Venture till hjärtat av Old Seagrove Beach för vissa R & R på tålamodsstugan, beläget i gated community, Sea Turtle. Detta nybyggda hem har 5 sovrum, 4 5 badrum, en privat pool, och vacker utsikt över gulfen från 3 av de 5 sovrummen! Professionellt inredda har Patience Cottage ingen brist på uppmärksamhet på detaljer. Den moderna inredningen tillför ett element av elegans och sofistikering till denna hyra. Hickory trägolv till Marble & Pecky Cypress accenterar hela tiden från den trådborerade, hela denna egendom accentuerar lyx.

Tålmodighetsstugan erbjuder en omvänd planlösning, med kök och master svit på 2: a våningen, båda med fantastisk utsikt över gulfen. Huvudfunktionerna i master-sviten är utan tvekan havsutsikten och kung sängen. Men vissa kan se det magnifika mästarbadet som huvuddragen i detta utrymme. Befälhavaren badkar visar marmor golv, ett stort badkar, separat dusch med 2 duschhissar och inbyggd bänk, samt ett privat toalettrum och dubbla fåfängligheter, också gjorda av marmor. Piska upp middag medan du besöker gruppen, medan du hamnar på din favoritutställning, eller medan du bara tittar på havet genom fönstret. Använda toppen av raden apparater och ett fullt utrustat kök för att tillfredsställa alla middag önskemål. Matbordet har plats för upp till 8 gäster, med extra frukostbar med plats för 4 personer. Vardagsrummet har en L-formad soffa, 2 lässtolar och 60 "plattskärms-TV. Sonos är ansluten till köket, 1: a och 2: a våningen vardagsrum, master bad, samt den bakre uteplatsen / poolområdet.

På toppen av 3: e våningen väntar trappan på två gästrum, alla kompletta med queen size-säng, plattskärms-TV och mer fantastisk utsikt över gulfen. Dessa gästrum delar en stor, komplett badrum med dubbla fåfängligheter och en drömmande glasdusch med 2 duschhoar och anpassat kakelarbete. På 1: a våningen finns 2 fler gästrum, samt ett andra vardagsrum med en annan stor platt-TV. Bunkroom är möblerad med 2 uppsättningar av kojer, båda med en drottning på botten och Twin på toppen. Bunkroom delar hela salen bad från vardagsrummet. Den andra gäst sovrummet är möblerat med en queen size-säng och har ett fullt, privat badrum. Tvättrummet ligger bredvid dörren som leder till poolen uteplatsen.

Den täckta 2: a våningen balkongen sträcker sig över hela gulfidan av huset, dela en vägg av fönster med vardagsrum, matsal och kök! Oavsett om det är regn eller sken, är det en bra plats att lukta havsluften och se vågorna rulla in. Balkongen har utsikt över den privata poolen, valfri uppvärmning, och är utrustad med ett utomhusmatbord och 2 extra solstolar. Hela gården är inhägnad med ett frodigt gräsområde vid sidan av poolen. En modern utomhus spiraltrappa leder från pooldäcket upp till 2: a våningen balkong, vilket gör det enkelt att springa upp för snabba förfriskningar från köket.

Amazing!!

Definitely one of the best places we have stayed on 30a. Beautifully decorated! A super short walk to the beach! Great for our small children. The pool was an amazing amenity. The rooms were very spacious and great for multiple families. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Beautiful house in 30A close to beach

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay . The house is beautiful and is a very short walk to the beach . There is only parking for three vehicles at this house . The house was clean but the kitchen could have been cleaner. The property manager was helpful when we had a problem with the pedestrian gate not working she called and had it repaired the next day . The house sleeps 14 but six of the people are in a bunk room. The two bedrooms on top floor share a bath. Master suite is on second floor and has a large bath with tub and shower First floor queen bedroom has its own bath and the bunk room has a bath as well . The pool is fairly small. There is a bathroom with toilet by the pool and a shower in a shed like area . I was disappointed that the house did not include chair and umbrella beach service . We have rented a beach front property that costs less and came with four chairs and an umbrella. This house comes with four bicycles . Close to Seaside . The private beach area for the neighborhood is very small the size of one lot . Laundry room is on first floor . The kitchen is well equipped but most of the pots and pans are in poor condition and many with nonstick coatings need to be replaced . Not much pantry space .

Would come back again and again!!

This house has it all and in such a spectacular location!! Nice quiet/private neighborhood, could see the ocean from almost every room in the house and a super quick walk to the private beach. We loved this property- the furnishings, layout, location- everything was top notch. Super close to lots of eating options and stores and only about 10 minutes by bike to Seaside. Wish we could have stayed longer :) and the property management group was super great to work with. Only 2 small "cons" - wish you could check in before 4pm (but guessing that's typical for this large of a place) and then while gorgeous, the stairwells were wider than normal so the baby gates we rented did not fit :/

The only issue we had during the whole week was the air on the second floor wasn’t working properly. I contacted the rental company and they had a technician out to fix the problem within an hour and a half. I would definitely rent with them again.

They went above and beyond and helped after hours too. Very very impressed with their customer service and friendliness. The beach is private and much less crowded than nearby areas. After walking the beach we were always glad to get back to our peaceful area. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Loved the big kitchen with a view while you cook and eating outside with the ocean view and sound of the waves. Only recommendations would be more king size beds and a more thorough cleaning.

