Om boendet

I en oceanfront låghus, ligger denna 2 sovrum / 2 bad tredje våningen enhet i Arcadia delen av Myrtle Beach på Shore Drive. Inom bekvämt gångavstånd finns restauranger, barer och närbutiker, samt presentaffärer, Apache Pier och Ocean Annies. Bara över en mil från "Restaurant Row", mitt emellan Broadway vid stranden och Barefoot Landing och bara 1,5 mil från det nyaste Tanger Outlet Center.

Och självklart är "stranden" bara längst ner i stegen!

Vardagsrummet är utrustat med bekvämligheter som hemma: kabel-TV, DVD-spelare och drottning bäddsoffa. Vi har ett paperback-bibliotek om du glömde din strandbok.
Ät i köket innehåller: diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, brödrost, mixer och full storlek kyl / frys. Det finns två matsalar; en i köket (plats 4) och en mellan vardagsrummet och köket (havsutsikt med plats för ytterligare 4!).
Pillow-queen size-säng i sovrummet med eget badrum och 2 enkelsängar i 2: a sovrummet. TV i varje rum.

F. A.Q. (Vanliga frågor)
1. Uthyrning är vecka lördag-lör från Memorial Day weekend till Labor Day weekend. Hyreskostnaden är all inclusive av statliga / lokala skatter och avresa städning ..

2. Enheten är icke-rökare för hälsan och komforten hos alla våra gäster.

3. Incheckning 3 PM - Utcheckning 10:00 (Tyvärr, inte förhandlingsbart)

4. Inga husdjur, inga motorcyklar, inga släpvagnar, inga undantag! Dessa är APATB III HOA-regler och egendomshantering kommer att förkasta dig från fastigheten.

5. NO FIREWORKS Tecken är upplagda, det här är enligt Horry County ordinance och verkställs.

6. Privat reseförsäkring kan köpas av individer på internet om du är orolig för att avbryta dina planer. Återbetalningar kommer att göras om en enhet är nyuthyrd eller obligatorisk evakuering.

Great Location

We had a great stay! Location was awesome. Direct beach access, live music every night next door. We eventually learned of the I’ve cream and pizza place just down the street.

Very nice place

We had a great time. Easy access to the beach and plenty of beach items included in the room. Master bath a bit small would be my only negative. Would stay again.

Spring Break Golf Trip

Ben and Donna have a great place and awesome location. Exactly as advertised and super easy to access. Steps to Ocean Annie's and a very short drive to some of the best golf Myrtle Beach has to offer. I will definitely stay here again on our next visit to MB.

July family vacation

We love this condo, the location is perfect for our family with Ocean Annie's next door, easy access to the beach, the inlet and fishing pier is within walking distance. Everything is provided in the condo that we needed, and communication with the owner is easy. We keep coming back to this condo as we love it!

Couple get away

Owners were in touch to make sure everything went smooth. Condo was beautiful and had a very fun and relaxing vibe. We could sit out on the balcony, enjoy the ocean view, enjoy the sunrise, and listen to evening music from Ocean Annies. Would definitely recommend!!!

Review

Everything was as described. Place was clean and easy access to beach. Not having an elevator was inconvenient. The stove was difficult to cook on because it was very unlevel. Overall if was a nice place, and we enjoyed our time.

Absolutely AMAZING Condo

The condo was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked if you feel like cooking. The beach is steps away from the door and my absolute favorite was watching the sunrise from the balcony and listening to the live music from Ocean Annie’s next door in the evening.

Beatiful View, relaxing stay

My husband and I stayed here with our four children age 8-13. The condo was clean and accommodating. We had a fantastic view and easily spotted dolphins each morning! It is located close enough to a grocery store so we easily stocked up on our nesscary items. We highly recommend trying Art Burger and Sushi Bar that is just about 15mins away. Also we left more sand toys for the next family and were pleased to have access to beach chairs!!

Cozy, home-y condo. I'm surprised that no other reviews mentioned this, but the music from Ocean Annie's is **loud** in the master bedroom. They don't stop playing until 11pm, so if you're trying to go to bed earlier, like we were, you'll want to consider another place to stay. The view and the balcony are nice, and the beach supplies closet is great. Check in and out were very smooth. Condo could use some updating, but it was exactly as pictured in the listing - what you see is what you get! Decent location between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle.

Fantastic Condo with Fantastic Owners!!!

This condo was one of the nicest condos at A Place At The Beach!! We traveled as a family for my sons baseball tournament at the Cal Ripken experience. We had my sons teammates and some of their families in our condo throughout the week and they said it was by far nicer than theirs :-) Not only was the condo well decorated and full of things that we needed, there were also plenty of “extra” things like beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, etc. etc. etc. If we are ever at Myrtle Beach again, this is the place we will be staying! Thank you Ben and Donna!

We are Pureza's from North Carolina. Having grown up in Va. Beach and lived in Myrtle Beach prior to moving to Charlotte in 1998, we found ourselves wanting to find a great beach destination for vacations with our young and growing family. Familiar with Myrtle Beach, we found just that in this condo!!!

Location, Location, Location... On the oceanfront off of restaurant row, this condo is in a wonderful location. 10-15 minutes north or south on 17 gets you to all the shopping, golfing and attractions the Grand Strand has to offer.
