Detta är en specialbyggd fritidshus (2006) med central luftkonditionering, inbyggd högtalare musik i hela huset, HD-TV, satellit, och WiFi. Hilltop Cottage är 3 kvarter från centrum Pentwater. Detta hem är perfekt för större sammankomster med gott om utrymme på övervåningen och på lägre nivå. Parkera bilen och använda cyklarna redan på huset för att komma runt staden eller till stranden. Byggt 2006, är huset komplett med allt du behöver, med undantag av dina sängkläder (lakan och handdukar ingår ej). En mycket stor sjal runt veranda är komplett med gungstolar och en stor del av verandan silas i. Hemmet har 2400 kvm och innehåller, 4 sovrum och 3 badrum, 700sqft veranda, utomhus gasgrill, picknickbord, eldstaden, och massor av spel. Hilltop ligger i ett avskilt och lugnt område och fastigheten är skogsbevuxna på alla fyra sidor av hemmet som ger dig att "up north" känsla.

Golf getaway

The place was more than we expected! Plenty of room and really enjoyed the screened in porch. Beautiful weather, great places to eat and very relaxing.

Very comfortable

It was a very comfortable house for our family of 8 adults and 2 kids. Loved the woods feel, fire pit, screened in porch, and the bikes were a nice bonus. Would def stay again!

Pentwater Cottage

Great place, spacious, clean, lots of dishes, pans. Private little area downstairs, great for teens or another couple/family. Great location! Bring your own sheets, has Roku for TV, has lots of bikes. Cool fire pit out back.

Fun in Pentwater

We had an enjoyable week. The house could have been a bit cleaner but overall we liked the location. Owner was quick to respond to the few issues we had.

Nice and quiet

The house was in great condition and is on a very peaceful piece of property. Easy walk or bike ride to town and beach makes it the perfect spot! We had the best time.

Fantastic cottage

This secluded cottage has all the amenities of home and it's just a short bike ride to downtown and the state park. My family had a wonderful time with several other couples and their kids. I cannot recommend this enough to anyone looking to enjoy a Pure Michigan summer vacation.

The Best of Everything

This home was clean and top of the line amenities, loved the whole house surround sound and flat screen tv on the wall. We walked everywhere and loved to leave our car in the driveway never having to use it. We walked to the town where there are restaurants, ice cream parlors, gift shops and to the harbor where my children fished. The walk to the beach was fine for us in that we brought a wagon for our 2 year old. The beach was spectacularly clean with nice bathrooms, showers and snack shop. Oh, also they had swing sets and places for kids to fish off of the pier. We have booked another vacation this summer and are looking forward to it. I highly recommend.

Amazing home made for great vacation!

We have stayed in a couple of other houses in Pentwater, and this is our favorite. The layout of the home and location was perfect for our group. The house is quiet and secluded, but downtown Pentwater is just a short walk down the road. Great shops and restaurants all over downtown. The beach and Lake Michigan are just beyond that. We spent our days out exploring and sun bathing, but at night we were at the house, on the porch or at the fire pit in the backyard. There is enough space that the when the kids were in bed, we adults could have our time too without disturbing them. The house is very clean and well kept. We will be back next year!

Awesome Cottage! Great Location! Perfect Vacation!

Hilltop Cottage is the perfect house for your family vacation! It was so clean, new, spacious and PRIVATE! Secluded setting made us really feel "up north" but with all the modern conveniences. We had two families in the house and the layout was perfect. Each family had their own "area" and never felt crowded (4 adults and 5 kids). In fact we said we could probably fit more and still be fine if it was allowed. The large kitchen and all the amenities were just right upstairs and the lower walkout half had ample room for the kids to play and the second family's food/storage/privacy. Location was so close to town and so very convenient, just down the hill! We were even able to score a slip for our boat for the week at a very reasonable price just by asking around at the marina. The beach and lakes were so clean and beautiful we didn't want to leave! Cute quaint little downtown, Pentwater locals and businesses all very friendly and open to visitors. Farmers market was high quality and great variety of booths. We enjoyed dinner out at Gulf Landing and overall it was pretty good. We had wonderful weather and kids had a blast. We will definitely be back! on a sidenote, we enjoyed Silver Lake for one of the day's and it was only 10 miles away...loved the dunes and dune buggy rides!

We love the seclusion and privacy when we are sitting around the fire or on the screened in porch. Also, you can walk downtown for ice cream or to beach. With both levels finished, multiple families can have their own space, while also getting some great family time together.

Each summer we reserve one week for a family with a pediatric cancer survivor and let them stay at the cottage free of charge. We help provide a family that has gone through so much a chance to do something normal and have a family vacation together. Choosing Hilltop Cottage for your vacation helps us help these families.
