Ta in den spektakulära utsikten från din 1500 kvadratmeter tre sovrum, tre bad, icke-rökare lägenhet med utsikt över vackra Cowpet Bay. The condo har allt du behöver för en avkopplande, rolig semester. Vardagsrummet har en extra stor sektionssoffa, en 40-tums TV och en DVD-spelare / stereo med iPod-spelare och gratis trådlöst internet. Den har en extra stor täckt terrass med uteservering / lounging utrymme som bekväma platser sex. Inuti har du tre stora king-size-sängar med hotelllinnen, alla med eget privata badrum och handdukar. Alla har AC, individuella takfläktar, stora TV med DVD-spelare och garderober med hängande utrymme. Två sviter har öppen havsutsikt och tillgång till utomhusterrassen. Köket har alla förväntade apparater (kylskåp, ugn / kokplatta, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn), plus redskap och extra matplats för sex.

Det tar bara 30 sekunder att gå till den vackra palmträdstranden där det finns gratis strand- och solstolar. Här kan du sola eller ligga i skuggan av en palm- eller Seagrape-träd. Stranden har ett stort skyddat simbassäng och ett område där du kan snorkla. Bredvid stranden är en stor vackert anlagd pool med badtunna. Det finns också en bra bar och restaurang, Karibiska fiskmarknaden, som serverar middag och drycker.

I den livliga närbelägna staden Red Hook kan du ta en färja till St. John och Brittiska Jungfruöarna (pass krävs). Staden har en stor blandning av restauranger, barer, kaféer, en fullfylld livsmedelsbutik / sprit / vinbutik, presentbutiker och specialbutiker samt en stor småbåtshamn för alla dina fiske / charterbehov. Great location

This is amazing location and the views are wonderful. The property is quite dated however very functional. Plenty of space however needs to have maintenance. Appreciate being able to stay here. Communication was seemless.

Great hosts!!

Our stay at Cowpet was nice and comfortable. Everything was so smooth with the hosts and property. Beds were very comfortable, home was well stocked and back porch has great furniture! LOTS of steps down to beach so the hike back up you need to be in shape for! But the views were worth it!

We love Cowpet Bay, beautiful beach!

We stayed with our family and in-laws, plenty of space for everyone to have their own space. We liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom.

Wonderful location ! Older property lacking some upkeep. Some of the furniture in shabby shape and supplies for upkeep lacking. However Local management very responsive and general property amenities wonderful!.

Great property, pool and beach steps away. Renting the owners vehicle was very convenient! Just like most places in St. Thomas, quite a few stairs are around the property.

Virgin Islands Adventure!

Our stay at Cowpet Bay West had a really nice view and we found the rental great for 2 couples and a young teen. We have been to the island several times and usually stay in the east end near Redhook so that we have access to the food and shops, nice beaches and the Ferry/water taxis. Getting around the island you either cab it or get a vehicle but remember if you drive you are on the opposite side of the road from the USA and the normal side of the car. We rented the Durango which was helpful as we typically get provisions like food, drinks and any other household items we may have forgotten at Cost.u.less (less than 10 mins away) which is more or less equivalent to island Costco. Walking down to the pool/beach area at Cowpet bay isn't too bad and you are there in a couple of minutes with plenty spots for sun or shade and you have 3 options for food and drinks:1. Beach bar by the pool for drinks. 2. Caribbean Fish Market, which we loved. A little more expensive dining but amazing food and drinks. 3. Sangria's Beachside Bistro. You can get drinks, have some breakfast, lunch/dinner and then pizza's from 6-8pm. The walk back to the rental is a little steep and you may get a bit winded if you had some adult beverages or are out of shape but it was doable for us and we are of average fitness levels. Overall the accommodations were nice and clean and the owner had great communication and the property manager was responsive and we would rent there again.

New Year's getaway

I stayed with my fiancé and three teen daughters. We loved the space and comfort of the condo. Beautiful water views, easy drive to grocery store and convenience of Sangrias, Caribbean Fish Market and pool bar. No problem getting beach front loungers and great snorkeling on property. Red Hook and ferry to St John less than 10 minutes away. great location!

