Välkommen till vårt 3 sovrum med 2 badrum i ett lugnt område (Heritage Hills) intill Botany Woods och inom några minuter till Downtown Greenville, Haywood Mall, Bob Jones University, Furman University och otaliga restauranger och möjligheter till nattliv. Hemmet är smakfullt inredda så att du känner dig som hemma. Om du letar efter en månad + vistelse kommer jag gärna att gå igenom hemmet innan du bokar. Stor inhägnad gård.

Great location for us living on the east side of Greenville

The property was as advertised. Good value and had all the extras we we're looking for. Always like to give a big thank you for these properties that allow dogs.

In town for funeral

Was the perfect location for us. Part of our party didn’t show but there was definitely enough room if they had. the area was quiet and nice. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice house. Comfortable bed. Had a small issue with getting in as the opener had become disconnected. Finally was able to get in. Evidently a scheduling snafu with the cleaning company had happened. After contacting the owner, a cleaner was at the home in a short time. Other than those two (small) issues, the house was very nice. The owner was very appologetic and easy to work with. Would stay here again.

Great stay! Fenced in yard for the pup, garage parking, all kitchen amenities you could want, comfy beds, great location. We will be back!

Weekend Stay

Had a great time, everything in the property was fantastic and super easy. Great quiet and safe neighborhood. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our weekend visit!

Great central location.

The property was just what we needed. We were close to the daughter that we were visiting. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and we always appreciate pet-friendly properties.

Great location!

We went to visit with family in the area, and it worked out perfectly! Great location, and love the new couch! Enough room for everyone to come over and visit. The kids enjoyed the foosball table.

Clean & affordable!

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean, beds were comfy, quality linens, etc. If we did have any issues, the owner was quick to communicate & offer solutions. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Great location

The house was great for us. We brought our dog to upstate vet for radiation treatment and the house is only 5 minutes away from the vet’s office and the neighborhood is quite and clean. The house was clean met our needs. The property manager made our stay easy and great communication.

Not for elderly or handicapped

House was very clean. Both shower floors were extremely slippery. I was very nervous for my husband who is still recovering from an extensive cardiac hospital stay to use the showers. Handrails are in place, but floors need attention. I also intended to bring my 2 small dogs, but was not aware of restriction on number of pets until after I had sent deposit.Also, the hot water knob in the master shower gets extremely hot to touch. Disappointed with these things, however I felt safe and was comfortable.

Our home away but near home

We chose this rental for it's half-mile proximity to my elderly parents. It was great for our needs - mom, two adult sons and one daughter-in-law. We were very pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the house was with needed supplies for the kitchen and bathrooms (with the exception of pots/pans for cooking). We are looking forward to using this house again for future family visits.

Great Location and Plenty of Space

The location of the house provides quick easy access to all of Greenville, Taylors and Greer. A 'must visit' spot is Bridge City Coffee conveniently located on Wade Hampton Blvd (5 mins from the house). While all of their grinds are refreshing ask for the beans that earned them Roaster of the Year. While at the house there is an abundance of comfortable space to kick back and relax in a mature, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked if you choose to prepare a meal. The fenced in yard is quite nice if fido is joining you on you visit.

Relaxing in Greenville

This place met our needs perfectly. The house and property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen appliances clean and perfectly working. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The location is convenient to anything you might want to do in the Greenville area. There is a great selection of books that I really didn’t look through until our last day. I will have to purchase the novel I started and didn’t have time to finish! Thanks for a wonderful stay,

Clean and simple

Everything was very clean and simple to navigate. We loved the space, games, and beds - they were very comfortable! The dishwasher needs to be drilled in properly because it was hard to shut the door but we really didn’t even notice until right before we left as we only had a few dishes to run in the dishwasher.

Nice property especially good for families

Contacted property owner on a problem with the property which needs to be addressed as his recommendation to fix it was insufficient and actually only made it much worse versus fixing it. Had that not happened it would have been nice as lots of games and books for kids and fenced yard for my dog.
