Great place

The place is great. Wonderful furnishings, very nice community. Only negative was tvs- there were no instructions and each tv has a different platform (youtub tv, netflix, etc). It say cable but there is no cable. Other than, it was awesome. Would stay again

Excellent House Near the Pickleball Court

This was our third stay in the Nature Walk neighborhood and the first time to stay at Maresea. We were there the week leading up to the Memorial Day weekend. The house was excellent. We were a little hesitant to book at first because we thought it might be loud being that it is next to the pickle ball court. But we were so glad we did stay there. It turned out to be really fun being next to the court. We could easily check on when the court was available. It was not loud at all (also, the courts are not lit at night so they are not in use past dusk) And it was fun to watch others play from the back porch. The house had a lot of room, was nicely furnished, and we really enjoyed the screened in porches. Also, the management company was very nice to work with. Would definitely stay there again.

Another great week in NatureWalk

This was our 2nd time staying in NatureWalk and we really enjoyed our time at MareSea. It was exactly as described online. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms had ample space and the beds were comfortable. The only issue we had is that we had ordered something to be delivered and didn't realize it would be delivered to a mailbox we didn't have access to. It took a couple of phone calls until we finally got word to call the post office directly to see if we could meet the person delivering the mail the following day to retrieve our package. It worked out and had nothing to do with our stay, but just something to note if you're having anything mailed to the house. Also, if you're staying in the bedroom downstairs, be aware that you WILL be waking up to people playing pickleball in the morning right outside of your room. I highly suggest playing "white noise" from your phone or bringing a sound machine if you don't want to wake up that way. It worked for us. The bikes provided and the beach equipment was so nice to have. We had such a wonderful week of making memories at MareSea!

AWESOME!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation with kids and grandkids. Plenty of room and space for everyone. MareSea is beautiful and has all the amenities you want and need. Loved having the basketball and pickleball courts right next to us. We rode bikes all through the neighborhood and on the trails. GREAT get away!

Returning visitors to Nature Walk

The house was perfect. Loved having the bikes available to us. This is our 3rd time at Santa Rosa Beach / Watercolor and our 2nd stay at NatureWalk. We just love the location! And the ponds and hiking paths.

Great neighborhood and house

We enjoyed the house and neighborhood. The beach was close and the pool was great. The house has all the utensils, pots, plates, and other things needed for cooking but you do need to plan on buying or bringing the basic cooking supplies (like salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee filters, etc.)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a great week at Mare Sea in the Nature Walk neighborhood! We have stayed at a couple different properties in Nature Walk over the past 3 years and this place is our favorite. The house is well-maintained and very cozy. There are plenty of seating areas and throw pillows and pleasant decor throughout. We found the home to be very clean. We liked the screened-in front and upper level porches. We also appreciated the management company placing shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and SPF lip balm in all the bathrooms. We used two of the provided bikes and they worked well. We were also happy to find one of the bikes had an attached trailer which could carry two small children, but we used it to carry our cooler and bags to the beach.We enjoyed the location right next to the basketball/pickle ball courts. we did not find it disturbing at all when other guests were using the courts and we used them almost every day, as well.We were happy to find the kitchen had plenty of dishes, cookware, and utensils. We tend to cook several meals throughout the week and have been disappointed with other properties in the past. A note to feature guests, there are no basic pantry items. You should plan to bring your own oil and seasonings for any cooking. I also did buy coffee filters to use with the drip coffee machine and there’s also a Keurig machine. The rental company did leave a complementary package of ground coffee from a local roaster, which was nice. We keep coming back to Nature Walk because we love the community pools (Gathering Place) and the convenient location with a short bike ride through the state park to the beach. Favorite places in the area: Sun Dog books, Cocina Cubana, Old Florida Fish House, bike rides and hikes through Point Washington and Grayton state parks. I will try to book this home again for future trips!

Great Stay!

The house is incredible, and the neighborhood pool was so fun for the kids. It is kind of a hike to the beach (we rented a golf cart, highly recommend). It was hard to find golf cart parking for the beach access/chair & umbrella company we used. I would recommend asking around because the property management company didn’t have suggestions for us there nor did the beach service company. Overall, a really incredible stay. We’ll be back!

March 2021 Stay

We loved it! Several Moms brought our Senior Girls for their last Spring Break of high school. We made great memories and enjoyed our stay so much. Loved the book with tips and history. We are all Believers and we’re amazed that there was scripture put in the walls during construction! What a special touch.

July 2021 Stay

We had a wonderful time & the house is comfortable & beautiful. I would recommend basic cleaning items such as toilet bowl cleaner & brush were provided in bathrooms & window cleaner. When bringing everything for so many people those are items that are nice to have for upkeep while staying. But we had a great experience & although a few bikes are included it is a must that everyone gets a bike! If possible request a basket on yours as most of ours did not have them & it is a long trek with beach items! Bring a BB & Pickle Ball items as the court is right next to the house! Thank you ❀

The screened porches are great.We would recommend renting a golf cart. It is about 10 minute drive to the beach (by either car or golf cart) and the same time or less (more direct route) by bike.

Great time

Communication from property manager was just right, not too much, not too little. Property itself was perfect for my family of 5 (plus in laws), each had their own room. Porches were a great retreat in the mornings. Kitchen and bathrooms were sparkling clean and spacious. All in all - a good stay, no issues.

AMAZING Beach House!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: MareSea is an incredible house! We loved every bit of our stay. It is impeccably maintained and includes everything you'll need. We walked the easy mile-ish to the beach one evening and drove the rest of the time with all of the beach toys/chairs. It's a short drive with adequate parking at the end. It's very close to the grocery store, shops, and restaurants. The house is very well decorated, clean, bright, and comfortable. The neighborhood pool is very close and a great option if you don't want to go all the way to the beach. The staff at the management company is very easy and friendly to work with. They include a book in the living room with recommendations and resources for the area, which was very helpful. There's even a sweet note in there from the owners of the house!Overall, I would very highly recommend MareSea if you're looking in the area. We will most definitely be back again as soon as we can make it happen!

Beautiful and comfortable house. It’s a pretty good hike to the beach so be prepared to drive down with umbrellas and chairs. It sits next to the pickle ball courts which was great for our teens and young adults. Lots of screened in porches that provide room for everyone to spread out.

2020 Family Vacation

We loved the neighborhood. Naturewalk was beautiful and quite. Everyone we encountered was so friendly. MareSea was a beautiful home . Our draw to this place was the two screened in porches and we utilized both by spending time reading, playing games and eating dinner. We would definitely return to MareSea.. The location to the beach and everything else was perfect for us.

Lovely Home

The house was beautifully decorated. Tons of cooking items in the kitchen. A beautiful neighborhood. What sold me on the house were the three porches. We loved sitting out in the morning with our coffee and in the evening with our wine and enjoying the outdoors. A little bit of distance from the beach but that was OK.

May 2020 Stay

What a delightful home! We had the best time. We had three families and there was so much space. And we loved how short the ride was on our bikes to the beach. So very family friendly. The kids loved riding their bikes around and had a ball playing basketball and pickle ball at the sports court. Would love to come back again. This house is just the cutest!!
