Ett historiskt Cape stil hem centralt belÀget vid foten av Pilgrim Monument bara ett kvarter frÄn den centrala piren. Det finns 4 rymliga sovrum alla utses med bekvÀma sÀngklÀder och kuddar. Nyrenoverat kök har granit rÀknare, nya cablnets, diskmaskin och stort matbord för plats för upp till 10. BelÀget pÄ en lugn enkelriktad gata bara nÄgra steg frÄn Bradford Street i centrum av staden. Första vÄningen bad nyligen renoverats med en ny badkar / dusch combo, klinkergolv och nya armaturer. Andra vÄningen bad, ocksÄ nyrenoverade erbjuder en dusch och nya inventarier. Koppla av i det rymliga vardagsrummet som Àr komplett med kabel-TV, trÄdlöst internet, DVD, CD-spelare och gott om sittplatser. Det Àr en tegelsten uteplats för underhÄllande och avkopplande komplett med en gasgrill och utemöbler. FrÄn andra vÄningen den finns ett nytt dÀck med rÀcke som byggdes 2012. Det finns parkering för 2 bilar (tandem) i privat uppfart i hemmet. Privata tvÀtt och luftkonditionering slutföra en. TillgÀngliga av vecka juli och augusti och helger under lÄgsÀsong. TyvÀrr Àr husdjur inte vÀlkomna. Rökförbud i huset.





Centralt belĂ€get: Huset ligger pĂ„ ett block som Ă€r hem för mĂ„nga Province Ă„ret lokalbefolkningen - 1 Âœ kvarter till Pier och Lobster Pot ca tvĂ„ kvarter till stadshuset. HĂ€r finns en utmĂ€rkt anlagda front promenad och trĂ€golv i vardagsrummet och sovrum. Mudroom Ă€r perfekt för att lagra hyrcyklar, strand redskap eller barnvagnar under din vistelse.

A perfect P-town experience

Great location, great house

Well stocked house in a perfect location.

My friends and I have rented this house for several years, and we love it. The location couldn't be better and the house itself is well stocked with all the incident things that you want in a vacation house (detergent, paper towels, beach towels, etc).

Wonderful stay in Ptown- perfect location!

Patrick’s house is absolutely wonderful. The location is ideal - everything downtown is walkable within a matter of minutes. Patrick was proactive about checking in and making sure everything was going smoothly. The house was just what we were looking for- plenty of bedrooms to sleep and great space to eat inside or outside if you want to have a meal as a group. Hope to be back in the future!

My husband, 3 children and I had a terrific stay in Patrick and William’s house. The four bedrooms afforded us the space to spread out. The location was terrific - immediately adjacent to all the shops and restaurants of Ptown. They were gracious hosts. We had a wonderful time.

A Fabulous Time in PTown

This was our 2nd time staying here and we LOVE this house! It's perfectly located so it's easy to get to, and if you need a costume change, it's convenient to run back between tea/dinner/going out. Beds are comfortable, there are several gathering spaces which makes it great for a group of 7 or 8 like we were. Kitchen is fully stocked too which made for a great end of trip group dinner experience. Great house, can't recommend enough and we look forward to returning next year!

What a lovely house to stay in! The location was perfect - easy walk to ferry, commercial street, tea, bars/clubs - and Patrick was a fantastic host. Wonderful roof deck

My group of friends has stayed in various houses in Ptown and this was our favorite. Fantastic location in the middle of everything but quiet and just off Bradford St. The roofdeck put it over the top for us, as well as the cleanliness and attentiveness of the hosts. We will be back!

I'm a retired NYPD detective from Special Victims Division, just like the TV show, for 26 years. Born and raised in Long Island, NY. Currently live in Manhattan. William and I purchased this beautiful home in June of 2011. The moment I walked into this huge country kitchen, I knew this was the house for us.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

In 1987, a friend of mine took me to Provincetown for a week. I fell in love with Provincetown that very moment, and I have been vacationing in Provincetown every year since 1987. At first I rented with Bed and Breakfast's, which I love, then I went to renting condo's to private homes. I found the people of Provincetown, and its visitors to be extremely friendly, and outgoing. The fresh clean air was a plus, since coming from Manhattan. There's something about Provincetown, that is soothing, and tranquil. I feel relax and at peace when in Provincetown.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

What I love about this house is that it gives you a comfortable feeling. I love the fact that you can go out on the second floor new deck, and gaze at the Pilgrim Monument. The house is located in the center of Provincetown, with a block and a half walk to Commercial Street where all the stores and restaurants are located. During your stay at the house, you walk or bike your way through town. Choose to dine in, the huge country kitchen can seat up to 10 people, and there is a private brick patio with a BBQ grill, and picnic table to eat outside.
