Perfect Weekend

Just perfect, had two small dogs with me had a lot of outdoor space and was very close to the town …. Would definitely come back.

Great location

We walked to the shops and restaurants. It is a quiet location but close enough to walk and not have to worry about parking. There are bikes provided but we walked instead. Great for a getaway

50th Wedding Anniversary

We found the Pink House quaint and comfortable. It was within walking distance of several restaurants and stores. We would definitely stay there again.

It’s all you need

The house was adorable with everything we needed for a short stay. It was very convenient, clean, and centrally located to downtown. It was easy to find, and check in was a breeze. The owner was professional and responsive. I would absolutely recommend if you are in the Mt.Dora area.

My wife and I are both in the real estate industry and own a brokerage firm in Orlando, FL named Kona Realty Services. We are both graduates from the University of Central Florida and have three great kids. We work hard and play hard and this cabin/bungalow are the most relaxing places we know. We get to visit several times a year and enjoy snowboarding, fishing and just relaxing.
Steve Perez purchased this NC Cozy Cabin in 2004, Mt Dora Bungalow in 2019, Mermaid Cottage 2020, Conch House 2020, The Lodge 2021, The Tiki Hut 2021, The Pink House 2022
