Also just a short walk up Shore Drive to the Straw Market and Flip Flops Bar and Grill, Nucci’s Pizza and other shops. Also close to famous Restaurant Row, endless shopping and attractions at Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlet, Broadway at the Beach, plus over 100 excellent golf courses, Alabama Theater, House of Blues, Hard Rock Café, night life, great fishing, and much more in the vibrant Grand Strand area!
Also near the popular nightclub 2001, top restaurants, Kroger’s grocery store and Walmart superstore, Marshalls, Ross, Tanger Outlets (all about 1-2 miles away) and much more. Facility rules prohibit pets and motorcycles, trailers, boats and campers. No Smoking Allowed in the Condominium. Minimum age to rent is 25 years of age and responsible adult must be on premises. Rental is subject to and conditioned on full compliance with the APATB III and condo unit agreement terms, rules and regulations.
