Utsikt att dö för - detta hem byggdes totalt om 2017 och har en privat lÀgre enhet. Det ligger pÄ en bluff i Pacific Beach, intill La Jolla och 1 km frÄn stranden (och den galna trafiken)! Enheten har en egen ingÄng med tvÄ sovrum, ett badrum, tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare, kök och ett fullt vardagsrum (det Àr helt privat frÄn övervÄningen). Det kan sova 6 personer (tvÄ i varje sovrum plus en drottning bÀddsoffa i vardagsrummet). Det finns tre utsidan dÀck med otrolig, obegrÀnsad 180 ° utsikt frÄn centrala San Diego till La Jolla. Ett dÀck har en sittgrupp med matbord för sex, tvÄ schÀslonger, utomhusvÀrmare och en grill. Det andra dÀcket har ett lyxigt spa, medan det tredje dÀcket Àr en utvÀndig tÀckning av vardagsrummet. UtomhusomrÄden Àr 420 vÀnliga (men ingen rökning inne i enheten, snÀlla). Det finns tre HD-tv-apparater med DirecTV i varje rum. Hemmet har ocksÄ vÀrme och luftkonditionering. We enjoyed our prior stay here so much that we booked to stay here a 2nd time. The home is stil very nice, centrally located on a quiet street, and the host is quick to communicate. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful home! We had the best time in San Diego and so much of it was because of how comfortable and spoiled we were at this house. Gorgeous views, great hot tub, comfortable beds and very private. We loved the outdoor spaces and made use of the propane heater, fire table, grill and hot tub at different times of our stay. We also didn't realize how big of a deal that the ample street parking that's on this street was until we drove through the rest of San Diego. We got to park directly in front of the house all week - not gonna happen at most homes in town. We'd love to come back!

Lovely hillside retreat

Our only regret is we didn't stay longer. We enjoyed the expansive deck, hot tub, and comfortable beds. Denise has thoughtfully stocked the house with little things that made the stay even more enjoyable. The neighborhood is lovely and there are many delicious Pacific Beach coffee shops and restaurants within 1 to 2 miles.

Best stay away in SD

We had an amazing time with this location which was clean and away from the busy city but not too far to make it downtown within minutes. Jacuzzi, view, location was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous View in Pacific Beach

This was our second stay in this property, and both times we've had a lovely time. Everything is as advertised, with an easy check-in process, well cleaned property, and responsive host. Good location in Pacific Beach, less than 10 minutes from the beach. The outside deck has a gorgeous view of the ocean and a hot tub, which are the big stars. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Views

Great location in a quiet neighborhood up from the beach. Lovely deck with wonderful view of the bay and ocean. We loved relaxing in the hot tub with a glass of wine at the end of the day. Master bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is compact, just know there is no space to spread toiletries out, but otherwise quite nice. Good communication with host Denise.

Gorgeous Weekend Getaway

This property was absolutely breath taking! My wife and dog and I stayed here from Thursday to Sunday for one of our mini moons. It was very private, romantic, and relaxing. The location is great: 10 minute drive to La Jolla, 7 minute drive to mission beach, 20 minute drive to downtown/Little Italy, and 25 minute drive to Del Mar/Torrey Pines. Just far enough away where you aren’t in the midst of traffic/city hustle bustle. Very private and safe neighborhood. The hot tub was awesome. We used it every day of our stay. Great outdoor views - can definitely relax and unwind at morning and night. The view overlooking the city and the beach is so beautiful. If my wife wasn’t pregnant we definitely would have walked everywhere! I would definitely recommend staying here for up to 4 people and maybe 1 child. There is a pullout bed, the master with a king, and a queen bed. More than 4 adults would feel crammed. Denise is a wonderful host, she was very responsive and gave tons of recommendations. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!

Unfortunate

Unfortunately attacked by the host's dogs as my wife and I were trying to leave the property. I was not aware that their dogs would be present on site during my stay. This was not advertised on the listing. My pregnant wife and I were uncomfortable staying for the full 7 day reservation thereafter and I communicated this to the host. Unfortunately, the host was mainly concerned about the loss of revenue that would occur from me cancelling the reservation and asked me to pay what was "fair", off-platform even though I only stayed for the first night in exchange for canceling the remainder of the reservation. It was very difficult to cancel the reservation but after literally 4 hours on the phone with Customer Service, I ended up having to pay 50% of the total booking. Thankfully, no one was injured.

Amazing setting, but a few issues

We had a great time at this VRBO in San Diego. The house was beautiful, with stunning views, in a great location near the beach, and wonderfully quiet, a fantastic hot tub, and was well-appointed. However, there were some significant issues that affected our stay. 1) We discovered black mold in a mini-split in the main bedroom late in our stay, which had a negative impact on my wife's health even 2 weeks after our stay. 2) The hot tub had been shocked with chlorine just before our arrival, which is common to do; however, the levels were extremely high and we were not aware because we were not notified. As a result, after using it for a short time, we had eye irritation and itchy/burny skin (one of us had peeling the next day).  Again, no apology, just a comment that it had been shocked. 3) The patio heater didn’t work, and despite troubleshooting it ourselves and also notifying the host multiple times that we really wanted to use it to stay warm in the chilly evenings, it was not addressed because they and the handyman were out of town over Thanksgiving. Even after they returned to their unit upstairs, they did not come down to try to fix. Overall, it’s a beautiful property and checks all the boxes in terms of location, beauty, etc., but caveat emptor if any issues arise because they may not be addressed in a timely manner.

Million Dollar View

Our stay at the San Diego House was fabulous! The view of Pacific Ocean from the hot tub was amazing. The two bedrooms were perfect for three adults we had. Clean and modern appliances with washer/dryer stackable for catching up on laundry. The kitchen was very handy and the outside grill was great for cooking burgers and hot dogs. The house is minutes from downtown San Diego and La Jolla. The instructions for using the property were easy to follow and answered all our questions. The host was just a text or phone call away but we had no questions. Thanks for million dollar view and comfortable house! We’ll be back!

Perfect San Diego Getaway

My wife and I have stayed at this property a few different times and it's always a great time. It's a wonderful location, and the view from the deck/hot tub is outstanding. Property is well maintained, always clean, and the owners are extremely responsive and helpful for anything we need. Strongly recommended!

Lovely Outdoor Space with a View

Wonderful Vacation

Absolutely beautiful and clean home, with a large patio space and relaxing spa overlooking the ocean. The neighborhood was very quiet and centrally located. Short walk to nearby coffee shops, restaurants, etc. And only about a 20min drive to other destinations throughout the city. The host was very responsive, and check-in process was a breeze. Would definitely recommend booking this home if staying in the area.

The rooms were nice and big. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the sheets were impressive. Nice barbecue on the deck which we utilize because the view is just gorgeous. A workable kitchen. I would recommend it.

Perfect view, wonderful stay!

Stayed for four nights with our two girls, ages 6 and 8. The location was perfect for quick trips to the zoo, beach, Petco park, sea world and Coronado island. It was so close to great restaurants in La Jolla too. The space itself was very clean and well-maintained. The inside was cozy and well designed - the outside was spectacular. We ate many meals outside and definitely enjoyed the hot tub and picturesque views
