Great place to stay, location is amazing!

We loved our stay at this property. It’s in a great location to walk anywhere you need. The condo was updated and well kept. It worked out great for us and would highly recommend.

Beautiful

Really nicely appointed, well stocked, spotlessly clean. Great location within the complex. Beautiful view from the lanai. Patio furniture/ patio size was a nice highlight. Was very impressed. Definitely would book again.

Wonderful condo

Kamaole Sands never disappoints. We’ve stayed in other units in this complex but this one was by far the best. It is well-equipped - above and beyond our expectations. The kitchen has a wide variety of dishes, knives, pots and pans, spices and top of the line appliances. The bed and all furniture, including the lanai, were so comfortable! Location is a huge asset. We were able to walk to restaurants and beaches. We appreciated the beach chairs and other items available for our use. We also made use of the gym. The gardens and fountains in the complex are gorgeous and meticulously maintained. Parking was also very easy. We hope we can go back before too long!

Great trip

Only suggestion would be to have a bit of a shelf or table on wall at end of bed to place belongings that don’t hang up. The boards that surround the bed are dangerous When will we get the damage deposit back?

Relaxing!

The property was just like the pictures on the listing. Beautiful decor and location, surrounded by tropical garden landscaping. We could not have found a more relaxing rental.

Beautiful Well Appointed Condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a wonderful condo, fully renovated and has all the amenities you need. We stayed for 2 weeks and really loved how easily we felt at home. The resort is great as always, we were a bit disappointed that the weekly party at the pool no longer had free mai tai’s but understand knowing it was because of the pandemic. The staff were great, landscaping was beautiful and we would recommend staying at Kamaole Sands to anyone. The condo had almost everything, books, kitchen wear, beach toys, plenty of towels, wine fridge, new appliances and 2 large screen televisions. The large lanai had a full couch and 2 chairs. All the furniture was in good shape, the bed was comfortable and clean. Our only complaint was the confusing tv set up as we could not get “normal” tv in the living room and we had a hard time figuring out the dishwasher. Luckily, the owners left the manuals in a drawer. We would stay in this condo again.

Excellent Accommodations

This is our 4th stay at Kamaole Sands and we love coming back. Overall the experience was excellent, the booking, communication and check in process is seamless. The space it self is great, has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Was happy to see some artisan ice in the freezer and the Brita water container. Washer and dryer are new witch is also very nice as some of the other units have the older style. We didn't use the AC all the time but it works very well for the bedroom and living space. Our daughter stayed on the pull out sofa bed and she had no complaints at all. Highly recommend staying here. The view of the courtyard is so nice all day long.

Great Spot in Kihei

Everything about the stay was wonderful. Everything was clean and looked exactly like the picture. Great location - we walked into Kihei and Wailea. There was a small issue at check in where someone else was in our assigned parking spot. When I tried to call the front desk, no one answered. It was resolved but it took about 20 minutes to drive back, wait for help and then get a new spot assigned.

The air conditioner would never turn off even when I took the batteries out of the controller! The unit stayed very cold. The patio door would not lock properly and the sink would not drain.

Beautiful Unit

I love this property and have stayed here before. This unit is the nicest one I have been in here. I loved my stay here. It’s the perfect location. Lots of chairs and beach stuff. Check in was strange and people kept parking in my parking spot but it was still an amazing time. Thank you

Excellent Stay!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this condo for a week with our teenage son and it was perfect for us. We had enough space and having two bathrooms was a plus. He didn’t mind the couch bed at all. The kitchen had everything we needed and the huge island was a great place to spread out and pack our bags each day. We also used the beach towels, chairs, and coolers and they were perfect. There was even some reusable ice packs in the freezer for the coolers. We thought the location was great, easy to access the beach and the roads that we needed to be on to explore the island. Communication from Rentals Maui was clear and included all of the details we needed. Check in and parking were easy and the code to the parking lot and pool worked well. Having a gated and locked parking lot was a nice perk too. We’d definitely stay here again!

Modern, clean and great location

This condo is beautiful, clean, modern and has almost everything that you need for a beach vacation. It is located at the gorgeous Kamoale Sands complex, with an awesome patio that overlooks the courtyard garden and across the street from Kamoale I/II Beach. We loved the patio and the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were great. My one recommendation would be to have some beach chairs and boogie boards.

Amazing unit and resort

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is BEAUTIFULLY furnished and renovated. We loved the comfortable rattan furniture on the lanai, we would sit there every morning with our morning coffee and in the evenings. The beds were all comfortable and the unit had mostly everything you needed including beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas and coolers to bring with you to the beach! We would highly recommend this unit to anyone staying in Maui.The only couple of cons I would say would be that there weren't any coffee filters there when we arrived so we had to get some from our friend in another unit. There also was only a few packages of sugar for maybe one day. It would be great if previous people who stayed would leave some items like condiments like sugar/ketchup/coffee filters or even tea there so that the next person staying wouldn't need to go out and purchase it all. We left condiments like bbq sauce, ketchup, mustard, mayo, sugar, tea for your next guests in case they would want to use it. Our friends who stayed in another unit in the same complex had tons of condiments/spices etc, they were fully stocked with tin foil and saran wrap, jam etc. One other thing you may want to think of replacing is the knife set, they are all rusting.All in all though this place was amazing!
