that have never been to Lake Martin before and letting them experience it here. The views are amazing and it is very convenient to so much. We hope to be back!!

* Weekend Fall stay for a prospective Auburn student visit. * Party of 6 - 2 of our younger kids shared a bed. House is incredibly well laid out where everyone had more than enough space but it is not so sprawling that everyone feels distant from each other* The outdoor fenced-in deck is the game-changer. Lots of seating. Lake was incredibly quiet for our weekend which provided an unexpected mental reset. * Everything was in great working order - modern appliances, great water-pressure, comfortable beds. It was all just easy. * There is a great new retail development approximately 12-14 minutes away via car that has a brand new Publix/Starbucks and feels like there will be a lot more coming. * That driveway is steep! ;) Took a little getting used to the first drive down but was old hat the next day. Low-gear is the way to go. * Finally, I inadvertently left a couple of garments which the owners contacted me right away. * 10/10 for me - we need the Short-Term-Rental world to normalize this experience.

This home was so clean! The rooms were nice and gave plenty of room for making memories at beautiful Lake Martin. There is some boat traffic and music on the weekend but we enjoyed the live music. And we were still able to use our paddle board safely. We loved the ample parking area and quietness at night. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect home for our large group

This home on Lake Martin was the perfect size for our large family of 7. We had plenty of room to spread out and the boys loved fishing off the pier. The marina across the lake had live music so we enjoyed a show with our dinner. It was a lovely and restful family vacation on the lake.