Great location and plenty of space.

We arrived to St Thomas after stressful travel day. This unit was easy to locate and access. It was very clean and we loved having such a large unit. The property is very pretty with a great beach which we enjoyed mostly after a long day of exploring the island. We did not eat at either restaurant but found other options within a short drive to Red Hook. We also stayed in and cooked a few times. Plenty of beach/pool towels available

It's the bugs

I can understand the water bug, as we call them back home (my wife called it a large roach), they sneak in when it's wet out. I can even understand the centipede and the Huge millipede btw, which you know, I get it but I'm not a fan of roaches. My wife told me she saw two on the first night we came in but I didn't see them but by the 3rd day (we spent a lot of time outside the unit) I saw and killed 4-5 myself. I don't expect to see roaches, and I mean I don't expect to see them AT ALL! By the point we did see them it was too late into Carnival (festival season) to find a suitable alternative. The place is great location, descent amenities especially for a family but it's just worn down a bit and has too many critters for my liking. Id never stay here again.

What a gem!

Exceptional stay. Everyone saw my photos and I’ve never had so many people ask “where are your staying? That’s beautiful!” Place was exactly as described. Slept soundly. View is lovely. Beach and pool are exceptional. Restaurants, beach bar etc all right there. We never left the property because we didn’t have to nor did we want to. John was great to communicate with. Will absolutely stay here again.

Enjoyed our time but the property needs a little TLC

Property was overall very nice but the middle bathroom of the unit had some challenges. First of all the door does not close so you are unable to have privacy. Also the shower head is broken and would just break off without warning. I would say get those things repaired and the property will be excellent. I would come and stay again.

Perfect location

Unit was better than I expected. Unit and facilities were very nice. The views of the bay were spectacular and we enjoyed swimming and sunning at the beach. No complaints. Some of the negative reviews on this property are unwarranted and this forum seems to attract only negative comments. Owner was a pleasure to deal with.

Terrible!

The condo was very spacious, with great views and the beds were very comfortable. Sadly, the condo is under terrible management. It’s awfully outdated, the chairs, the sofa wore out and super uncomfortable. Poorly renovated, like there are no baseboards and instead you just see paint. The kitchen was disgusting. I sent them pictures of bugs in one drawer, cobwebs on another. I started cleaning and wiped dead bugs from the backsplash and even above the stove. A roach came crawling under the oven and even caught it on video. I also sent them pictures of the gross washer before and after I cleaned it. Which btw it makes a horribly noise with as little of 2 items in it. The floors hadn’t been mopped. The light in the bathroom didn’t work, but it was repaired the next day. John apologized for the cleaning I had to do and reimbursed us the cleaning fee. But sadly that doesn’t change the terrible experience we had in this condo.

The property had quite a bit of wear and tear. The lights and fans in two rooms did not work properly. As a matter of fact 2 overhead lights would turn on and off in the middle of the night. The washing machine did not work properly. Thankfully we had family in other units. We brought our clothes to them. Also, something was dropping onto the top of the stove. It looked like cornmeal. This had us concerned with bugs or rodents. I kept wiping it up but it would reappear. We never used the stove or the microwave. This condo could definitely use some extra care.

Great as always, it has been the 3rd time that we stayed at the apartment. Apt has everything that you need in your vacations. It is well located. Beds are super comfy and linens are super soft. Definitely we will come back soon.

Comfortable, but …

Beds were very comfortable ,tiled floors nice, plenty of decent linens….but the entire condo needs a renovation. Furniture was very “used” and a broken chair was left at dining table.

This is actually our third condo in St Thomas. Our friends and family love it here so much, we keep needing more room! From the turquoise ocean and the incredible sunset views, to the lush vegetation that grows on the island, we are head over heels in love with St. Thomas. The climate is great and the people that live here are the friendliest and most laid back you'll find.

The best thing about this space is the view. It's just breathtaking, and the terrace gives you true indoor/outdoor living space. The condo is spacious, so no one feels cramped which is ideal when trying to relax. And the complex has everything you need, really no reason to leave!
