Rymligt källarrum med 9 fot tak och egen ingång. Ett sovrum med en king size-bäddsoffa. Grandinroad uppblåsbar queen size-säng för ytterligare gäster. Fullt utrustat kök samt en tvättmaskin och torktumlare för din bekvämlighet. Inget behov att ta med något bara dyka upp, koppla av och njuta!

Mindre än fyra miles från mellanstaten 26. Kör 0,08 kilometer (utanför huvudvägen) genom de omgivande äppelodlingarna på en välskött grusväg till din lugna, avskilda destination. Koppla av på verandan och njut av den underbara Mountain View.

Om friluftsaktiviteter är tilltalande, ta en kort vandring på närliggande Bearwallow Mountain, promenera ner det historiska centrumet av Hendersonville (5 miles), utforska Chimney Rock / Lake Lure-området (13 miles), besöka de vackra vattenfallen och spåren i DuPont State Forest ( 18 miles) eller utforska historien och skönheten i Biltmore Estate i Asheville (cirka 23 miles). Vi har också flera lokala bryggerier / vingårdar i området. Sierra Nevada Brewery, Saint Paul Mountain Vineyards och Bold Rock Hard Cider för att nämna några.

GPS kommer INTE att ta dig hela vägen till huset. När du är på Stepp Acres Lane, se till att sväng höger omedelbart efter att du passerat det tredje husbilet. Det finns ett grönt skylt för nr 216 och en dumpster till vänster. Det kommer att finnas en annan grön skylt (# 216) som leder dig uppför kullen mot ett tegelhus. Sväng vänster framför tegelhuset. Det här är vår uppfart. Direkt efter att ha passerat metallskjulet till vänster ser du en grusad parkeringsplats. Det är här du parkerar och går genom gården för att komma in i bottenvåningen.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We hated to leave! The host checked in on us several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was absolutely perfect for our getaway! The views of the apple orchard and the mountains were breathtaking! The location was close to downtown Hendersonville and other activities in the area. We will definitely be returning again!

Short little weekend trip and this place was perfect. Very roomy and bed was noticeably very comfortable. Place was very clean. Owners provide good instruction on entering the property because it could be easy to get confused. Views were also great! Would 100% recommend

I chose this property because of the reviews stating it was quiet. I think we stayed on an 'off' weekend where the host and I discovered the loud noise above our bedroom was the upstairs bathroom fan that was very loud that kept me up for hours during the first night. The second night was much quieter. There were also extra visitors upstairs, so there were some pretty noisy footsteps at times. We had a pretty rough week, and were just looking for some real peace and quiet.We have learned it is best to not book a shared space again.

First of all, Tanya was absolutely right about calling her place "Scenic Serenity." The view of the mountains was a wondrous sight--the ever-changing sky, the clouds and fog that would seep into some of the mountain crevices, and the summer rains that would slowly roll through. What a pleasure it was to sit outside on the porch with this view! As for the inside, the space was open and inviting. The furniture and beds were quite comfortable. The kitchen was a joy to cook in. And the place was a short drive from the very quaint downtown Hendersonville, with easy parking and fun to walk six or so blocks with great and varied restaurants and shops. We can truly recommend this place. We had a wonderful time!

Relaxing Getaway in a Beautiful, Quiet Setting

I took my mother to Hendersonville for our annual mother/daughter getaway for Mother’s Day weekend, and chose this property because of the convenient location and the fact that it had no steps, since my mother uses a walker. Unfortunately , it rained most of the time, but that did not deter us from enjoying our beautiful accommodations . This place was beautifully decorated, spacious, and immaculate. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the king-size adjustable bed could not have been more comfortable. The host was very attentive, calling me the day prior to our arrival, as well as once during our stay, to ensure we had everything we needed and didn’t have any questions. I definitely recommend this property, as you will not be disappointed!

Relaxing & reading

This was our third stay at Tonya & Troys. We love the shops and restaurants in and around Hendersonville and after several visits to the area have found no better place to stay. After shopping we always come back and enjoy sitting on the porch and reading. The rooms are always spotless and so comfortable. They are wonderful host and we promise we will be staying again.

Great place to stay.

Very nice place to stay. Everything was to mine and my husband satisfaction. Getting to bring our fur babies was a big plus. We would rent again. If you looking for something beside a hotel this is your place.

The pictures do not lie. The rooms are roomy & comfortable & the whole place is neat & clean. The view out the windows & doors is beautiful. The owner is helpful & concerned that your stay is good & you have no problems. We had nothing but a wonderful stay and look forward to staying again. Highly recommended!

Nostalgia

Our family spent time in the Asheville/ Hendersonville/ Rutherfordton area over the last 30 years. A lot has changed in 30 years...birth of children, loss of elders, immediate families have evolved to extended families but Life is still always beautiful. My ex mother in law recently lost her husband and wanted to come back to the area where we had so many memories for her birthday. We had an amazing visit. Our hosts gave us our privacy. The accommodations were very spacious and comfortable. The mountains in the background and the apple orchard in the foreground was like being in a fairytale.

Beautiful Property, mountain view, orchard and furnishing. Top notch furniture.

Wonderful Property in every way. Will be trying to stay there every time we visit Hendersonville to visit our children and Grandson. Having stayed at many, many VRBO's this is easily the nicest and best furnished facility we've stayed at. Very well stocked with cooking needs.

Enjoyable Stay

The location of the VRBO was great. We were about 10 min from downtown Hendersonville. And we had to drive through an apple orchard to get to the VRBO. And your have multiple orchids close. The view of the mountains was great and only a little noise from the road. There is a little walk to the front door (maybe 30-40 yds) up hill which unloading can be a workout but the host will assist if needed. We would visit again. Hendersonville is a great town. A visit to Jeter Mountain Farms is a must.

A true beauty

This space was absolutely stunning. The view of the orchard and mountains was truly indescribable. My children and dog loved the yard! 10/10 would stay here again and again! Plus the owner is so sweet! Went above and beyond to communicate with me and did a fabulous job creating the perfect space for anyone looking for a tidy, sweet, beautiful and peaceful place to stay. A Beautiful Home in A Beautiful Place

I had a very relaxing and comfortable visit at this lovely VRBO home and property. It is neat and clean, well stocked, and has a beautiful view of the nearby mountains. Tonya was very quick to respond to any questions I had, before and after, my arrival - and was very kind and accommodating in regard to my own, personal, circumstances. I would readily choose to stay again, and would highly recommend this property to family and friends.

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful piece of property, gorgeous view, inside is very nice and was clean, driving onto property brought me back to my grandparents apple orchard in WV, only negative issue I had is I sleep with a TV on and there was none in the bedroom, definitely not a deal breaker and most definitely will keep this stay on the radar again. Thank you for the perfect Getaway!!

Relaxing place

We really needed to get away and relax. This was the perfect place for that. It is quiet, scenic and comfortable. The mountain views made sitting on the porch a real treat. The location is great as it provides easy access to Hendersonville, Asheville and towns north, like Mars Hill. Highly recommend this place.
