Denna villa har en färsk färg (ser snygg ut) med ny dubbel liggande soffa och separat vilstol. Dessutom nya matbord och stolar. NYA 4 QUEEN BED MATTRESSES AND BOX SPRINGS .... Soooooo bekvämt!

LUXURY 2 BR VILLA beläget på Sea Trail Resort i Sunset Beach, NC, utsågs till den bästa stranden i North Carolina. Uppdaterad villa med komplett kök och minisvit med nyrenoverade underbara trägolv. Villas balkong har utsikt över ett par 3 med fantastisk utsikt över Byrd golfbana Hole # 16. De två sovrummen har 2 queen size-sängar i varje sovrum och varje sovrum har sitt eget separata badrum. Om du har några frågor, fråga bara !!!

Har en 3-säsongs veranda. Ägaren sitter på verandan i december och skriver denna beskrivning .... !!!! Tillsatt också 50-tums LED-TV för att titta på Super Bowl eller Masters. Missa inte.

Senast utnämndes golfbanorna vid Sea Trail i Sunset Beach, NC av Brunswick Beacon-läsare som "Reader's Choice Best Golf Courses in Brunswick County för 2008-2009". Clean, Nice, Comfortable

Was short three nights. But we enjoyed the roominess and quiet. Beds were very comfortable! Would stay again!

Relaxing!

My kids and I stayed for a week and would definitely stay again! It was so clean, peaceful and relaxing and had everything we needed. I had one small issue with a tv and Dawn was so responsive arranging for her neighbor to come up almost immediately. He was also amazing...very nice and left contact info in case we needed anything during our stay. The location was perfect. It is so quiet and we felt very safe. One pool is conveniently right outside and the larger pool is a short drive down the road. The beach is one of the best we have gone to....the kids never wanted to leave! Overall, fantastic stay, great location and very nice property. Thank you Dawn!

Know the truth

The location is good and the condo is somewhat nice. But we were on the third floor and the elevator was not working because a part that is needed to repair it cannot be located.. We had a handicapped person and for them this was a challenge! Also the pool in front of the condo had a sign to the effect “Danger. Pool is closed”, which disappointed the little ones. The pool will not be repaired this year because multiple things are wrong with it. The shower head in one bathroom barely dripped and the other bathroom had a clogged up tub so you stood in a couple of inches of water while you showered. Sheets were very thin and cheap.. Two of the bath rags we were provided had clumps of hair on them when we first got them to use. Two big fry pans in kitchen but one was pretty badly burned. Not a lot of tops that matched cookware. However the cosmetics were nice- paint and furniture. The air conditioning was very good. Also one of the hair dryers mounted on bathroom wall was broke. But we had fun anyway and stayed on the beach and went shopping a lot!

Summer Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo! The available games were an added bonus. My family enjoyed the beach, the pool, and the park. The condo was conveniently located and had everything we needed.

Beautiful Villa

Beautiful Villa. Buried deep between 3 championship golf courses. Felt extremely comfortable and extremely safe being so far inside the property. About a mile to the main roads so there's no riff raff around the villa. Just vacationers and golfers. Only 30 to 45 minutes to Myrtle Beach and ALL the attractions. Several awesome restaurants close by. A few Tiki bars and live music within 15 minutes around Calabash, NC and Little River, SC. This may become a regular stop for us. Thanks Dawn!!!

Highly recommend

The property is as described. A short 5 min drive to the beach. The beach is also beautiful and so clean. Dawn, the owner, is amazing. We had a few hiccups but she responded and followed through within minutes. We will definitely be coming back and staying at Dawn’s condo again! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo and having a wonderful family vacation!!

Family Vacation

This was the most hassle free rental I have experienced. Everything was as advertised. The Villa was exceptionally clean and well equipped for entertaining my family. It was a quick drive to the beach, lots of delicious local seafood options, not to mention some really good ice cream! Thank you Dawn for the quick response to our request to rent! Looking forward to coming back !

Nice Place with room for everyone

This property was SO clean, kitchen well stocked for meal prep, grounds were well maintained, basically the nicest place we have stayed as a VRBO. Pros: clean, handicap accessible, quiet, room to spread out, great Wi-Fi signal, beds were all comfortable Cons: if you are a pillow person, you might want to bring your own. Not bad, just too soft for my taste. Owner suggested pillows….. Only complaint - the property was in the process of resealing the parking and we weren’t aware of the plans. We were asked to move cars very early in the morning; would have been nice to know this prior to going to bed that night. I believe this was a property problem, not the host. Host was very accommodating and commutation was stellar. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Absolutely fantastic! The condo was perfect! It was clean and very comfortable. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely rent again. Great accommodations

Dawn’s condo is just as advertised. It was clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed cooking in Dawn’s condo kitchen. It is very well equipped! This condo was perfect for our family vacation. Great property

The property was lovely. It was clean and neat with all the amenities one could need. The pool was directly across the street from the property itself so it was very convenient. The location is perfect for folks who like to golf and the beach, several restaurants are within a short drive. Dawn was terrific to work with providing us with a full range of options and suggestions for things to do in the area. I would recommend this property to one and all.

This condo is a corner piece, so more window, so more light and the patio has the option of just screens or for chilly nites closed window. Can't get any better.