We had great views of the gulf on the covered deck and were able to enjoy the sea breeze there too. It was a mere two minute walk to the beach which on a holiday weekend was not overly crowded. Everything we needed was provided and it was a pleasure to cook in such a well equipped kitchen.When we chose to dine out there are many choices within a short drive. Beds were very comfortable, showers were roomy, and the furniture was ample for our large group. We couldn't have found a better property and the management was most helpful. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Wonderful home. Great time.

This is a beautifully decorated, well-equipped, well maintained home. We had a wonderful time. The beautiful beach is truly only a minute walk away. Two things to consider when booking or staying here. The bunk room is not as big as it looks in the pictures. The room does not have good ventilation and the top bunks are close to the ceiling. A fan was provided but did not provide enough cooling for four teenagers. Also, the grill is small for this size house and the size group we had. Do not plan on grilling for a big group. Other than these minor points the house is a dream, and we will re-book with a smaller group.

Nice location, some issues

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good stay at Patience Cottage. For the first 3/4 days the pool was very dirty. We called Sunday and was told somebody would be there to take a look/ Tuesday someone arrived and said pool was indeed dirty and growing algae because pumps were not on and water feature not functioning. That was resolved that day. We did manage to lock ourselves in the house with home security system. Made a call to night time team and they were nice but said they didn't think there was anything to worry about and doors should still be able to be used with no alarm. We made the wise choice to wait until morning when office opened to go outside. When we did the alarm was going off and we called the office to finally get a passcode to disable it/ night crew didn't think alarm would go off and did not have a passcode. Therefore we decided to not open any doors to outside after 9pm on Sunday. The management team was receptive but solutions were a bit longer than what we had hoped for. The outside TV did not work but others were fine and overall the house was nice.

Perfection!!!!

We stayed for a week with six adults and three kids, 5 and under (during a global pandemic and still had an amazing vacation). The house is absolutely beautiful and the layout was perfect for our group. We’d wake up, walk outside to the pool (the shallow end was perfect for our two one year olds and the waterfall feature was well used as a jumping platform for our five year old), take the short walk to the Donut Hut for coffee and donuts, come back and take the 30 second walk to the beach. We’d basically repeat the same routine in the afternoon, after nap time. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans, Tupperware, utensils and dinnerware. We grabbed takeout most nights and enjoyed the spacious island as a casual “dinner table”. With so many people (and kids) the double dishwashers and super fast washer and dryer were much appreciated. The only thing we needed, that wasn’t provided, was a drying rack for our clothes. Oh, there’s also an ice maker in the laundry room that we used every day for our coolers...such a nice perk! Our five year old loved the bunk room and there was plenty of room in the master for a couple of full size cribs. The bathrooms are all awesome and the kids enjoyed baths in the huge master tub. Plenty of towels and toiletries but be sure to bring your own beach towels. The surprise outdoor shower and bathroom by the pool were just icing on the cake. The house is close to everything that you may need; coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, groceries, rental places, fish markets and more. If you enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean and a bright, open, inviting space you’ll love Patience Cottage. We will be back for sure...no doubt about it!!!

We loved the location and the beach felt private and quiet. The issues: the exterior looked like it needed a refresh. Lots of visible stains all around the exterior trim. A fresh coat of paint would help. . No beach towels weren’t provided which was disappointing since we flew in we used to buy some. The exterior furniture could be a little better. The biggest disappointment was the management company. They made us wait until AFTER 5. About 5:30 to be exact until they allowed is in to the home. Since we flew in at 1 we put our luggage at their rental office and the men who were there very standoffish and looked at us as though we were crowding their space. Not a warm welcome whatsoever to. The owner Chris was extremely surly in dealing with us. Upon checking out the cleaning crew walked in on us at 8:30am!! And stood at the door at precisely 10am as we were trying to rally up the kids. She yelled at us to get out! For the amount of money we paid it really struck a bad nerve with the way they handled this rental. It’s disappointing because we really did like the house and thought of returning there next year. Though I’d be hard pressed to give 30A Luxury rentals another dollar.

Great week at the Patience Cottage

There were a couple of suggestions that I made in an email to the property managers. Let me know if you did not get them. 30A has become incredibly crowded so we did not stray too far from home. We picked up seafood at Buddy's one night which was amazing.We also discovered the Perfect Pig which was within walking distance of the house. The lunch and dinner we had there were fabulous and surprisingly not crowded. We did have a snake in the pool one day which was very exciting! Let me know if you have any questions about the suggestions I sent over but again ... the house was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been staying on 30A for 20+ years and have stayed in few properties that were this nice and well-appointed. It has everything you need and more. The neighborhood is one small street and it's gated and the beach is never too crowded. It's also super easy to get to all the places in Seagrove by bike and even came with free bikes. The pool is perfect after a day at the beach and we all can't wait to come stay again soon. 30A luxury vacations made everything so easy, from booking, to check-in, to being the most responsive pm I've ever used. Thank you and we'll be back soon!

Wonderful home in a great location. Perfect setup for multiple families. Our little ones loved the pool. The beach is beautiful and only a minute walk from the house. All high end finishes. One small problem was quickly fixed by property managers. Would highly recommend.
