Great rates in July at Family Tides! First Floor. Pet Friendly.

Are you looking for a quiet place to relax and get away? If so, you will enjoy our two bedroom two bathroom condo in the beautiful neighborhood of Sea Trail. We are 1.5 miles from Sunset Beach and 3.5 miles from Ocean Isle Beach. Each bedroom has two queen beds with a private bathroom. There is a large spacious living room/dining room combination with a desk area in the main part of the condo. The unit has a large screened in porch overlooking one of three golf courses in the community. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Outside of the unit is a pool just for the owners and visitors of The Champions subdivision with a grill and picnic tables. There is plenty of parking and common areas to walk your dog. Grocery stores and good restaurants nearby. Two new restaurants have opened, Bistro 55, and Sunset Prime in the Convention Center which is walking distance from our condo. Our unit is on the first floor and we are pet friendly with a fee.

Another excellent stay!

This is our 4th trip to this spacious unit on the golf course. We love this place, and so does our dog! Just a short drive to the beach, and many different areas to take our walks. Communication is excellent, thanks Lisa we will be back.

Family Time

Our family had a lovely time at this property. The condo was clean, welcoming and pet-friendly. There was even a basket of dog toys! The screened porch gets morning sun, which was great on the cool mornings we had while there.

My husband and I spent the month of January and had a great time, the unit was very clean and accommodating. Spent alot of time on the patio it was warm and inviting. If you should choose this unit you won’t be disappointed.

While this rental happened to be a little more off the beaten path than I would have normally liked it was just what we needed. It was quiet no matter what time of day. The other guests were very friendly. The rental was organized. Furniture was comfortable. And the instructions left around the rental were specific and very helpful! We would stay again for sure! First class resort. First class condo. Highly recommend it. Agent was very helpful with prompt replies and assistance. The reason for not giving five stars in the overall rating was a confusing complication in paying an acceptable pet fee, which was finally satisfactorly resolved. I can only assume it was a computer issue. One suggestion regarding the condo. It is accurately two apartments in one, like two adjoining motel rooms. Both had a seating/TV area, a full kitchen, two queen beds, a full bathroom and separate outside entrances, although one apartment is larger than the other. It is ideal for two couples, or four golfers. Either one of the units would have served the two of us and our dog perfectly. It would have been a nice courtesy to have been offered one of the two bed units rather than the combination. I understand the business objective of getting a higher fee for the combo, but, again, it would be a nice courtesy to provide one of the units to a couple if the combo unit was not requested at the time of the rental. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Great condo. Great location.

Loved the condo. It was close to everything. Tropical Storm Debby wrecked havoc on our vacation but we were able to enjoy the pool a couple of days and were close to great seafood restaurants and others. Would highly recommend this condo.

The property was just like the pictures. The owner did not have check in instructions on time. Has a list of to do's before you leave and was not satisfied over a dryer lint trap, one smudged mirror with no glass cleaner, and two small trash cans; plus one bedroom trash can not being emptied while not providing trash bags.
