Ett historiskt Cape stil hem centralt beläget vid foten av Pilgrim Monument bara ett kvarter från den centrala piren. Det finns 4 rymliga sovrum alla utses med bekväma sängkläder och kuddar. Nyrenoverat kök har granit räknare, nya cablnets, diskmaskin och stort matbord för plats för upp till 10. Beläget på en lugn enkelriktad gata bara några steg från Bradford Street i centrum av staden. Första våningen bad nyligen renoverats med en ny badkar / dusch combo, klinkergolv och nya armaturer. Andra våningen bad, också nyrenoverade erbjuder en dusch och nya inventarier. Koppla av i det rymliga vardagsrummet som är komplett med kabel-TV, trådlöst internet, DVD, CD-spelare och gott om sittplatser. Det är en tegelsten uteplats för underhållande och avkopplande komplett med en gasgrill och utemöbler. Från andra våningen den finns ett nytt däck med räcke som byggdes 2012. Det finns parkering för 2 bilar (tandem) i privat uppfart i hemmet. Privata tvätt och luftkonditionering slutföra en. Tillgängliga av vecka juli och augusti och helger under lågsäsong. Tyvärr är husdjur inte välkomna. Rökförbud i huset.

Centralt beläget: Huset ligger på ett block som är hem för många Province året lokalbefolkningen - 1 ½ kvarter till Pier och Lobster Pot ca två kvarter till stadshuset. Här finns en utmärkt anlagda front promenad och trägolv i vardagsrummet och sovrum. Mudroom är perfekt för att lagra hyrcyklar, strand redskap eller barnvagnar under din vistelse.

Perfect Ptown base!

This was our second year staying at Patrick’s property with a group of 8 and it has been fantastic both times - top points for location, cleanliness, and accessible and accomodating hosts!

Great location, great house

Myself and 3 other friends rented the house for a week and had a great time. The location is perfect to be able to walk to both parts of town, and we were on the upper deck all the time. Great place!

Wonderful stay in Ptown- perfect location!

Patrick’s house is absolutely wonderful. The location is ideal - everything downtown is walkable within a matter of minutes. Patrick was proactive about checking in and making sure everything was going smoothly. The house was just what we were looking for- plenty of bedrooms to sleep and great space to eat inside or outside if you want to have a meal as a group. Hope to be back in the future!

Well stocked house in a perfect location.

My friends and I have rented this house for several years, and we love it. The location couldn't be better and the house itself is well stocked with all the incident things that you want in a vacation house (detergent, paper towels, beach towels, etc).

A Fabulous Time in PTown

This was our 2nd time staying here and we LOVE this house! It's perfectly located so it's easy to get to, and if you need a costume change, it's convenient to run back between tea/dinner/going out. Beds are comfortable, there are several gathering spaces which makes it great for a group of 7 or 8 like we were. Kitchen is fully stocked too which made for a great end of trip group dinner experience. Great house, can't recommend enough and we look forward to returning next year!

Beautiful holiday get away.

The house was perfect and was very clean /comfortable and the location was in the center of town. The owner was so nice and responsive! So christmassy for Holly Folly. Would definitely safe there again.

One again, Patrick and William provided us with a great house to enjoy our vacation in Provincetown! Great location, great house

My husband, 3 children and I had a terrific stay in Patrick and William’s house. The four bedrooms afforded us the space to spread out. The location was terrific - immediately adjacent to all the shops and restaurants of Ptown. They were gracious hosts. We had a wonderful time.

Wonderful roof deck

My group of friends has stayed in various houses in Ptown and this was our favorite. Fantastic location in the middle of everything but quiet and just off Bradford St. The roofdeck put it over the top for us, as well as the cleanliness and attentiveness of the hosts. We will be back!

Best host ever!

This was the best host we have ever experienced. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable for all 8 of us. Huge kitchen and enormous kitchen table made this house a home for us. AC in every bedroom kept all of us cool and comfy. We loved using the grill and patio table in the backyard along with the upstairs balcony porch. We have stayed in several places, but this host paid the best attention to details that are important for a trip: Clean towels and sheets, Complimentary coffee, laundry detergent etc etc. perfect!

Wonderful Home!

