En av en snäll stuga och fastigheter på Groom Creek. Denna stuga byggdes på 1950-talet och den rustika charmen är smittsam. Nytt tegelgolv och fint ombyggt badrum ger hytten en uppdatering utan att förlora den varma och rustika känslan.

När du kör ner den smala körfältet och passerar en gammal stagcoach är det lätt att börja koppla av och lämna dina bekymmer bakom sig. Majestätiska tallar och mer när säsongsbäcken är kantad med frodig vegetation och gula columbines på sommaren.

Flaggstolsterrassen är det perfekta stället att luta sig tillbaka och fågelskådning eller få en skratta från att se de lekfulla ekorrarna hoppa från trädgren till trädgren. Det finns en god chans att du till och med kommer att se en familj av rådjur stoppa för en kall drink från bäcken. Det finns ett picknickbord och en propangrill för din användning.

Det finns gott om vandringsleder, mountainbike och quading inom några minuters promenad från stugan. En resa upp Spruce berget ger dig en majestätisk utsikt över Bradshawbergen och Prescott-området. Efter en vandring till Goldwater Lake för lite fiske eller kajakpaddling kan du återvända till stugan för en avkopplande tupplur på den stora skärmen i verandan.

En enkel bilresa till centrum av Prescott där det alltid finns olika aktiviteter året runt. Sitt och koppla av runt Prescott-domstolen, handla antikaffärer och mamma- och popbutiker, lyssna på fantastiska lokala band, ta en bit i en av de många lokala matställena eller smaka på den historiska känslan av Prescott längs Whisky Row.

Vi har fått flera gäster fira speciella evenemang som födelsedagar, årsdagar och återföreningar på vår plats. Denna mycket speciella stuga och miljö ger dig många bra minnen att ta med dig hem.

Wedding

We stayed here for our Wedding that was at the groom creek school house. The property owners were very friendly we met with them and they showed us around the property and gave us tips for starting a fire in the wood stove. The cabin has a lot of charm and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful accessible property

Wonderful cabin!

We loved our stay and loved the classic cabin ambience! It was exactly as a cabin should be. The beds were comfortable too. We would love to return. Goldwater Lake nearby was beautiful, and the kids hada great time!

Great get-away cabin

Great setting with lots of vintage charm. The little stream right behind the property, deer sightings - wonderful! Enjoying being there, and Prescott in general, very much! Only reminder is this is high altitude and - for Arizona - much cooler. Take plenty of cool weather clothes!

Charming little cabin

Stayed here with my husband and our boys for my 40th birthday and it was perfect. I'm a simple girl, just give me a crackling fire, a cozy blanket some hot cocoa and a good book and I'm set. That's just what this cabin had, we had a peaceful weekend enjoying the wood stove and beautiful surroundings. Joey was a great host and very friendly, we loved our first trip to Prescott and hope to come back here to stay in the future. If you like the simple things and peace and quiet this cabin is for you

Amazing!! The Forest was Breathtaking!!

A wonderful stay

Beautiful cabin, surrounded by nature. Saw deers. Private propery so a lot to walk around. A creek that gave you the calm and tranquility. Pat and Joanna are great hosts and gave us complete privacy and helped us with the fire place, and gave good recommendations. Cant wait to return next year.

Great experience!

Location and cabin are just BEAUTIFUL! We had our 2 year old, 3 year old and our 2 teenagers with us and all of them loved it as well. Love that its dog friendly. Pat and Joey are so nice and friendly but also give you space and privacy. We plan on coming again!

Perfect Getaway

I loved this cabin and the hosts are fantastic. Cozy and quiet. There is a very very large enclosed chain link dog pen for your furry friends to play if you need to do something outside without holding on to them (if they bolt after things as mine do). The cabin has everything you need to just wind down. Coffee on the enclosed porch listening to the creek and the birds.. JUST PERFECT. I will definitely return.

Great Weekend Getaway

Joey and Pat were great hosts. Extremally welcoming and accommodating. Cabin was just what we expected. Clean yet rustic. Great creek that runs though the property where you are likely to see deer passing through. Perfect amount of space for a small family. Definitely going to visit again.

This beautiful piece of property was bought by my aunt and uncle in 1967. As a child I spent many memororable summers at the cabin and exploring the area. My husband and I purchased the property in 1997 and spent every weekend here until 2001 when we pulled up our roots in Phoenix and happily moved into this cabin. In 2005 we moved into our house which we built across the creek. Since then we have been offering our Groom Creek cabin through VRBO to others as a place to 'get away' and relax and enjoy this beautiful area as we have for so many years.
