Montrose Golf Trip

Rhonda was very communicative and available. The house was clean and had all of our needs. We were in town for a wedding, so were weren't there that much, but the location was perfect and close to everything.

Colorado Vacation

Justin's wedding weekend

My husband, daughter, son-in-law and I came to Colorado for our son's wedding. The property was very clean and well kept and was located in a nice neighborhood. It was also very close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Montrose Home

Great place to stay. Nice property, everything provided. Private 3 bedroom home with yard and patio. Good neighborhood. Good location for restaurants, shopping and access to highways for travel to all the places you want to go to in the area. Great host with excellent communication. Host readily available for questions and responds quickly. Will plan to stay again.

Great stay in Montrose

This is a great property offering plenty of space, bedrooms, blankets, towels, and kitchen items. Everything from booking, to check-in and check-out was easy and seamless. I ended up adding one night after the fact, and communication with the property manager was fast and easy. All good things to say. Spacious, quiet property located closet to grocery stores, downtown, and the parks. Thank you!

weekend golf tournament

we loved the location quite neighborhood and close to every thing we needed. the house was well equipped for the stay and longer. i enjoyed waking up to fresh cup of coffee and breakfast. ive stayed in lots of vrbo's and this one, met all of our expectation thank again Rhonda

Central scenic location

The snow-capped San Juans are visible from the driveway. Convenient to a wide variety of local, state, and national marvels. Clean, spacious, and hassle-free. Great backyard. Well-maintained grounds.

Golf weekend

Family time and graduation weekend

Great place to stay. The property close to many things and in a quite neighborhood. House was close my mine convenient with my family in town give us some extra space we needed. The kitchen well stocked spacious living room. It was well taken care clean and checking and out was easy good communication when needed but really didn't need too everything went smoothly. Great place to stay when visting the Montrose area.

Perfect place to stay in Montrose!

Loved the house. Can easily get to Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP, Colorado National Monument, and Telluride. Very clean!!!! Quiet residential neighborhood. Easy access to stores and restaurants. Wonderful kitchen to cook in. Comfortable beds. Loved sitting on the patio. Nice kitchen table and comfortable living room. Overall - can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Will highly recommend to all of our friends when they head this way!

Efficient Stay

Highly efficient place to stay. We did not need any frills, just beds, showers, and kitchen and it was exactly what we needed. A super location for us. Everything we did was within 3 mins. Very affordable!

Amazing place!

House was as described, clean, and great location. We stayed for a guy’s ski trip and the location was perfect for hitting all of the mountains. The house was well stocked and everything you need to make meals. We will definitely stay here again!

Cute home in a quiet neighborhood

We stayed in September 2022. This was a cute home in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay in Montrose. The outdoor space was comfortable and a great space to wind down after a long day of exploring. It's a great home for a couple or a small family. It had a well stocked pantry. The communication with the homeowner was great, they answered our questions and were quick in getting back to us.

Great house

Really enjoyed the house, very clean and well appointed. The only two things that could use improvement are the beds were very hard and we could not log onto our Netflix account. All in all a great house!
