Detta är ett privat 2 bdrm 1 badhus. Det är stilfullt inredda och nyligen ombyggda, fullt möblerade med 2 superkomfortabla queen-sängar och ett rymligt badrum. Köket är fullt utrustat med allt för att laga en fantastisk måltid. Huset ligger en 5 minuters bilresa till Frys livsmedelsbutik, Walmart, centrum av Prescott, många cykel- och vandringsleder och massor av fantastiska restauranger. Den här egenskapen har också en stapelbar tvättmaskin och torktumlare som är där för din användning. Vi lovar att du kommer att känna dig som hemma!

Great stay appreciate letting us stay there. My wife believes she left her ear buds in the back bed room window sill. If you could look and if you find them can you mail them to us. We would pay for shipping by Venmo.

Quiet weekend in Prescott

Stayed here because my daughter had a gymnastics competition. Dog friendly, clean, nice amenities. Parking shared with rear unit, easy to access. Neighborhood is ordinary but I wasn’t staying here for that. Place was quiet. We would stay again.

Great stay in Prescott

This was the perfect, cute, clean, very comfortable place to stay for us while we moved our son into College at Embry-Riddle. We will definitely stay here again as often as we can over the next 4 years.

Sweet little house.

Sweet little house, small but still ticks most of the boxes...wish there was a grill, but all in all, comfy with all the amenities and close to everything.The house was very clean, plenty of towels, dish towels, etc. The kitchen could use some more serving dishes, plates, maybe a baking sheet. Would we stay again? Absolutely!

Everything was as described. Worked well for my small pup!! I will stay again and rent the guest house attached wjth jt. Total privacy from it so it will be great for work trips toos.

Great, comfortable, & cozy!

I stayed with my 4–year-old Cavalier & we had a wonderful time! The house was so clean & had everything needed. The fenced in yard was nice. It is a quiet neighborhood. Whiskey Row was so fun…what a dog-friendly city! We will be back!! Thank you!!

Comfortable and very clean

The house was in a quite neighborhood and close to the mtb trails and lakes. Very clean, great beds, felt larger than it is. The side yard is enclosed and not visible from the street so we stored our bikes and kayaks safely. Location is a half mile north of the pin on the VRBO website, near the rodeo grounds.

Cute and updated close to town

This property as perfect for my son and I visiting to take care of some family matters. The home is modern while maintaining the rustic and vintage feel for the age of home and area. It was very clean and check-in out was very easy. My only suggestion would be to trim the bush on the corner as its blind coming around the corner to the driveway.

Very clean and welcoming

The house was very nice and clean, which I always appreciate! The outdoor patio was lovely on the sunny mornings. We really enjoyed Prescott and will definitely be back. Thank you! ps: a 9x13 baking dish or a sheet pan would have been great to have.

Clean and comfortable

Easy access to everything and the driveway right up to front door was nice and easy in recent thunderstorms. Appliances were good and, lovely decor. Not a fan of microfiber sheets, but overall loved everything else. Would stay again for sure. Thank you for having a quality place for visitors.

Need help on mattress

The mattress in the main bedroom was very soft and creaky - not used to that. Good location, safe and cut place for two people and was clean and had most everything you needed was provided for.

Prescott is a really nice small town

Overall we enjoyed this property, it was clean, comfortable and very convenient for the town's attractions. Don't miss Watson Lake! The following aspects may or may not be relevant for different travelers, but I think it is worth to mention them, so that better informed decisions can be made. The property is composed of two different house units: the one we stayed, with two bedrooms and another one with one bedroom. This is never mentioned in the house description. The one we stayed at, has only a very small hangout area off the kitchen door. The other one, has a huge landscaped backyard, with lots of nice trees and rocks. Inside, we missed storage space for longer stays. There are no closets in one of the rooms, not even a dresser or a clothes hanger. The other bedroom has a very small clothes closet. The neighborhood is quiet and seems ok, but it's definitely not one of the best in town.
