This was our third stay in Nature Walk. The neighborhood itself is perfect for a Seaside/Seagrove vacation. Close to Publix, great neighborhood amenities, and a quick golf cart ride to the beach. This house is near the front of the neighborhood, which is even better. Our biggest complaint is the golf cart. First, it was a mess when we arrived with sand caked on the seats. When we cleaned it up and took it for a drive that first night we noticed it pulled heavily to the right. A few minutes into that drive we suddenly heard a dragging sound and it pulled even more to the right. The front bumper was broken off and someone had just propped it up. We immediately reached out to our host. After four days of back and forth and one maintenance guy visit, it was not fixed. We still drove it when needed but only after my husband was able to tie the bumper up so it didn’t drag every 100 yards or so. The house itself is nice and what we’ve come to expect in Nature Walk. Not a huge deal but the host needs to send someone out for “honey dos”. There were several light bulbs that needed changing. The front and back porch doors both had broken blinds. One was missing and the other wouldn’t open. NOTE: This property is corporately owned. So the personal touches normally found with VRBO properties were missing. They are also not tied directly to VRBO but you don’t find that out until you’ve already booked. You can’t use your points to pay and you pay the host company directly.
