Nice property for the family to spread out after a day of sightseeing. Enjoyed evenings on the back porch just relaxing. It was very hot while staying and the AC worked great, Had no problem sleeping. Very much enjoyed the stay.

Stayed a week at this property in late August. House was exactly as listed. Very clean and everything kitchen wise was there for us. Loved the aircon and easy to use roku TV set up. Bed comfy and back patio lovely with a clean bbq. Quiet neighborhood and so easy to access downtown or the highways. Ate at Remingtons at Bridges golf club a few minutes away as well as the Stone house. Both excellent. Perfect spot to do day trips to Telluride, Ouray, Silverton, Curecanti and Black canyon of the Gunnison. Thank you for sharing your property Rhonda. Loved our stay

This was an awesome house to stay at while traveling to Telluride and Ouray. The house was super clean and just as described. The neighborhood was nice for evening walks and the outdoor space was good for morning coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place!

House was as described, clean, and great location. We stayed for a guy’s ski trip and the location was perfect for hitting all of the mountains. The house was well stocked and everything you need to make meals. We will definitely stay here again!

Quiet neighborhood

We used this as a home base for a few days of sightseeing. It's a nice house in a nice neighborhood. A great place to relax after a busy day.

Good base to go to Ouray

Short stay in Montrose - this was a base for a trip to Ouray and it checked the boxes. Kitchen was well stocked. Neighborhood safe to walk around.
