SUITE 318 är en lyxig lägenhet med 4 sovrum, 3 badrum i byggnad 50 av byn på Grand Traverse Commons. En av de största enheterna i byggnaden på 2300 kvm. SUITE 318 ligger mitt i Commons och en snabb promenad eller cykel från centrala Traverse City. Det är den perfekta platsen för din familj eller grupp vänner att stanna medan du utforskar Up North. Vi älskar vårt hem och hoppas att du också kommer.

Denna vackra och välutrustade lägenhet har ett gourmetkök komplett med en bibliotekstege, antik apotekskåp och gott om plats för familj och vänner. Naturligt ljus översvämmar i första våningen med sina 13 fot tak. Vacker utsikt över den främre gräsmattan finns i överflöd inklusive kik-a-boo utsikt över bukten.

Varje bad är ett komplett badrum, 1 badrum har bubbelbadkar och ett annat har ett massivt badkar.

Sovrum 1: Detta sovrum ligger på första våningen och har queen size-säng. Intill sovrummet finns ett badrum med bubbelbadkar.

Sovrum 2: Sovrummet på övervåningen med en dubbelsäng och småbarnsäng (2: a våningen). Intill sitt eget badrum.

Sovrum 3: Master Suite med king size-säng och bifogat master bad (2: a våningen).

Sovrum 4: Det är tillgängligt genom sovrummet (upp en ytterligare nivå på 3: e våningen) med en liten öppning mellan det och sovrummet. I detta rum finns en dubbelsäng.

Friends' Reunion Getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely, luxury condo in the Village. The community offers anything you may need for an enjoyable weekend getaway. Restaurants, brewery, wine tasting, exercise, leisurely walks, and downtown TC is just mile down the road. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful area, lots do do within walking distance. Beth was so responsive and went over and above to make our stay perfect!! The market on the lower level with great local art shops, great pizza place, coffee and breakfast….we felt at home!

Our New Favorite

We've stayed at a variety of units at The Village at the Grand Traverse Commons and this is our new favorite. The view from the (extra large, private) balcony is amazing and all of the appointments of this unit are top-of-the-line. The bathrooms are well appointed as well, the furniture comfortable and you're right in the center of everything - hope to return soon!

Beautiful place

Absolutely beautiful! Such a great spot. I wished we were staying longer. Not only is the condo great, but the property was nice to explore. The shops on the lower level were great to walk around. There were also several restaurants. We didn’t get a chance to check any of them out, but they looked amazing. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we come to Traverse City.

Perfect "Home Base"

Just 3 couples enjoying a relaxing weekend together in Traverse City - and this was the perfect place to do that. Loved the well stocked kitchen for our meals "in" and for our wine tasting sessions featuring the Paso Robles wines we brought with us. The living space was great for our conversations, playing cards or games or watching a little sports.The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and spotless and we could wander easily downstairs into the Commons for a tour of the property, some shopping at Saturday's Farmer's Market or just looking through the many shops on site.Hope we can come back and do this again!

The building is a grand piece of history. The condo is beautiful and the furnishings are comfortable. We loved all the large windows. The kitchen was great for preparing and eating out meals.

Awesome!

Beautiful property and location. We absolutely loved the accommodations - beds were extremely comfortable (which is not always the case). My family loved going downstairs for coffee or a pastry across the street. The only thing that was a bit of a bummer is that the shops opened up a bit later than we're used to (10 a.m. the days we were there) and closed a bit early (5-6 p.m.). It was mid-summer, which I assume is peak period, but I understand people want family time.

Amazing Space

This location is not only full of history and beauty but it is centrally located within Traverse City, close to shopping, dinning and the lake life. The apartment space is the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in with attention to details for travelers comfort, and needs. We didn't want to leave!

Not a place for short people. Couldn’t reach shower head or close and open some blinds. Good restaurants on property plus nice shopping. Close to fun things to do - sleeping bear dunes, wineries, boat tours. Would stay there again