Patrick and William were wonderful to deal with! They texted me leading up to our trip and even called a few days before to make sure we were all set for checking in. We look forward to staying at their home again! The location was excellent and made all the difference. The house had everything we needed for our stay and then some. We could not be happier and only wish we could’ve stayed another week!!! ;-)

Perfect Ptown Home

This is our second year staying here and we couldn't be happier. The house is absolutely delightful and perfectly situated between the east and west ends of town, but just back enough from the bustle of Commercial to enjoy the quiet beauty of Provincetown. As was the case last year, there was consistent, clear and exceptionally warm communication with little touches that made our stay extra special. Perfect Independence Day Vacation

From the beginning Patrick was extremely kind, knowledgeable, friendly and warm. He offered me the opportunity to visit the property before my stay as I was in town at the time. The property was spotless when we arrived. The check in process was easy with no issues. The location is absolutely phenomenal. Everywhere you'd want to go is minutes away whether you walk, run, bike, etc. My friends and I created so many unforgettable memories within this cozy property. We cannot wait to return.

Fantastic and charming house, and the owner was a pleasure to work with

I don't have enough positive things to say about the house or Patrick. He was kind, responsive, and courteous throughout the registration process and our stay. The house was impeccably clean and nicely furnished, and was exactly as described on the listing. Patrick followed up continuously throughout the stay and even checked up on the weather. If you are looking for a place to stay in Provincetown, I recommend staying here highly. Will be on the top of my list if I'm ever looking to rent a house again.

Centrally located with a welcoming host

Patrick was an amazing host, and the property was beautiful and centrally located! It was our first time in PTown, so soon after booking the property Patrick called to give us an overview of all the best things to do in Provincetown, and followed up with a text full of event and restaurant recommendations. He also called the day before the reservation to ensure we had received the access information from VRBO, and reached out to VRBO on our behalf to ensure we received it. The home itself was beautiful. We loved cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, using the BBQ, and hanging out on the upstairs deck, and if you plan to go to Atlantic House or other bars you couldn’t find a better location! We’d love to stay here again, next time we’re in PTown.

Lovely Home 2 Blocks from Commercial Street

My friends and I had the pleasure of staying in this lovely home while visiting PTown during Carnival Week. We were all impressed with how easy it was to start living in the property as soon as we got inside. The listing description was "spot on", although we found the house to be more charming that expected. The house was updated, clean and well maintained. Plus, it was only 2 blocks to the pier and Commercial St., so it took us less than 5 minutes to walk to Commercial. Patrick and William were a joy to work with regarding the leasing process and were very helpful with suggestions of what to do and see while in PTown. I would strongly recommend this home to others and, when we go back in 2014, we will be contacting Patrick and William again.

Perfectly located and beautifully maintained

This was our fourth year renting from them, and as always Patrick and William were great hosts. The house was clean, comfortable, and suits a large party. It has plenty of space to be together, but also several places to break away from the larger group when you need a breather. It's also one of the few houses in Ptown that someone in a wheelchair can manage in (no ramps, but tiny steps and a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor). In an unusual occurrence this year, one of our group had some horrible travel issues, and Patrick and William offered to help in ways that most landlords most definitely would not. Thankfully, we didn't need to take them up on the offer, but just making the offer speaks to who they are. Rent this house. But NOT on the week we go! :)

I'm a retired NYPD detective from Special Victims Division, just like the TV show, for 26 years. Born and raised in Long Island, NY. Currently live in Manhattan. William and I purchased this beautiful home in June of 2011. The moment I walked into this huge country kitchen, I knew this was the house for us.

In 1987, a friend of mine took me to Provincetown for a week. I fell in love with Provincetown that very moment, and I have been vacationing in Provincetown every year since 1987. At first I rented with Bed and Breakfast's, which I love, then I went to renting condo's to private homes. I found the people of Provincetown, and its visitors to be extremely friendly, and outgoing. The fresh clean air was a plus, since coming from Manhattan. There's something about Provincetown, that is soothing, and tranquil. I feel relax and at peace when in Provincetown.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

What I love about this house is that it gives you a comfortable feeling. I love the fact that you can go out on the second floor new deck, and gaze at the Pilgrim Monument. The house is located in the center of Provincetown, with a block and a half walk to Commercial Street where all the stores and restaurants are located. During your stay at the house, you walk or bike your way through town. Choose to dine in, the huge country kitchen can seat up to 10 people, and there is a private brick patio with a BBQ grill, and picnic table to eat outside.
