Ta in den spektakulära utsikten från din 1400 kvadratmeter tre sovrum, tre bad, icke-rökare lägenhet med utsikt över vackra Cowpet Bay. The condo har allt du behöver för en avkopplande, rolig semester. Vardagsrummet har en extra stor sektionssoffa, en 40-tums TV och en DVD-spelare / stereo med iPod-spelare och gratis trådlöst internet. Den har en extra stor täckt terrass med uteservering / lounging utrymme som bekväma platser sex. Inuti har du tre stora king-size-sängar med hotelllinnen, alla med eget privata badrum och handdukar. Alla har AC, individuella takfläktar, stora TV-apparater med DVD-spelare och garderober med hängande utrymme. Två sviter har havsutsikt och tillgång till utomhusterrassen. Köket har alla förväntade apparater (kylskåp, ugn / kokplatta, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn), plus redskap och extra matplats för sex.

Det tar bara 30 sekunder att gå till den vackra palmträdstranden där det finns gratis strand och solstolar. Här kan du bada i solen eller ligga i skuggan av ett palm- eller seagrape-träd. Stranden har ett stort skyddat simbassäng och ett område där du kan snorkla. Bredvid stranden är en stor vackert anlagd pool med badtunna. Det finns också en bra bar och restaurang, Karibiska fiskmarknaden, som serverar middag och drycker.

I den livliga närbelägna staden Red Hook kan du ta en färja till St. John och Brittiska Jungfruöarna (pass krävs). Staden har en bra blandning av restauranger, barer, kaféer, en fullfylld livsmedelsbutik / sprit / vinbutik, presentbutiker och specialbutiker samt en stor småbåtshamn för alla dina fiske / charterbehov. It was very pleasant. We enjoyed the stay. Just make sure whom ever comes to visit that they try to come when it’s not the beginning/during/ending of hurricane season. Lol the seaweed was bad in some bay areas. But we made the best of it. We also went to Saint John’s island which was absolutely breathtaking . I recommend staying here.

Perfect Spot for a Family Getaway!

This condo was perfect for our family trip! We had six adults (three couples) and an infant, and the space worked out great. The three bedrooms were roomy, so everyone had their own space to relax, and there was plenty of room to hang out together in the common areas.The balconies were amazing—great beach and ocean views, and perfect for morning coffee or just chilling out. We loved being able to walk to the beach and pool, and having bars and restaurants right on-site was super convenient.It’s also just minutes from Red Hook, which has great restaurants, bars, and grocery options—super handy to have so much nearby.John was also a huge help when our car rental fell through at the airport—he had a Durango we could rent, which saved us a ton of stress.Highly recommend this place—great location, great setup, and and all-around awesome stay!

Great Location, and views!!

We had a wonderful dtay at the co do, the owner was super easy to work with and everything in the condo was great. Have the rental car on site through the condo rental was perfect. There are 2 restaurants with in walking distance. And a beach/pool bar on site.

Older townhome

The title definitely said renovated but I’m not sure it’s completely done. You can tell it’s an older townhome but the views are worth it. Kitchen is pretty narrow but everything looks updated and we were able to prepare meals. The host offered for us to rent one of his vehicles which made life so much easier. Steps to the beach and beautiful blue water. Definitely prime real estate!

Not Really Renovated

The photos of the property are beautiful, and it’s clear a lot of effort went into staging—but when we arrived, it was obvious the home didn’t quite match the pictures. The rooms weren’t very clean, including the bedding, which was disappointing. The second master bedroom’s bathroom isn’t en-suite and doesn’t have a door (something that wasn’t clear in the listing). The shower in that bathroom was very rusty, and the guests staying in that room didn’t feel comfortable using it, so they had to share with another couple.The towels provided for both showers and the beach were stained, so we ended up washing them ourselves to feel more comfortable. Unfortunately, the washer broke during our stay, and I couldn’t get a response from the property contact. We eventually got it open on our own, but it was a frustrating situation.We weren’t at the house much and made the best of our trip, but it’s not a property we’d rent again. With some better cleaning and maintenance, it could really live up to the photos.

