My only suggestion would be to have some type of aroma plugs, or incense to help with the ambience of the unit to become even more inviting

I rented the space for my adult son and daughter-in-law and her disabled mother for Thanksgiving and it was such a wonderful experience. It is close to downtown and you can enjoythe beautiful Mt. Dora Christmas lights.

Everything was exactly as described. It was close to shops and restaurants. A very comfortable accommodation. The host were outstanding and very responsive to any question I had. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay was provided.

This is a very comfortable relaxing place to stay. The description and pictures are accurate. Not having a washer and dryer was not a big deal although it would have been convenient. The host were amazing and very helpful. I look forward to coming back another day.

This is an adorable little cottage that’s part of a triplex. The parking space is perfect. The home is easy to get in and out of. It is within walking distance of downtown Mt. Dora and the lake. Randy and LuAnne were wonderful to work with and the whole process from start to finish was seamless. I would definitely recommend this VRBO home for anyone visiting Mt. Dora. I, too, plan to stay “Under the Palms” again!

Very clean Perfect size has all the essentials free parking spot was convenient Hosts are great Very close to cool bars, restaurants and unique shops .Pisces Rising, Back Porch, The Nest, Frog and Monkey and Yardery . You will not be disappointed .

This is our second visit to this property. Listing is just as described. Great location in walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Short 15 min drive to the Big House if on town for sporting events!

Great Location and Great Hosts

House was very close to downtown Mount Dora, which is what we were looking for, park the vehicle and walk everywhere. Pictures could not have been spot on anymore then they were, walking into the home was like walking in to the pictures. Hosts were very nice and easy to work with, we will be back to Mount Dora and will utilize "Under the Palms" again.

Randy and Luann are the nicest and the place is amazing in a great area. We stayed with the doggies and were able to walk to downtown multiple times. I knlw where to stay next time I'm in the area.

Under the palms at Mount Dora

This was our first stay at this location and we left really happy and planning to return. The place was clean and so close to the center of the town. My wife and I had a wonderful time.

Under the Palms was an excellent experience for us. It has all the room and basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay, and it is clean and quiet. LuAnne and Randy are kind hosts, available as needed and never intrusive. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant for walking. Highly recommended.

Location, location, location

Like I mentioned before, this property is in a perfect location for going into downtown Mount Dora, we were there for the Art Festival and it is literally a 3 minute walk to all the stores and restaurants, parking was no problem for our two vehicles and the rental itself was perfect, two King beds,a kitchenette and a nice Porch to sit outside
