The chalet is absolutely beautiful! It is extra clean with all the amenities you could need. The location is great and close enough to many attractions in Pigeon Forge. The host is super helpful and quick to respond to questions.

Amazing!

House was gorgeous and perfectly located in the middle of the action. It was also peaceful and relaxing. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Loved the river across the street and the private fire pit and swing. Will definitely stay here again.

Our favorite house in Pigeon Forge!

We have stayed here before, but our recent trip reminded us of just how much we love this house! It is spacious, clean, a great layout, and has the gorgeous river with ducks out front. We love staying here because you have privacy, but also don’t have to drive 15 min up a mountain after dinner !

great place, bad communication

this property is exceptional in location and parking. The inside is fantastic also but the major problems we had in communication with wrong phone numbers and no reply to messages and e-mails really had me upset in the beginning., we normally book thru a rental property place and tried this instead but thanks to some very patient people helping me thru the process it finally got worked out. I think that the e-mails we received could maybe have been a little more informative as to the check in process and take into a little consideration that not everyone has there computer or e-mail on their phones.

GORGEOUS!

This home is EXACTLY as it was described. So beautiful and SO clean!! The check in couldn’t have been easier, and the location is PERFECT! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I would say this is mostly for adults. The stairs are gorgeous, but they are steep. Children would need to stay on the bottom floor.

Clean, comfortable and excellent location

This home was perfect for our family including my 2 year old daughter and my parents. Located on a quiet street but super close to all of the attractions. Comfortable beds and immaculate. There is a nice view of the river And my daughter really enjoyed watching the geese in the morning. One thing to note, the stairs are rather steep. 2 bedrooms and the 2nd bath are upstairs. If someone in your party has mobility issues you may just want to take that into consideration. Overall , would highly recommend!

Great stay!

Great house in a great location. Didn't even realize this property was river-front when we booked...added bonus! Our kids loved skipping rocks in the river and we loved the close proximity to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge. We would stay here again! Note: bring your own toiletries. They did have a travel shampoo and some handsoap in the bathroom, but no bar soap for the showers so you might need to bring your own.

Five Stars Aren’t Enough

My family and I just left this gorgeous property and we were sad to leave!! The listing photos do not do this property justice. IT IS BEAUTIFUL. The home decor includes high quality furniture, exquisite cabinetry and custom trim throughout. The home is immaculately clean with every basic necessity provided. The location is excellent and is in close proximity to all major tourist attractions and restaurants. The owners were awesome and stayed in communion with us via email throughout our stay. If I could give this home 10 stars, I would. Don’t hesitate to book this beauty because we are already planning our next trip!

Perfect location!

The location of this home is everything. You have a river flowing through the front yard, but you’re within 2 minutes of the action. Right in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. In town, but you feel secluded. It’s amazing. The house is nice. Mattresses need to be updated, make sure you bring your own trash bags for the kitchen, and it may be a good idea to bring your own sheets and towels. It will sleep 6 comfortably. The owners are very responsive and great to work with. We would stay here again. The location really does make this a perfect spot to stay. We enjoyed our time there!

Enjoyed our stay in Pigeon Forge

The house was a great place to stay. Close to all of the things we wanted to do while in the Smokies. The property is well-maintained and very comfortable. The fire pit across the street from the house and next to the river was a big hit with the family. We made some really delicious s'mores on our last night there.

This chalet, built in 2018, was built for the overnight rental program. The owner built this property so people visiting the area would have a nice place to stay. This property is located in downtown Pigeon Forge, TN across the street from Little Pigeon River. It is close to dining, shopping and the Great Smoky Mountains. I can assure you that you will not find a better location and property if you get the opportunity to book this property!

This luxury chalet offers great fun for the entire family! The chalet welcomes you with beautiful hardwood flooring, comfy furnishings and southern decor. The open, spacious living area allows plenty of room to enjoy family activities or to simply spread out and relax with friends. Prime location in the heart of Pigeon Forge and across the street from Little Pigeon River. For non-stop fun, there is a flat screen HDTV in the living area mounted above the fireplace, as well as all the bedrooms. The chalet offers Charter high speed internet with WiFi and Direct TV satellite. The spacious living area is open to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with a stainless steel range/oven, microwave, dishwasher and side-by-side refrigerator. The master suite is located on the first floor and offers a king bed with private access to the full bathroom on the first floor.
