amazing place

This place was great, huge living area and kitchen open floor plan. It gave us the ability to all be in the same area without feeling crowded. bedrooms were very large as well. property is close to everything i felt. will stay here again!

Perfect place

This home is the absolute perfect place to stay for any visit to Gatlinburg or pigeon Forge. It is located at just the end of pigeon Forge, a couple of blocks off the main road. So you feel like you are close to everything while at the same time completely out of any hustle and bustle. You can go sit out by the fire pit right next to the creek and enjoying coffee or just watch the kids play the creek on a lazy afternoon. We will absolutely Come back to this house for any future trips to the area!

Beautiful Cabin Great Location

My family had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful cabin in March. I immediately fell in love with the cabin. From the moment you walk in, there is such a homey feel. There were 6 adults and 3 young teens and there was plenty of room. The cabin is so well designed and well furnished. There were lots of empty shelves behind the bar in the kitchen for our groceries. The kitchen had enough dishes, flatware and cookware to prepare a meal or two during our stay. The beds were very comfortable (though the pillows weren’t the best.) There were extra blankets in both bedrooms and in the living room. The game room was large enough to add a full-size air mattress in addition to the full/twin bunk bed provided. There is a pull-out sofa in the living room which we didn’t need. The entire cabin was so clean! There are books and games provided also. The younger ones enjoyed the hot tub. The living room was my favorite room. It was roomy but cozy. The décor is well done and the open fireplace is stunning. The front porch is huge and inviting. The swing bed is amazing. Across the street is a beautiful creek. The location is ideal being so close to the Parkway. I definitely recommend this cabin and would certainly book for another stay when I'm in the area.

We loved our stay at this house. It is super convenient to everything yet still tucked away. My kids loved playing in the creek and feeding the ducks that flew in. My only complaint are the pillows and bedding. Very bad. Just bring your own pillows from home and You will be good to go. Also no towels. We only had 4 bath towels for 8 people. Overall it’s a very nice place and we would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Location and Comfortable stay

We absolutely loved our stay! We had plenty of room:) The kitchen was well equipped for all your cooking needs. It was conveniently located right off the main road. We had one family of 4 One family of 3 We enjoyed the fire pit across the street by the river every evening. It was a great place to sit and unwind from a busy fun packed day. We would definitely book again

This is the most beautiful house. It is so peaceful and the front porch calls you to sit relax and enjoy. The river is right across the street to sit at the fire pit and have a look at the beauty of the property. We have stayed here twice within the last year. Hopefully going again soon.

Great Getaway Before School!

Had 7 people, fit comfortably in this house! The house was very nice. Hot tub easy to use (cover, controls) and clean. Well appointed kitchen (better than most rentals!). Had toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap—we really appreciated that having stayed in rentals where you have to bring everything. Loved having the fire pit by the river (across the street). Check in was super easy! No issues at all. If you are going Zorbing or to slash park, make sure to bring beach towels! Great property! Will be back.

A TRUE home away from home!

We’ve only been back home a few days, but all we’re thinking about is coming back! This cabin is beautiful inside and out. The road is quiet and in the perfect location (close to Dollywood & Gatlinburg). We were lucky to speak with the owner and he couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. This was our first trip to Pigeon Forge and we will certainly be back, and booking our new favorite cabin! Thank you again!

Property is an excellent location. 3 minutes to Dollywood and Splash Country and tons of restaurants. Well maintained and hot tub a bonus for after long days at the parks. Guest bedroom mattress could be replaced as it is extremely firm and hard. Other than that... great property.

Beautiful cabin

We always enjoy our stay here at the Magnolia Mountain cabin. I would just suggest maybe the cleaning staff do a little better job in the future. I found several torn off price tags in the floor of the bedroom, suggesting it wasn't swept very well, or at all. The corners are getting a little bit of a dirty build up. The guest bedroom in the back of the cabin has a mattress that is so hard, it's rough to sleep on for elderly people. Otherwise, the cabin is great. One more tidbit of info, there is a bird that bangs his beak into the glass on the master bedroom door and the hallway door going to the back porch, every morning, starting at around 6am. He is definitely an unwelcome visitor. This has nothing to do with the cabin, but it wasn't a great surprise. 😂

Absolutely beautiful place

It was beautiful. Close to town, easy roads. Houses on either side are fairly close, but honestly it still felt perfectly private. For us, the beds weren't super comfortable but not awful either. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay there again. It was clean and plenty of space. The front porch was amazing. I spent a lot of time on the swing. My husband loved the hot tub. We couldn't stop looking around at everything inside as it was beautifully decorated. We were sad to leave and can't wait to come again. Grateful for this very special trip with my parents, thank you.

Best Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. Little Pigeon River is right in front of the home and it has a nice seating area at the river with a fire pit. The rooms are big so there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy the cabin. You won't be disappointed.

Great location to Splash Country and Dollywood and all sorts of restaurants in Pigeon Forge. Hot tub a plus after long days at the park. Super house. Guest king could use an upgrade on the mattress and refrig needs water filter replaced. Other than that, super property.

One of the best trips ever!

Recently my husband was diagnosed with colon cancer and in just over a week will have surgery that will change everything in our active lives for at least 3 to 4 months. We choose this property to spend a couple of nights with our 10 year old triplet granddaughters and our stay was more than we could have asked for. First, the house is in walking distance of the main street through Pigeon Forge. It is one story right on the river. The property had absolutely everything we wanted, and more in a VRBO. The property is beautiful, immaculately cleaned, and every detail had so much thought put in it. The favorite place for my husband and I was the front porch and the favorite place for the girls was the gameroom/bedroom. I loved that the owner personally text us the evening we arrived to make sure everything was as expected. We promised the girls we would take them to any show they wanted to see and any place they wanted to eat, and all they wanted to do was stay in this beautiful rental. So we did! Thanks Dwayne, it was great and such a memorable time together.

Great long weekend 2 family stay

Beautiful location, easy access to everything, great home layout for gathering and space for spreading out. Did have to wash dishes a lot due to light silverware amount (bring your own dish powder) cleaned a drain for a shower/tub so it would drain and had unfortunate episode with dying battery on smoke detector in early morning (but was fixed quickly with proper channels). Would stay again! Lovely spot to enjoy some family time and the street is quiet.
