NY! Tranquil Oceanfront Gem med badtunna (3 BDRM + Den, 3 BAD)

Vårt vackra hus ligger inbäddat i en solig lysande bland höga tallar, med underbar utsikt över Stilla havet. Stranden (Governor Patterson Memorial State Park) ligger 1000 meter från huset och kan nås via en charmig vandringsled (tre / fyra minuters promenad) från huset eller genom att gå längs huvudvägen (fem minuters promenad). Crestview Golf Club, en 9-håls allmän bana, ligger mindre än en mil bort och Oregon Coast Aquarium i Newport ligger 20 minuters bilresa. Huset är centralt beläget till städerna Newport, Seal Rock, Yachats och Florens. Platsen gör det idealiskt för en strandresa med familj och vänner eller en lugn tillflyktsort för att föryngra själen.

Ett nyligen renoverat kök och badrum lades till i en nyligen ombyggnad. Förutom vardagsrummet, kök och matplats finns det tre sovrum och ett hölje. Det stora däck med utsikt över havet är utmärkt att äta under öppen himmel eller koppla av med en kopp kaffe eller ett glas vin när du tittar på vågorna. Den stora badtunna på däck är en extra bonus.

Köket har bänkskivor i granit och är fullt utrustat med redskap, bestick, tallrikar och koppar för dina matlagnings- och matbehov. Det finns en utomhusgrill. Vi erbjuder bekväma möbler och avancerade sängkläder och handdukar. Vi erbjuder också gratis internet, böcker från en rad genrer, brädspel och TV för att njuta av våra gäster.

Det finns en vedeldad spis i vardagsrummet. Vi tillhandahåller inte ved, även om gästerna är välkomna att leverera sin egen ved för användning i spisen.

Medan huset ligger bekvämt nära stranden - kan du bara välja att stanna kvar och titta på vågorna genom de stora bildfönstren.

Andra restauranger och livsmedelsbutiker i Waldport ligger tre till fem minuters bilresa, och restauranger i centrala Yachats ligger bara sju mil söderut.

Great beach retreat spot

Loved that we could walk to the beach from the house and had a little outdoor space for our daughter to run around and watch birds, bunnies, and chipmunks.

A great vibe on the beach for our family. Short, fun walk out to the beach with the hot tub to warm us up afterward. Beachside Buzz was a bonus as a "nextdoor" breakfast option with many options for sweet or savory food or beverages. Clean and well kept if a tad sandy on the floors (I suppose it is near impossible to get all the sand up!)

Wonderful place with plenty of space! Only downgraded it because it’s not actually beach front. There’s a large marshland between the property and the beach. There is a path to the beach that is about a 5 min walk.

Relaxing Spring Break

Very clean, easy access from the highway, short walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood and excellent coffee stand was just a very short distance away. Would definitely rent this house again!

Very comfortable and well maintained house. We were 3 older couples. The one story house with just a couple of stairs to one of the bedrooms was excellent for us. And each of the couples had their own bathroom!Beach access was a little funky to find initially but really easy - no hills or messy vegetation - someone definitely maintains the path.The kitchen had everything we needed, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, utensils. We didn't feel at a loss for anything.Excellent stay and we put this on our "we can return" list.

Great place for a family

The house was wonderful and had everything we needed. Lots of space and plenty of beds and bathrooms. Was in a quiet setting with a little beach view. We would come stay again!

We’d stay here again!

The Ocean Rose is a clean, comfortable house with a lovely ocean view. The beds are comfortable & the house layout was nice for 4 adults. The close beach access made it get to the ocean for a walk. The house is as described, however it’s actually much nicer than the pictures show. We would stay here again!

Very peaceful and serene. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend to anyone headed to the coast. I had a wonderful time and hope to be back soon. Easy to get to the beach and navigate into town.

Best ocean getaway!

Loved this place so much! The trail to the beach was magical🤩 had amazing quality time with my family❤️ Owner was so awesome and on top of things! Had a problem with the propane tank and they had someone sent over to replace it in less than 10 minutes. First time in Waldport and it was the best beach house experience we’ve ever had!

Much Needed Alone Time

We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again! Only wish is more privacy- easily remedied by some different curtains and a privacy hedge to the left of the back years to block the sounds of the . GREAT view of the ocean, could hear the waves when the back door is opened. Loved the wood burning stove and the quick walk to the beach.

We had a great stay.

It was a pretty quiet beach in Waldport, on Labor Day Weekend which was nice. The house was clean, good location(a short 3 to 5 min walk down a path to the beach), beds were comfortable. Our family of 8 had a great time. Crabbing in the bay(although we only caught one male crab....)was fun. The hot tub was great for after spending the day at the beach in the waves. Highly recommend this house.

Family spring break trip

We had a nice stay at the ocean rose. There were a couple things that came up that we reported on the app and didn’t hear back. Overall it was a pleasant place to stay. Very close to the beach. The instructions to the beach aren’t great, I think it should be said to go down the other driveway and you’ll run right into the path!

Very clean, roomy, and nice view of ocean and night sky. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The parking was more than expected. It was everything it said it was. We can’t wait to plan our next vacation.

A Dreamy Bungalow

Our family of 8, ranging in age from 61 to less than a year was so happy in this home!! Except for only one working jet in the jacuzzi, we were content and cozy inside this updated 3 bedroom, 3 bath with bunkbeds, large kitchen, drop zone, working wood burning fireplace, view of the coast and I could go on! The path to the beach is pretty nice and access to shops and groceries was just down the road. There was great communication with the homeowner too. Recommend!

Awesome for family getaway

This is our second time staying here with our family. It's a great place to chill with everyone. Waldport isn't nearly as busy as most coastal towns so it's not so overwhelming but close to everything and has great little shopping places. The little path to the beach is pretty accessible to everyone. Some of us are older and have bad knees and it wasn't an issue. The privacy of it is amazing. It's so green and many trees with a view of the ocean. You don't really hear a lot of traffic noise from hwy 101 and the neighbors are not right on top of you, which is hard to find on the coast. This is by far our favorite spot to stay!

Pre Indepence Day Getaway

The area was further south than we usually travel. Beautiful! Nice to have space for everyone to spread out. Good water pressure and furnace. Weather windy & cold at first, but when it got nice we loved the beach. Internet very spotty, one of our party had an emergency work assignment and periodically could not connect to get it completed. WE COULD NOT LOCATE THE SEMI-PRIVATE HIDDEN PATH TO BEACH. Very hidden! Loved the hot tub, note the padlock is rusted and doesn't secure the cover. We ended up not attending the local fireworks display, because the crowd seemed a little rowdy for us, and possibly not as diversity loving, so we were more comfortable staying in. Could use an extra loveseat as the 2 armchairs are a little thin and uncomfy. Beds very comfortable! A great deck to hang out on when sun is out. One of the better stays we've had.
