Montrose Gem

This is a beautiful property right on the golf course and centrally located to everything in town. Easy access to all the outdoor activities in the areas, rivers and mountains. Definitely look forward to coming back and spending time at this property.

Great place in Montrose

We were down for a family get together. We had three adults. We cooked for breakfast and did the rest of the meals with family. Good selection for cooking. Nice wsher and drier. Location is on a main road and easy to find. Fairly central to town. A great option if you are staying in Montrose and need a three bedroom.

Great place to stay!

We were very comfortable here - very clean, very roomy, well-equipped, nice quiet neighborhood, close to everything you need, great central location for sightseeing, even has a garage for your car. We would definitely stay here again!

Seriously one of our favorite vaca rentals ever. We are from Michigan and wanted to do some hiking. This place was spacious, clean and comfy. Amenities were perfect!

Very pleasant accomodations

This rental was very well appointed and clean. Would stay here again. The only drawback was the main bedroom was on the second floor.

Nice !

This property exceeded expectations. It was recently remodeled and was elegantly furnished and well maintained. We rented this property to provided extra accommodations to attend a family reunion in town. It was so nice to 'come home to' after busy days of spending time with about 3 dozen relatives. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Place To Stay. Don't Pass This By!

Great location and as their ad states, "makes a great base camp", and not much different price-wise than choosing a motel but you get so much more. Full kitchen w/huge refrigerator-ice maker, instead of a Motel mini-fridge. Coffee with choice of whole pot or individual cup. Every kitchen utensil one could think of. Plenty of room in the rental. Use of the garage and washer and dryer. Couldn't ask for much more than that! Would definitely seek out to stay again if in the area.

Home sweet home

The house was very comfortable with all the amenities you could ask for. The loft bedroom area is perfect for a couple. Montrose is a great area to stay for your visits to surrounding areas.

Great experience!

Home was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Home is in a great location to Black Canyon, shopping and restaurants. If we are ever in this location again we will definite rent from Rhonda.

Great home base

This house worked great for us. The central location on the western slope allowed access to a very wide range of places and activities. I have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone.

Clean, welcoming home

Enjoyed our stay at this clean, welcoming and comfortable home. It was nice to walk out the backyard and be able to walk the golf course. There were even a couple of nights that deer were wandering around the backyard. Would recommend this home for an enjoyable stay for a family.

The home was very comfortable & clean inside....quiet at night. It would have been nice to have outside( chairs, porch, lawn) look a little more “kept”.

Perfect for National Park Sty

We came for Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park and this house was absolutely perfect for it! It is sooooooo close to the park, we were able to go multiple times a day, if we wanted to. Plus, it was pretty close to Telluride, CO - that we actually went there two days in a row, and were still able to go back to the national park in the evening. The house was totally set for a small family like we had - young adult daughter and us - so she had her pick of the two downstairs bedrooms and we had the primary upstairs. We all agreed if we come back to the area, the house would be perfect to use again.

Lovely family home

This house has a great open floor plan which helps with a family! It was fresh & clean, nicely appointed. Appreciated the kitchen appliances (small), adequate towels, laundry soap. Our grandkids enjoyed seeing deer out the back door every night!

Montrose Trip

This was a trip to bring my Dad to see his brother. Probably for the last time. My Dad, sister and I stayed in the home. It was a perfect home for us. The two bedrooms downstairs handled my Dad and sister. I stayed in the Master upstairs. It was perfect. Very clean, plenty of cups, plates and utensils. Nice washer and dryer. Would certainly stay here again!

Owners were very easy to contact. The house was very clean & nice patios. The master bedroom was huge & had a small deck (upstairs). There was only 1 problem…the air conditioning units in the 3 bedrooms were loud. We really enjoyed our stay there & would rent this house again !!!
