Denna studio lägenhet ligger några minuter från Perkins Cove och Marginal Way. Det har totalrenoverats år 2018 med elegant och modernt överklagande. Lägenheten har utmärkt förvaringsutrymme med 2 garderober, vit skakare köksskåp med bänkskivor i granit, lyxig vinyl trägolv, kaklat badrum med badkar och dusch, nytt kylskåp och mikrovågsugn i rostfritt stål. Köket är fullt utrustat och det finns 2 induktionsvärmare för matlagning tillsammans med en komplett uppsättning krukor och kokkärl. Det finns också en gasgrill på fastigheten för grillning. Det finns en helt ny queen size murphy säng samt en soffa som konverterar en bekväm full size säng och en schäslong som sover en person mycket bekvämt. Det finns två gungstolar och ett bord som öppnar upp för fyra personer att passa lätt. Njut av gratis wifi och kabel-tv med en 55 tums krökt tv. Känn lyxen att vara nära affärer och restauranger i Perkins Cove medan du njuter av lugn och ro på att vara mindre än 5 minuter bort. Lägenheten ligger i ett privat område bort från trafiken. Ingen rökning; inga husdjur; en parkeringsplats godkänd.

I-95 South. Ta avfart 19 (Wells / Sanford). Sväng vänster vid ljuset mot Sanford Rd (ME-109). Sväng höger in på Chapel Rd. Sväng höger på Post Road (Route 1 South). Fortsätt väg 1 söderut för ca 5 miles. När du går in i Ogunquit Center, sväng vänster in på Shore Road. Följ Shore Road tills du ser en stor parkeringsplats till höger. Bär strax efter parkeringsplatsen (fortfarande Shore Road). Cirka ¼ mil på höger är Hillcrest Inn Resort vid 512 Shore Road. Sväng höger på Pine Hill South och resa ca 100 meter. Sväng höger in till Northern Lites Condo Association parkeringsplats.

I-95 North. Ta avfart 7 (York / Ogunquit). Ta vänster in på Blue Star Memorial Highway (Route 1 North). Fortsätt väg 1 norr om ca. 4. 5 miles. Sväng höger in på Pine Hill Road. Följ Pine Hill Road i ca 2,1 miles. Sväng höger in på Pine Hill South. Reser .2 mil och sväng vänster in till Northern Lites Condo Association parkeringsplats.

Nice for a couple

This place is perfect for a couple. It is small but clean. There is no stove, but we didn't need one for this trip. We will definitely keep this place in mind. Alice was very responsive and pleasant.

Great Stay!

Alice is an awesome host and was very responsive. The apartment is sweet and exactly what we expected. It’s easy walking distance to Perkins Cove and the very cute Main Street area. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Short walk to coastal paradise!

The unit is clean and has many kitchen supplies. If you are a tea drinker you’ll need to know how to use an induction cooktop in order to boil your water. It was a quiet, relaxing place for our vacation.

Early Spring R&R

The property was very clean with nice updates throughout. It is walking distance to the footbridge and very close to Perkins Cove and downtown. My friend and I were there for some last minute R&R and Alice was very easy to work with and accommodating.

Ogunquit Hideaway

The property was very clean and host anticipated virtually any guest needs, particularly in the kitchen. Location was quiet and very convenient, within walking distance to the beach, center of town, and numerous restaurants. Maximum use of limited space and contemporary style and decor.

Alice’s apartment was exactly what my wife and I needed for a quick getaway with easy access to town and private parking. The listing was accurate and the apartment was comfy and very cool during a hot week. Alice was easy to contact and we could walk to town along the beautiful marginal walkway near Perkins cove. We will be back

Delightful stay in Ogunquit

Alice was very kind, friendly, informative, and quickly responsive to my questions. Alice was also very patient and helpful in resolving a financial situation that was VRBO’s mistake. I give her much credit for how she handled and resolved the issue. Location was literally a two minute walk to Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. I appreciate Alice, her hospitality, and her wonderful condo.

Just what we needed

This condo was very comfortable and well equipped. There were 2 hotplates, plenty of kitchen supplies including spices and a selection of coffees. Drip coffee maker and a french press. Our trip was strictly to relax and we did. The owner Alice was very reaposive and helpful.

. Owner communication package was very clear. Place was very quiet and clean. When booking, I did not realize there was a walking bridge to Perkins Cove. Had to cut the trip 2 days short because of Hurricane Lee. Should of purchased travel insurance.

Nice Location

Overall good experience here. There was some food leftover in the fridge that was a little unappealing. It was difficult finding the location unless you look through all the paperwork that is sent. Good area for easy access to town.

Lovely condo 5min walk to Perkins Cove

Hubby & I took a 3-day getaway to Ogunquit after visiting family in New England. This condo is immaculate, beautifully remodeled and in a peaceful location but only a 5 min walk to Perkins Cove. Great for a couple. We parked our car upon arrival and walked everehere. Would love to come back again.

Location location location

Once in Ogunquit, Perkins Cove is and idyllic spot for eating, shopping and enjoying the Marginal Way. This property in Cape Neddick is a short walk right over the drawbridge. Perfect spot. Clean, stocked to spend time cooking. One request would be a dresser. Thank you!

The Condo is in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. It is minutes from Perkins Cove and is easily accessible to the restaurants and shops. I love the Marginal Way. Walking along the pathway refreshes my soul and brings me joy.

I love the view of the rocks and trees outside the condo. It feels spacious and is so functional. I love the decorative bead board all around the perimeter of the walls. It is tastefully decorated and you feel the coastal theme as soon as you enter. The shaker white cabinets with the dark granite give the condo and the grey weathered flooring give it a modern vibe.
