Lake Front +4800 Sq FT hem med 5 sovrum och 3. 5 bad ligger på en Cul de Sac atmosfär på Normandiska sjön. 1 Acre, 278 linjära fötter på sjöfronten. Fantastisk egendom för familjen vecka långa sammankomster. stor öppen vik med lätt tillgång till alla norra Normandiska aktiviteter.
Hem Innehåll:
Gå ut spelrum med Bar, Fosse Ball bord, Arcade spel, TV, 1/2 bad och biljardbord, med utflykt till uteservering relax område. Stort mycket rymligt gourmetkök med diskbänk på plats för 7, vilket leder till ett informellt matsal med plats för 10 personer. Stor mastersvit med duschkabin, dubbla handfat och jacuzzi. Varje par av övervåningen säng rum delar en enda badrum, 1 bad är rymlig och standard badkar / dusch den andra har duschkabin och jacuzzi. Grundläggande Direkt-TV i varje sovrum, hål, spelrum. Mycket stor skärm i veranda som sträcker längden på baksidan av huset med full utsikt över sjön (12'X 48 ') som inkluderar 2 solstolar, dubbla sväng sits, bord sittplatser 6, och en svängande dag säng. Great Lake Experience

Wonderful stay in a beautiful house on Lake Norman. The host provided ample water related toys including kayaks, paddle boards, and floats as well as life jackets for the adults. We enjoyed our private little slice of the lake and enjoying beautiful sunsets on the dock.

Family vacation

We went on a vacation with my husbands family. There were 15 of us total, we had plenty of space in the house and loved the screened in deck area, that’s where we spent most of the time. The sandy beach/water area was perfect for our little kids, they loved playing there. Stephen was was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house and outdoor entertainment area

The house was great and comfortably hosted our 12 guests we came with. The outdoor entertainment area was perfect for our group and the outdoor kitchen really helped with large family meals. The location on the lake was nice and quiet and allowed us to swim and kayak without worrying about boat traffic. The large screened in porch was a big bonus for us to spend family time since we did have a lot of rain the week we were there. I communicated with Steve several times throughout the week and he was very attentive. Great host.

Great place and a lot of fun. We had 2 families staying in the home. There was plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor area was fantastic. Great for a large crowd. The outdoor kitchen was amazing, and there is a plenty of outdoor seating. We enjoyed the bocce court and dock for swimming. Its on a fairly quiet cove. If your bringing a boat there are 3 bridges to clear to get to the main lake with the closest bridge to the house having the lowest clearence. We have a surf boat and the tower barely cleared that bridge . Outside of that, lots of nearly spots to surf, tube, etc.and some fun bars/restaurants that you can visit by boat.We got of to a rough start, the cleaning crew was there when we arrived and delayed our check in by an hour. The house was still not fully cleaned. The owner made sure it was properly cleaned the next day and was very reaponsive to all messages. I believe that was a one off event and i would stay at thouse again on future trips.

Perfect Family Spot

This place is great! Quiet, right on the water, a beautiful outdoor space, and plenty of room inside. We had two families with a total of four adults and five teenagers and it was perfect.

Perfect for family vacation

We stayed here for our annual family lake trip, and where more than happy! House was very clean and the location was perfect. It was calm enough to spend the day swimming off the dock and close enough to the local marina for us to rent a boat. The house was amazing and we look forward to booking it again!

Great location and set up well for multiple families

This is our second time staying at this property. We have 11 people from 4 different parts of our family that come together and the bedroom set up works really well for us. We also love the lake location as it's not very busy and safe for our kids to swim, fish, and paddle. We also love the convenience to the boat rental location.

Great Family Fun!

The house was very clean when we arrived and the constant communication with the owner was so helpful. We had 6 young kids and they had a blast with the paddle boards and the kayaks. Plenty of parking areas for all of us. All had a great time.

Great property with beautiful sunsets and great location.

This was our 2nd year at this property. The outdoor space is great for family gatherings with a bocce ball court, horseshoes, cornhole, a nice dock, outdoor bar, fire pit, huge screened porch, outdoor sectional with umbrellas, and paddle boards. The younger crowd enjoyed playing pool. The kitchen is very large and well equipped. This home accomodates our group of 15 very comfortably. We have already booked it again for 2025.

Family Getaway

We enjoyed our vacation on Lake Norman. The week flew by! Had a couple minor issues that the owner took care of quickly. Our group was a little uncomfortable with indoor and outdoor cameras either in or out of use during our visit. The home is large with plenty of indoor and out door space. It was easily accessible to other attractions and areas of local interest. Kids and adults alike enjoyed the stay.

Fantastic house, outdoor spaces are amazing. Perfect for a weekend getaway with friends or family!

There were eight of us who do an annual weekend trip, and this house was perfect! The house is in great condition, with wonderful bedrooms and living spaces. The outdoor spaces are equally as good. Plenty to do on property, and you are right on the lake. Steve was great to work with. Highly recommended!

Summer vacation

We had a really nice week. We rented a boat, brought some good floats and spent most days on the lake. We cooked dinners in and enjoyed the fire pit and the screened in porch. We also enjoyed floating on the lake near the house and dock.

Great family getaway on Lake Norman

My family of 11 spent a week at this property during COVID. The spaciousness, number of outdoor spaces and fans made this a perfect location for our vacation. From the water toys, dock, screened porch and huge kitchen/dining/den areas we were pleased at every turn. Everything was very clean and plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy some relaxing down time. We would definitely consider renting this property again!

Awesome!

House was just as advertised - large kitchen, great outdoor spaces, etc. Paddle boards were used daily! Very close to marina for pontoon rental. Stephen was very helpful and communicated regularly - appreciate his patience with our last minute car issue that delayed our departure . Would definitely stay here again.

Family Reunion on Lake

We had a wonderful week at the 4 M’s beautiful lake home. It was the perfect location with a gorgeous backyard and lots of activities to enjoy. The house was spacious and very clean. Kitchen was perfect for large families and had all the appliances and amenities you need. The owner, Stephen, was great. He was quick to reply to any questions we had and responsive to our needs. We have already booked another lake week here for next year!

Great escape

Property is exactly as described and pictured online. The house instructions are very thorough. Despite the hurricane rains coming through we had a great stay. The large screened in porch was perfect for rainy days. Very quiet area of the lake so it is truly an escape. Owner is very responsive and accommodating.

Steve and Jennifer Callaghan owners since 2003, we remodeled the house from 2100 Sq Ft to over 4800 Square feet in 2009. We are "empty nesters" ,with 4 beautiful girls. We have enjoyed this property in the summer for over 20 years, and we now like to travel for the summer for 8-10 weeks , so we have made our home available for others to enjoy with their family while we are traveling. We both come from large families, know the value of reconnecting yearly, and have enjoyed large family gatherings at our house for the past 15 years. We designed and built the house with sharing it with as much family as possible and as often as possible. We hope you really enjoy the property and hope you feel right at home while your here. Sit and relax in the many places available or get out there and be active.

Varför värden valde detta boende

When we found this property it was perfect for our family of 4 young girls back in 2003. The cove is private, quiet, and faces west and often offers some really beautiful sunset in a secluded setting. The cove was a perfect safe spot for our girls to swim, Jet ski, and water ski while growing up without the worries of big open water (Main channel areas of the lake) that lead to big traffic!! It also offered easy access to the entire +500 miles of shore line because we are roughly at the middle of the lake.

Large roomy house with multiple decks, and multiple places to sit and relax. Western facing and produces some really beautiful private "quiet" sunsets. Low traffic area of the lake so it usually is not rough from boat wakes and makes an enjoyable place to sit on the dock to relax.
