My wife, I, and our dog stayed at Cody Farms several times and have always enjoyed our stay. It has plenty of room to walk the dog and is close to nearby trails, town, and other activities.

It was perfect to have so much room for the dogs and kids to run and play. Very cozy little escape with awesome views. Close to trails and the lake. So peaceful.

It was a beautiful location very close to Saratoga. The apartment was clean and served us well. My dog LOVED running around the two huge fields hunting rabbits! The stairwell leading to the apartment made you realize you were above of barn.

Family of 4 with twin 6 ft 15 yr old boys and our 20 lb ausselier Wall-E stayed for 3 nights to attend a festival in Saratoga Springs. The 1 bdrm loft was more than enough room for us. The mattress in the bedroom was super comfortable. 2 TV's that offered plenty to watch. The walk out deck was great to drink coffee in the morning and the view is spectacular. Wall-E loved checking out the farm. The hosts are super accomodating and quick to communicate with. We hope to stay again if the festival happens again next year.

This place was perfect to stay with dogs; it’s such a large property with plenty of space for them to get exercise. It was a great location, and a well stocked kitchen. We really appreciated the laundry, and the home away from home feel.

Superb communication. Spotless accommodations and everything you need in a one-bedroom apartment. Large balcony, easy stairs/secure. We have been going here for the last 5 years, and they never miss a thing. Information about the area also.

Picturesque for a fall visit!

Dan was great with all correspondence, replying quickly to any questions. The house was extremely clean and very well kept. I loved the privacy and the country setting while still being close to the city. I’m looking forward to renting from him again.

Great place to stay

The property was relaxing, and the fields were great for walking the dog. The apartment was very clean and a great place to stay. There are a lot of activities in the area, including hiking, shopping, historical sites and harness racing. we highly recommend it.

Very enjoyable stay

We very much enjoyed staying here. The apartment was the perfect size and very clean. The fields were beautiful to walk around, and I imagine even prettier when it is not raining, which unfortunately it did the entire time we were there, but still a nice visit. The only downside was how loud the furnace was when it came on, which was a bit disturbing at night when trying to sleep.

We enjoyed this country location. It was quiet and beautiful. The apartment had lots of natural light and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The host was very responsive to our communications.

Country Quiet

Every Spring we stay here for a weekend. Quiet, exceptionally clean and serene. Close to everything. We go to the diner down the street, casino, car museum, and enjoy the beautiful area. It's close enough and yet far enough for us.

Perfect for us! Super comfy bed and great amenities. Dan was able to loan a gas tank to help our daughter who was staying nearby. Extra kudos for generosity and convenience. Thank you and we hope to repeat next time we are in the area.

Very clean and comfortable & out in the country

We stayed 2 nights while in the Saratoga area to ride some local mountain bike trails. The unit was clean, well equipped and the bed was comfortable. We love the quiet rural setting and yet less than 15 mins from Saratoga. The recommended pizza place, Harvest & Hearth just 5 mins down the road was very good. We would definitely look to stay at Cody Farms again.
