Den öppna planlösningen har katedraltak med dörrar från golv till tak som leder ut till ett stort däck med fantastisk utsikt. Denna huvudnivå har ett rymligt vardagsrum med 2 bekväma soffor och en plattskärms-TV, ljudbarhögtalare, en matplats med ett stort bord med plats för 6. Det finns också ett sovrum (2 enkelsängar), badrum och kök på denna nivå.

Den andra våningen har hårda trägolv, ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och stora fönster med utsikt över sjön och ett loft med 2 enkelsängar.

Se solnedgången med ett glas vin från det stora däck med utsikt över sjön. Njut av den stora gräsmattan som försiktigt lutar till en ny specialbyggd båtbrygga och däck som ger enkel tillgång till simning.

30 yrs coming to this lake and I have to tell you , this rental met all of my expectations.

Lovely Lakeside Retreat

Excellent everything: location, views, amenities, etc. Comfortable beds and living room furniture. Great deck with lots of seating. Great dock for boats. Plenty of parking a plus. Nice to have AC too.

very disappointing

Thought this was going to be an up scale rental.... it is NOT. place was over run with spiders ,ants in the kitchen, filthy upstairs windows with clouded sliders and a screen door that kept coming off the track. spent part of the vacation cleaning. and to top it off this area of the lake is choked with invasive weeds so swimming wasn't possible. Not a good value for the $$$$. The weed situation should be disclosed to renters.

Great spot on the lake

Great little camp on the lake. Nice view, clear water and lots of fish. Lots of dust bunnies and spider webs inside the house. Water pressure terrible. Overall good experience

Beautiful location and views

Nothing beats the views and multiple outdoor spaces. Great little swimming area at base of lawn that is easy to get in and out of. Charming firepit patio perfect for family time together. Views from deck and upstairs bedroom are gorgeous (so nice to look out the window of bedroom and see moon reflecting on lake, framed by pine trees!). Just a few miles from two restaurants with plenty of outdoor seating and downtown Castleton and Poultney both offer other options. Interior has all the basics, nothing fancy but we were there to be outside and enjoy Vermont.

So relaxing and privat

This property and views are beautiful and private. We really enjoyed the awesome double dock with lounging deck and we loved the fire pit setup. We enjoyed almost all of our meals outside on the spacious deck. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of kitchenware. The owners were so easy to communicate with and were right over with propane when we ran low for the grill. We also enjoyed the convenience of being able to park behind the house. It made packing and unpacking a breeze unlike some lake homes. This part of the lake itself is pretty quiet. Some motor boats but not too many. Great for kayaking. Although this home sleeps 6 and has 3 sleeping areas, it felt much larger because of the cathedral ceilings and big windows. My husband and I took the downstairs bedroom near the bathroom which had more privacy and let our teen have the whole upstairs with a couple of friends. It was quiet with our fan on and convenient for us, and they had a ball. Exactly what we were looking for! We brought our own fan but didn’t need it because there were plenty there. If you would like to rent a boat, I would recommend you reserve one from the local marina before you arrive. We were lucky to have found this last minute gem because of a last-minute cancellation but boat availablility was 3-4 weeks out. So plan accordingly. Despite this, we had so much fun here. Being on the east side was a huge plus because of the extended sun in the evenings, and some pretty incredible sunsets! So relaxing and beautiful. We would highly recommend this lake house!

What a lovely spot

It was all that was promised! Clean, comfortable, well stocked with supplies, paper products, misc spices, and was also well stocked with games. It can get a little warm upstairs so bring an extra fan, although they supply a good variety of fans too!

Bomoseen Stay

Enjoyed our stay very much, property was pretty much as advertised.. Beautiful lake and surroundings. Fair amount of milfoil in the area but not overly troublesome. We hit a particularly hot spell which made sleeping on the second floor difficult. Not sure if possible but shading the large second floor windows would be a real plus. Overall very good stay.

A perfect weekend!

Could not have enjoyed the weekend more. Georgina's home is so lovely, absolutely beautiful and comfortable (loved the comforters and duvets!) but you can't beat the view off the deck, especially at sunset. The location is quiet, so peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Definitely hope to be back next year!

Relaxing cabin on Lake Bomoseen

We had a nice weekend at this house! The house itself is very easy, with nice new towels and fresh linens. The kitchen is small and basic but functional and well stocked. The view and lakefront is lovely and the road is very private and quiet. Was a great and easy weekend retreat.

Wonderful lake house....highly recommended. We will be back.

We loved this lake house. Great views and sunsets. Main bedroom upstairs has incredible views of the lake....I will miss waking up to them! The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed including new high quality cookware. The remodeled bathroom was a nice touch. The home is clean and well furnished and the bedding and towels provided were very good quality. Nice quiet spot and very good for swimming. We rented a boat and used the dock. The firepit is on a level platform and has plenty of room for everyone to gather round. Lots of good deck furniture....we especially loved reading in the zero gravity chairs. Owners were easy to work with and very friendly. We look fwd to coming back next year.
