Detta Penthouse lakefront bostadsrätt är rymliga och ljusa och är valet enheten i komplexet. Det ligger vid Lakeshore Villas tidigare känd som Village On The Lake i Osoyoos på Lakeshore Drive. Detta är utan tvekan den främsta lyx enhet i hela komplexet. Vyerna är spektakulära som denna slutenhet bostadsrätt har en fantastisk sjöutsikt från det stora rummet, sovrummet och andra sovrummet. Ligger tre våningar hög, är den stora 300 kvadratfot balkong så nära sjön som du kommer att känna att du är på toppen av vattnet.

Alla möbler är nya och lyx är avgörande ordet i denna 1300 kvadratfot svit. Den bostadsrätt har rostfritt stål apparater, tvättmaskin, torktumlare, diskmaskin och mikrovågsugn och granit bänkskivor. Detta är den enda enheten i komplexet med en dubbel ångdusch enhet i det andra badrummet. Njut av king size Tempur- Pedic säng i master medan du blickar ut på sjön. Beautiful property. The owners were fabulous to deal with. The condo had everything we needed, and more. Great access to the lake. Beds were comfortable! We have stayed at this complex for 6 years now and this is now our most favorite unit. Thank you!

Wonderful deck and view.

The condo is large with an amazing view. The pool and grounds are very well maintained. Stephen responded to the few questions we had quickly. We visit Osoyoos annually, but this was our first stay at Lakeshore. We like the location as it is a way from hotel row. We were able to leave our kayaks secured on the wharf which was a bonus.

Lovely patio in Osoyoos

We like the well equipped kitchen, good size patio with lovely lake view and there is ample room for 4 adults and 1 toddler to stay comfortably. The host was quick to answer all my questions prior to the trip. We swam several times a day by jumping off the private dock right across the street or a small patch of sandy/semi rocky beach 2 minutes walk. The water was refreshing and fairly warm to swim in end of August. We do find some areas can be muddy to our liking or filled with seaweed that can be bothersome for a bad swimmer like me who like to stand in the water a lot. Also there is limited shade on the nearby sandy beach so it can get tricky to social distance properly. That said, there are so many beaches all around Osoyoos within a quick drive or there are lots of water activities if you are not into swimming.

This accommodation far exceeds what a hotel does. The unit is much nicer than the pictures show on the website. I loved the decor (artwork, rugs) and the cupboard of plastic kids dishes was a nice touch. Pool was perfect temperature and depth was great for kids. Kitchen fully stocked. We even tried the steam room even though was July - and was fabulous!

Great view, location and a nice house

We stayed here for a week and the place is great and comfortable. It has a nice view of the lake just steps away from the lake. The house has a lot of space and has all kitchen stuff you need so no need to bring anything. The check-in and check-out was very easy and the building has a nice pool and hot tub. The owner was very helpful and easily accessible.

Excellent Home Away

Lovely condo with excellent beds and linens. Kitchen was well equipped. There is a great view of the lake and the street below was full of interest with groups of kids on bikes, walkers and runners. Very pleasant to sit on the third floor balcony and watch the lake and the activity below. Very nice large dock with protected swimming area. Beach next door. The pool was clean. Not very deep so good for kids. Bathrooms right by the pool. I would recommend.

Great Family Condo!

We loved our stay at this condo! Right on the water with amazing panoramic views of the lake! Despite upwards of 36 degree temps the condo stays cool and comfortable. Our boys loved the bunk beds, it became their hang out spot while my husband and I enjoyed sitting on the patio. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need and even spices which was a nice surprise. Plenty of books, DVDS and cards to use as well. The outside of the property was very nice and the pool was good as well (very shallow, but for bobbing around and for young kids it does the trick). We will be back!

Fabulous holiday!

The Lakefront Penthouse was a fabulous fit for us two couples. We loved the large deck and the nice air conditioned home. The bedroom (King bed) we stayed in was glorious. I have to say though, that it would be nice to have two rooms with King beds as the bunk beds weren't as comfortable for my sister and her husband. Thanks Stephen! We hope to be back in the future.

Exceeded Expectations!

The pictures for this property do not do it justice. It is a beautifully maintained spacious apartment situated very privately at the front of the building. The 180 degree views from the deck, looking to the mountains and the lake are spectacular. The pool area is clean and well looked after and great for families. The location to the centre of town is a leisurely stroll or short car ride. We will definite come back.

Fabulous view from a convenient apartment

This penthouse apartment was my home away from home for almost a month in 2017 and I, and my various visitors, enjoyed the convenience of this well equipped property which had everything we needed and more. It is really comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the view from the balcony directly overlooking the lake and we spent much time out there both in the daytime and in the evening. The view is almost as good from the open area living/dining room area or great room. I highly recommend this property. The only improvement might be a slighly higher water termperature in the outdoor pool but if you keep moving, it did seem warmer.

Location was excellent and the condo was very nice but could use a few upgrades for the price.

The condo was very nice and we'll located with a great view of the lake. The ad makes it appear that there is a beach across the road which is not the case. The closest public beach is a 15 minute walk up the street and was very busy. The condo itself needs a few upgrades including more comfortable seating and a dvd player that works. The dryer took three rounds to dry even a small load and the washer is very noisy. Otherwise enjoyed the location and wI'll likely look for other rentals for the above reasons. Also the bed is very high for anyone under 5 foot 6.

We live in Edmonton and when we retire we plan on spending most of our time in Osoyoos enjoying the Penthouse. For now we are renting it out. In Osoyoos we really enjoy the pickleball and sailing and the spectacular views from the Penthouse.

Varför värden valde detta boende

The Okanagan is our favourite place to spend time anywhere in Canada and Osoyoos has both charm and spectacular weather. Unlike other places in the Okanagan the small town setting is as stress free a location that you can find. Downtown in 5 minutes, friendly faces at the local stores, a nice selection of quality restaurants and wonderful fresh fruit and vegetables.Our Penthouse has a million dollar view is lakefront and is wonderfully laid out with its open floor plan.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The views are spectacular, we love the boating, sailing and pickle ball with both indoor and outdoor courts in Osoyoos, the walk on Lakeshore Drive is the nicest lakeshore walk in town. Five minutes and you are at the golf courses or tennis courts or try pickle ball at the Senora center or outdoor courts at the high school.We have really enjoyed the skiing in the winter and tubing down the Kettle river is an experience you will remember forever. The selection of wineries within a half hour drive is also a real bonus and when the weather gets colder you will love the steam/shower in the second bathroom!