Great location, steps from the beach and pool with two excellent dining options. The condo itself was comfortable. Our biggest issue was that we did not have WiFi the entire week we were there. We brought it to the property manager’s attention multiple times and it was not fixed. The place was also a bit dated and could use a more thorough cleaning. Overall though you cannot beat the location and we had a great time.

Beautiful Property-Amazing Views

Cannot say enough good about this Condo/Location and the owner/property manager that help before and during the stay. Condo was exactly how it was advertised. Amazing Views-Clean-Well Equipped. John was helpful for questions prior to stay and was gracious to let us have a late checkout as our flight didn’t leave until 4pm. Tanji the Property manager was on top of all our needs once we were on site, even checking in and bringing us paper products throughout our stay. Our party included 6 adults and two children, and everyone was impressed by the accommodations. Cowpet Bay has our heart forever, and now we have a new favorite condo to stay in. Until next time…

A much needed family vacation!

The condo was lovely. The location was perfect. The only thing that I would probably add to your listing was the amount of steps that you have to take. Every single day is crazy so anyone with any kind of knee issues or Walking issues could never stay there. But we were fine! The location is amazing. It’s so close to anything you need we did the entire island driving was not a problem. The neighborhood was so safe! It’s by 1 million. Restaurants everywhere was so good. Super convenient to get to the ferry that takes you to St. John. I would have more information on the island in the condo as well, maybe a binder with all the local restaurants and things to do and a map. I think we left a map behind just because I thought that it needed one. I would recommend staying here and would probably come back! Thank you for having us.

Beautiful view, comfortable condo

The place could use some touch up, it has some chipped paint etc., but it’s clean. No decor at all, which makes the chips more noticeable in my opinion. The beds are very comfortable, but bring your own pillow unless you like big pillows. The owner is very responsive if you have a problem, and he resolved ours in a timely manner. We had a group of 5 adults, so we each had a king size bed and each group had our own bathroom which was great. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Great stay

John was very responsive and helpful and when we arrived, Tanji was also very responsive and helpful. The property was clean and had plenty of towels for showering and the beach. There were plenty of paper towels and toilet paper which was nice because things are expensive on the island. There was enough cookware and some spices. The walk to the beach was only about 2 minutes but it's a very steep walk. The beach is beautiful. We were able to snorkel right from the beach and see stingray, starfish and more. The beach restaurant and pool bar were great during the day and Caribbean Fish Market(also right on the beach) was fantastic. This property is very close to Red Hook where there are a lot of restaurants. This property is elevated on a mountain and driving can be scary! Overall, we loved our stay.

A little disappointed

When we got to the unit. It was not in the best of shape. Minimal kitchen items, no coffee table, could not figure out the tv’s, toilet seats broken, clogged drain. We thought we would be closer to the beach. When we reached out to the owner John was very nice, and the project manager was sent and was very accommodating. She brought new/additional cooking items/liquid soap

Wonderful Stay

The condo was as promised. We had a wonderful stay in St. Thomas. This was our second time visiting the area and this condo was great for 3 couples, and we absolutely love the beach area near the condo! What made it even better were the two great restaurants that were within walking distance. It was so nice to have that convenience.

Very Fun Time

The property was amazing! The host was very helpful and responded very quickly. There were a couple cleanliness issues but the host made up for it right away. We would definitely come back. It is minutes away from lots of stuff. Trunk Bay on St. John is a must see! Overall we were very satisfied and happy with our experience!

We're John & Ali, a Real Estate Developer and Interior Designer from Scotland and Seattle respectively. John's travelled extensively throughout the world and met Ali in Hollywood, CA. Ali works in NYC making the world prettier one room at a time. They have a baby son named Roman and a small mini-dachshund called Fin.

This is actually our third condo in St Thomas. Our friends and family love it here so much, we keep needing more room! From the turquoise ocean and the incredible sunset views, to the lush vegetation that grows on the island, we are head over heels in love with St. Thomas. The climate is great and the people that live here are the friendliest and most laid back you'll find.

The best thing about this space is the view. It's just breathtaking, and the terrace gives you true indoor/outdoor living space. The condo is spacious, so no one feels cramped which is ideal when trying to relax. And the complex has everything you need, really no reason to leave!
