Hej alla, och tack för att ni överväger att bo hemma! Det är fullt möblerat av en professionell inredningsarkitekt och ser fantastisk ut!

Snabb tillträde till 385 och 85 och bokstavligen hundratals butiker och restauranger på Woodruff Rd, Haywood Rd (Mall) och Pelham Rds som alla ligger inom ett par mil från huset. Downtown är 7 miles eller kanske 10 minuter bort rakt upp 385. Huset ligger på en lite trafikerad väg så tänk på det när du bokar.

Uppdaterat kök öppnas upp till det stora rummet. Matsal, tvättstuga, pulverrum, spelrum finns också ner. De fyra sovrummen är på övervåningen med en master bad och hall bad. Trevligt, teglverkat avskärdat veranda ut bakifrån med utsikt över tätt bladverk. Gården är stor, mestadels plan och helt inhägnad.

Uppfarten är lång och rymmer 5 bilar utan att någon blockerar någon annan. Gästerna har tillgång till de två bilgaragen.

Great location, great house!

The house is close to everything! Conveniently located although there is a bit much traffic because it’s on a main road. Hard to sleep in the front rooms because of traffic noise. The room over the garage was very hot. There was a very bad smell in the garage because previous tenant did not take out the trash and had left it in the garage. Which is why I gave it a four rating —-other than that everything else was good. Host very easy to reach.

Close to the Convention Center

Was in town for an event at the Greenville Convention Center. Home had plenty of room for 2 family’s.

Great property for a group!

The size and location of this home were great! There was a bit of an odor in the house from check-in throughout our stay. Bathroom cleanliness could be improved; in particular the shower liner in the guest bathroom needs to be replaced. Overall we had a good stay at this home!

Great Greenville Stay!

The place was very convenient to everything for both Greer and Greenville. Lots of parking which was great since we had 4 cars. Check-in was seamless and the house nicely appointed. We had some trouble with the wifi, but the owner fixed that quickly. Very happy with the stay.

Great House

This house was a great place to stay. Everything we wanted to do was 10-15 minutes away. Plenty of room in the bedrooms. Host was very good and clear with communication. Will definitely stay here again if ever in Greenville, SC.

Great Property

Needed a local house for a week during a construction project on our home. Nice property, great location, fenced in yard and pet friendly, well stocked kitchen. Owner responded very quickly with any questions. Will definitely choose this property again if we need a local place to stay.

Fine house with room and rooms

I met my sister and her family for the weekend in Greenville. She has a young puppy, and an older dog - so we needed a pet friendly house for the weekend. This was a great size for the group, and the house was clean and suited our needs. Not having pets myself, it was immediately apparent that the house had previously had cats - but really, that's fine - we asked for a pet friendly house. Thanks for a good weekend.

In for a funeral

Due to the timing after an unexpected death in our family, we had to add days in the front and back end of our original booking. Landon was very accommodating and understanding of our situation.The house is very clean, spacious and comfortable. We also appreciated the many extras that were available that you don't often find in other VRBOs such as spices, cooking oil, laundry and dish detergent, coffee etc.I gave 4 stars on location only because the home is on a main road and sometimes the cars could be loud, but not so bad that we wouldn't stay here again.

Just right for a reunion of friends in a fabulous town.

Our group of 4 couples meets in a new town each year. This year was Greenville, and we had a wonderful 4 days here. This property was well located to everything we wanted to see and do. The house was spacious and inviting. Even though it's on a busy road, we barely heard a thing and slept well. With 4 bedrooms, it was very accommodating. The beds, mattresses and bedding were very comfortable, with a mint on our pillows! The kitchen had all the utensils and pots/pans we needed and a good oven, microwave, and fridge. There were 2 bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs, as well as a laundry room. With a living room for conversation (aka happy hour) and a game room with Foosball, it was an excellent place to gather. Our host, Landon, was very communicative and accommodating. We did have an issue with the downstairs A/C, but he had it fixed right away. Also, there was plenty of parking, which was good because we had all come from different directions, and also had a friend in town who dropped by. All in all it was a good stay.

Space is good but….

I’ve stayed at this property at least 2 times . I thought after the first visit maybe some things would be updated but they weren’t. Bushes in front look terrible. Need to be landscaped. There are no screens on the windows. That ‘fenced’ yard is not fenced because there are gaps and the gate won’t even shut. The keypad to get in must be from the early 2000’s . Very hard to get in. There were 2 remotes for the downstairs TV however neither one worked for the TV. Just got a ‘NO Signal’ Message . So couldn’t watch TV downstairs. There is a broken glass drawer in the fridge that you can’t really see until you try to put something there and it falls through. Beds aren’t that great. Other than the space and location, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I won’t be back.

My family was visiting from Germany. 7 adults and one child age 10. They loved the house for its roominess. Two 19 year-old-boys took the big bedroom and were delighted because they had been squeezing into small spaces for three weeks of their tour of Florida and South Carolina, They had no problems. it was well located. Only thing they had to purchase was a hair dryer. You may need to replace that one.

Came from out of town for a wedding

We loved the house and location. On a busy main road but we didnt mind was close to everything in greenville. has fenced pretty bad yard if you have kids or dogs with you. House was clean and very nice and comfortable, well stocked. Loved the enclosed porch! Very comfortable home. we had some minor issues but Landon responded right away and came out to fix them. Will stay here again when we visit our family!!

Beautiful home

Love this place ! So spacious and clean ! Only thing is the house had a smell to it like a old house smell . but nothing some air wicks or candles couldn’t fix ! I would definitely stay again !
